My mother was a nurse and did not want a nursing home or assisted living situation. We really liked the woods but she is very independent and drives and everything. My FIL was at The Wood and he just did not like the food but he didn't like my food either so I don't think it was The Wood's fault. It's absolutely beautiful there. We were just there and they invited us back for brunch. We all though it was beautiful but another place was willing to work with us on the price.

The Pines of Mt Lebanon welcomed our family member with open arms in the Memory Care Program. She has received personal kindnesses from all the staff and it is such a comfort to us to know she is so well cared for at the Pines. All her needs are being met in a safe and beautiful residence. It is a comfort for her to be in such a congenial setting and a comfort for us knowing she is safe and happy.

I toured the facility and was impressed with the staff and accomodations.

We like Chestnut Ridge. They're all really nice and helpful, and we've been well taken care of. Anything we've asked, they've done for us. It looks clean and well kept every time I go there. My loved one likes the food We've had nothing but good experiences.

She loves it at Bickford. She's very happy there, especially after being at another place that she hated. The people and the caregivers are great. Right now we have hospice in there helping as well. Meals are nice and hot. And she likes that she has the ability to go out in the courtyard.

We have had an excellent experience, my aunt particularly is very happy to have made this move. She has made many friends here and feels comfortable. My uncle is more mobile and able to be around more people now so he is coming around. Everybody has been wonderful and so helpful, they followed through from the very beginning. Everything has worked out great for us and I would definitely recommend to others looking.

The director was fabulous. Our loved one was there for a short respite stay, but the director was very on the ball making sure we had a good experience. My loved one seemed pleased about the people who were taking care of her. She was there in the middle of Covid restrictions, so there weren't as many activities going on, and they were serving food in the rooms. But they were very upfront with us about what they were offering at the time. If you had anything you weren't satisfied with, you just let them know, and they took care of it. It seemed clean there overall. We weren't able to come inside to visit, but my loved one had no complaints.

It is expensive but the meals and dining service at the community is great and they do offer pretty good activities.

I would recommed Magnolias of Lancaster. They are great with patients with dementia. They have an activities coordinator and she plans a lot of activities, they include both inside and outside activities for the residents. When I visit my loved one he is always clean. They call me with updates and when I call they are very responsive. If I show up unexpected they go and get him for him to see me through the window. I usually go between lunch and dinner time.

The community is always clean when you walk into the lobby. All the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful and we really like how they treat the residents and families. The staff seems to do the best they can with the residents in their care. The activities are great.

I have placed my uncle here. I am very happy with the accomodations. He has his own "apartment" with a refrigerator and a large bathroom. The nursing department has been wonderful in keeping up with his care. He is mobile and goes to the recreation room for activities. The staff has been great to me and my family.

I would like to commend [name removed] at Easton, MD Candle Light Cove. My mother-in-law was a resident. [Name removed] embraced our family when we needed it the most. Her warm smile, caring voice and demeanor was what made our decision to choose Candle Light Cove. Matter of fact, I personally loved and enjoyed the staff so much I want to volunteer there now as a Hospice Volunteer. If anyone is looking for a caring, loving, beautiful place for your family member this staff is ready to welcome you with loving arms.

I toured Magnolias while looking for living options for my husband. It seemed like a good community, and one that I could have chosen. The staff appeared very involved and patient. There were two factors in my decision to choose another location: The first was location--a bit farther to drive than our first choice. The second factor was access to enter the community. The outside door is locked and response to the door buzzer was slow--may not be a continual problem, but the first impression was a bit troublesome.

Very happy so far with my mother's transition from home to this facility. I feel they genuinely care about her and it gives me piece of mind.

Everything is going great so far! The staff are very attentive and the facility is kept clean and safe. There are also great activities to join in on. Though the meals leave something to be desired, my loved one says that they are okay.

The staff was great here and they were very kind and helpful. The community was very pleasant from what we saw and it was clean and neat. We just did not like that mom would not be able to get many visitors in this location.

Sunrise is a beautiful place. It is bright and clean. The staff is friendly and caring. My family member is living in the Reminiscence area. There have been no elopement issues and seems content to reside there. The food looks great and there are usually at least three choices of entrees at lunch and dinner. Being able to choose is important. There is encouragement by the staff that residents maintain as much independence as possible for the stage of the disease that they are in. It is a comfortable place to have a loved one live. The views of the bay are beautiful.

We love it there. I think she is getting better care. It's a nice place. It's clean and everyone is friendly. They have been very accommodating with us. She doesn't complain at all here now. She likes the food, and we have eaten with her and we think it's pretty good too. It's a little more than the last place, but I find that it's worth it.

This was one of our top two when we were looking around. It was very close to me, and I liked the location. We didn't really care for the way the pricing was set up, there would have been extra charges for some of the things we would need. We were on the waiting list here, but there wasn't any availability when we needed it.

We were more positive on this community than Emeritus, Rooms were very nice, we were not exposed to any meal, staff was extremely friendly, very favorable.
