I cannot imagine being in a more helpful place. The caregivers here are absolutely wonderful. It is a good place to be.

My mom lives at Exton Senior Living. What a charming memory support area. My mom is very happy there. She was living with me at my home, I could no longer care for her since I work. It was hard for me to move her anywhere because I made her a promise to not let her go to the "HOME". Exton Senior Living is NOT the HOME. It is beautiful, my mom is happy, healthy & well cared for. The staff go out of their way to make my family feel at home when we visit. It is so wonderful to see my mom laugh & have a good time with the ladies who live there. My father has been a resident at New Haven for 3 years. We visited many facilities prior to making our decision. Newhaven is the BEST we visited, and we made the correct choice for my father. The facility is a 5-star community. The old adage, "you get what you paid for", Most facilities are priced about the same, and we feel we got a bargain, Newhaven was above and beyond our expectations for the price and family atmosphere. My father is treated like family, and he feels respected, they address the residents by name and most importantly, he is Happy! The community is very clean, and all employees are friendly. The residents have choices with their meals. The activity staff is outstanding and has a great assortment of activities to give all the residents choices. The Nursing Staff is Outstanding and are compassionate and understanding of the resident's needs. Visiting times to visit and taking the residents out are very accommodating. I would recommend New Haven, without hesitation!

Magnolias of Lancaster is straight up phenomenal, we have never had anything to complain about. We like that the staff take a deep interest in our loved one, and when we come to visit they stop by and talk with us and they go out of their way to make our loved one feel important. We feel our loved one is never left unattended for a long period of time, she is well watched over. They are also working very well with her to make sure she is eating all the nutritious meals.

The Newhaven community was excellent, the staff members were very responsive and just very caring people. They would do anything to help anybody, and they were very kind to our aunt. Our loved one got progressively worse in memory care and they were more than patient with her.

It's a nice place. I'm very happy with it, and my loved one is too. 90% of the of the time it's very clean, and you don't smell urine and things like that The care is good overall, but sometimes they don't do what you ask or do it fast enough because they don't have enough people on staff. But they have been able to hire a few more people lately.

Our family had an in person tour and this was our second choice only because the price was a little to high for us. However, the director was absolutely wonderful, and we can confidentially say we would recommend this community to families who are searching for a place.

I've looked at a lot of communities, and this is an excellent community that has advanced memory care needs support. It is engaging, gentle, and caring. I can't say enough good things about Magnolias. I would highly recommend the community to others.

It was a good experience. My dad was comfortable from the start. The layout of the place is nice. The activities director and everything going on seemed to keep him busy enough. He seemed to enjoy the food. The cost was high, but on par with the going rate. Ours was just a different situation where Dad was more independent than most who stay there, which affected our perception of the cost.

We had a great tour with Chestnut Ridge, the gal showing us around was very nice and it seemed like they had a lot to offer. The facility has many stories to it and you had to use an elevator which is the reason we decided to go with another smaller facility.

This was a good community they just did not work for what we were looking for. The other community was more convenient for what I was looking for.

This community was very good and it was a great tour. I would have put my loved one at this community if we were able to be accepted.

Older building, but well kept. People friendly. Apartments very nice. Very homey atmosphere.

Of the places that I've looked at in the area, a big bonus here is they have 24-hour nursing care on-site. It's a clean facility and looks nice when you drive up. They take pride in the building and the landscaping. It makes you feel comfortable that this is a nice place you're taking your loved one to. It's not run down, and it doesn't smell. My loved one receives really good care. They look in on him and make sure he has everything he needs. I give them credit for their patience. I know they have a hard job, and it takes the right kind of person. They do have a bit of turnover in staff, which has been a little disconcerting. But the people they have working there are very nice. My loved one doesn't care for the food. It's not seasoned well, and there's no consistency with the menu. Again, this could be related to turnover. But he's not starving. The food is edible, it's just now what he's thinking he's getting. They seem to have plenty of activities, but they're often geared more toward women than men. It might be helpful to have more activities geared toward men to get my loved one to participate more. Overall I think its' a good place, but for as much as we pay each month, I would like to see a little improvement in the food and activities. But my loved one loves it here. He feels comfortable and safe. It gives me peace of mind knowing he's well cared for and safe, and I feel relieved that I don't have to worry. If you're looking for a nice assisted living facility in the Butler area, I would put them at the top of my list.

The community is wonderful The community is well maintained and the staff is so friendly and caring. My loved one tells me every day how happy she is here. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience

I have lived Here for 9 years. This place offers the best possible living experience! I have lived in 3 other facilities. Here we can have private showers in your individual room. We can have a TV in our room. Neither of those issues are always available other places. The staff is all friendly and helpful. That can be said for all places too! Here seems more of a way of life than a goal. The food is as good as it gets. I like more spice so I add my own. The scenery is great. There is a small creek that runs the length of the property. Deer, ducks and geese will frequent that area. Come, visit and move in!

Hello, my name is [name removed]. I have lived at The Woods at Cedar Run for 9 years. I love it here. I have lived in 3 other facilities. There were issues with each of them. I bet your loved one would be comfortable here also!

We chose Magnolias of Chambersburg mostly because of the staff members and they were so accommodating and answered all of our questions and explained everything thoroughly. That was especially helpful since we were not able to go into the building since it was during covid, they wanted to make sure that we were confident in our decision. The room sizes here are large for what my mom needs, it is very comfortable and has great natural lighting. They have a menu posted each day with the meals and thy are prepared on site. For a care facility, it is so much like a home. The staff are very caring and attentive as they can be. I am so thankful that I found this place for my mom.

The staff is very friendly and caring and the community is kept neat and clean. The food is great and my loved one really likes it. Communication is good between the staff and our family, they keep us well informed. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
