We like this community very much . My husband is getting great care with the nice staff. The community is very clean. They do offer him a variety of meals. They have activities for the residents. We would highly recommend the care and the value to other families for the care of there loved one.

My mother, sister and I toured New Haven Court and were very impressed with the staff and the facility. We were especially impressed with the design, which gave a neighborhood feel to the various rooms on the different floors. Both my mom and dad are enjoying themselves and very pleased with New Haven Court. An added feature was the ability for the residents to have pets, which gave New Haven Court a gold star.

My mother lives here and it is going well. She is very pleased with the meals and I have shared many with her here. I would have to say the staff is really good and she feels comfortable and safe. They like her and she likes them. I chose Newhaven because I liked what I saw during the tour and it's close to me and convenient for visiting which was important.

Staff - superb! Surroundings - Beautiful! Care - the greatest comfort and peace I have had since my mother took ill! Location - serene, calm! This is where I will plan for my retirement.

My loved one was only at this community for a short period of time, but the care he received was great.They made sure they kept me up to speed with his progress and treatment plan and always was willing to answer any questions I had for them. I will defiantly use them again and recommend this place to anyone.

I love it. I think it's a great place. I am finding the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I think they have been providing what he needs, without overdoing it. The head nurse is really nice, they seem to be willing to stop and talk. I chose them because years ago my mom had been there, so I was already familiar. I liked them then and I like them now, so it's a five in my book.

My mom had spent a short time at Sunrise years ago, and at that time I was impressed with all the same things I still am! Although my brother is still acclimating to this big change, so far I am very happy with Sunrise. The staff is attentive and friendly and willing to accommodate the wishes and needs of the residents. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The two maintenance guys I have met provided immediate help when we asked, and Stephan, the sales & marketing director, has been so helpful in many ways. I like the fact that currently there are about equal numbers of men and women residents, that various types of therapists are on premises, and that I can feel secure knowing that my brother is in a safe place which offers many opportunities for enriching his life.

My sister and I were very well pleased with Cissy Stoner and her staff. My mother is now living at Candle Light Cove and seems very happy in her new home.

It has been wonderful. We are happy with them. We don't have any major complaints. She has been happy there as well. I would give them a five, so far.

I can't think of anything they can do to improve. They got us thinking about the process more than anything. If it hadn't been for them and the information they gave us, we probably would not have gotten the ball rolling.

They are awesome! The care is excellent and the surroundings is beautiful with deers and wildlife... they are very accommodating and they are always willing to answer my questions. My husband loves it here at The Wood At Cedar Run.

The staff at New Haven Court at Lindwood are very friendly. They are not quite encouraging enough at getting dad to participate in activities though. I would like to see them push him a little bit. They use a stand up scale at this facility but for someone that cant stand on his own it really makes it hard to get an accurate reading. I am not sure how expensive it would be to get a different kind of scale but I would like to see them have a different option. That's really the only thing I can think of that needs improving. Overall it has been a good experience.

My brother has now been at Exton Senior Living for over three years. In all of that time he has never expressed any dissatisfaction with the facilities or how he is treated. I live out of state but I have visited him at Exton Senior Living several times and I call him weekly. On these visits, I found the facility to be clean, the food to be good and the staff to be courteous and friendly. During the telephones calls I always ask him how they are treating him and how the meals are. He always responds positively. As my brother is suffering from Alzheimer's I know he will not get better. In fact, he will only get worse. That in itself is awful, but I am just glad that I found a place like Exton Senior Living to take care of him. I highly recommend Exton Senior Living for anyone needing the type of services they provide.

Great staff. Made the transition for my father from living on his own to assisted living a very pleasant experience.

I was very impressed. I have had friends that lived in a facility like this. I thought this was nicer. I was very impressed with the food. They offer many activities.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at The Woods at Cedar Run! The staff here are very friendly, and they've been very supportive throughout the whole process. It is a very family oriented community, and I really appreciate that they've taken the advice I've given them on how best to look after my loved one to heart. They're very accommodating when it comes to care suggestions from families!

Its a good place to stay I would not have chosen any other place. The senior living is on top of things and always are their to answer any questions or concerns you have.
