My mom has transitioned and she has become comfortable in the community. She's pretty active with the activities and outings. I have eaten with her and the meals are very adequate. They have a philosophy, it is, if we have happy staff we have happy clients. It has been good so far.

This is a good community for my mother. The staff is caring and attentive. They are dedicated to respecting the individuality and dignity of each resident. Her room is large with a beautiful view. My mother greatly enjoys the 2 secure outdoor areas that are well maintained. We like that they have a dog that lives in the community for all the residents to love and enjoy. We would recommend this community for the home-like feel and long-term staff. Family members are always made to feel a welcomed part of the community.

My Aunt has done so well here the staff have taken such good care of her and the community is just beautiful. They offer a lot to their residents with a nice varity on the dining menu for them to choose from. There is a nice patio for them to use and I feel my Aunt is safe here.

Newhaven Court at Clearview was simply amazing with my friend and me. He was only here a short time because they were so aware of some changes happening to him and his health that they had him transferred to the hospital which was a good thing and when he left the hospital Newhaven knew that they could no longer address the care he would need so they helped find an assisted living that could. But in the short time he was there they were able to get him involved in the activities, socializing with the other residents. He loved the dining room and the food and especially the ice cream and coffee that they always had on hand. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone and I would have no problem moving there myself should the need ever arise.

The staff at this community have bent over backwards to help mom. They set up a live stream so she was able to watch her granddaughter compete in a competition. The food is good and they offer a lot of choices. They will set up a separate table for family so you can eat together. Mom likes to bake so they make time for her to go into the kitchen and help them bake. The staff are quick to respond to our concerns. They keep the community and her room clean. They take care of mom and keep me informed. I would recommend this community.

It is a wonderful senior place but it is a little expensive.

We really like this community for care.The staff is outstanding. The community is clean and a wonderful environment. We liked the menu and the atmosphere that is offered here. We would like to recommend other families to this outstanding community for great care for a loved one.

This community is in a nice rural area right on the outside of Greenburg. They offer a lot of patios for the residents to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Mom has a nice room. The food looks ok and they offer a good variety. The staff are supportive and friendly. They help with her medication. The only thing I have seen it that it looks like they are understaffed on weekends. I would recommend this community.

When I was looking for a personal care home for my husband. I almost didn't contact the Pines reading the reviews but then I realized that there was a new Executive Director who had made a lot of positive changes in a short amount of time. The reviews that I read were not during [Removed] management of the Pines. My husband has been there for a month and a half. Its clean, never a bad smell. the staff is friendly and efficient. The environment is pleasant. My husband is getting excellent care and that's of the utmost importance to me. I'm convinced I made the right choice.

My parents lived here for many years and it was a great experience. They lived on their own in an apartment and enjoyed the easy living and socialization. They were always up to something fun. When my mother started to need help, our family was very happy with the care. We all felt close to the staff there and it felt like home. I've recommended them to some of my friends.

Beautiful place. Lots of activities. Friendly people. The only downside is a daily medication management charge.

This was a nice your for care. The building is nice but not as new as other communities. They did have a lot of nice rooms that are very The meals are appealing. I would recommend this community. Activities are also available. We would suggest that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

We like this community very much . My husband is getting great care with the nice staff. The community is very clean. They do offer him a variety of meals. They have activities for the residents. We would highly recommend the care and the value to other families for the care of there loved one.

My mother, sister and I toured New Haven Court and were very impressed with the staff and the facility. We were especially impressed with the design, which gave a neighborhood feel to the various rooms on the different floors. Both my mom and dad are enjoying themselves and very pleased with New Haven Court. An added feature was the ability for the residents to have pets, which gave New Haven Court a gold star.

My mother lives here and it is going well. She is very pleased with the meals and I have shared many with her here. I would have to say the staff is really good and she feels comfortable and safe. They like her and she likes them. I chose Newhaven because I liked what I saw during the tour and it's close to me and convenient for visiting which was important.

Staff - superb! Surroundings - Beautiful! Care - the greatest comfort and peace I have had since my mother took ill! Location - serene, calm! This is where I will plan for my retirement.

My loved one was only at this community for a short period of time, but the care he received was great.They made sure they kept me up to speed with his progress and treatment plan and always was willing to answer any questions I had for them. I will defiantly use them again and recommend this place to anyone.

I love it. I think it's a great place. I am finding the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I think they have been providing what he needs, without overdoing it. The head nurse is really nice, they seem to be willing to stop and talk. I chose them because years ago my mom had been there, so I was already familiar. I liked them then and I like them now, so it's a five in my book.

My mom had spent a short time at Sunrise years ago, and at that time I was impressed with all the same things I still am! Although my brother is still acclimating to this big change, so far I am very happy with Sunrise. The staff is attentive and friendly and willing to accommodate the wishes and needs of the residents. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The two maintenance guys I have met provided immediate help when we asked, and Stephan, the sales & marketing director, has been so helpful in many ways. I like the fact that currently there are about equal numbers of men and women residents, that various types of therapists are on premises, and that I can feel secure knowing that my brother is in a safe place which offers many opportunities for enriching his life.
