We chose The Pines of Mt. Lebanon because we really liked the room set up, it was perfect for my mom and had everything that she needed. We have lots of visitors and it had a good sized living area. They have enough activities to keep them busy but not too much. Going down for the meals is very nice and someone always lets the residents know when they are supposed to go down for meals or when there are activities so they don't miss out on anything. I would definitely recommend The Pines to others.

I can’t say enough about this amazing building. What really hits you when you first walk in the door is the warm feeling you got from the people. The residents are all happy, and obviously well cared for. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to. It’s definitely a place to call home and I would refer everybody I love to come here for care, that family feeling, and peace of mind!

As soon as you walk through the doors, you feel like you are home. The environment, the staff and residents, are so friendly, supportive and inviting. They truly care to learn about the life story of each person, and cater to make all feel like they are an important part of the family! This community truly is, the “warm cozy!”

We had a good tour experience with The Pines of Mt. Lebanon. The facility was very nice but the only hard thing for us was that it was during Covid and there wasn't much activity going on when we visited.

I have been pleased with Magnolia's of Lancaster. My Mother has an extreme form of Dementia/Alzheimer's. It has turned her from a loving nurse, Sunday School teacher and wonderful Mother into someone we don't recognize. It has been very stressful for our family as she is someone we no longer know. Every time we visit or call, we get a quick response and through family meetings with staff, have been able to discuss and review her care. Hoping we can find an answer for Mom living a more peaceful life and acceptance into this community. I applaud the staff for realizing that she still has glimpses of the loving person she once was.

I cared for my family member at home for six years. Most all care facilities could not meet my standards for my wife. However, The Pines of Mount Lebanon comes close. The facility is kept clean and smells that way. The staff and Aides are attentive to my concerns when any thing I feel is not up to standards. More importantly, they are aware of my wife's needs and care level and do a good job to see that she is well taken care of.

We toured with the Pines at Mt. Lebanon and thought the facility was just fine. The drawback for us was the room that they would have available for my dad that they showed us was very dark. This was the reason we did not choose The Pines.

It's a great place, they care about their residents. They're friendly and they pay attention to each person. It's the best place I could have found for my mother.

The residents are so sweet and enjoyable. The staff absolutely love the residents and take great care of them.

So far we are very happy with our loved one being at Magnolias it has been a great experience so far. The staff members are excellent, they are very friendly and take great care of our loved one. They have a ton of different activities going on, there are so many things the residents can engage with. The meals and dining service is great and the kitchen staff is awesome. We would recommend this community to other families

The staff at The Woods are very professional and caring. The environment is warm and home-like. We had a very positive experience. All staff were friendly including management, wellness team, reception team, caregivers, building operations/safety and housecleaning. They were very good of what mattered the most to us and my mother. They were very caring and supportive throughout my mother's care.

Magnolia Place obviously puts the well-being of the residents first. I love and appreciate the fact that they do because it sets them apart from other communities. I love the absolute joy on the faces of the residents. The staff is kind, caring and compassionate, they create a family atmosphere focusing on making each other and more importantly the residents feel like they are home. I would highly recommend Magnolia Place hands down.

It was very good place. I was impressed with the management, they were hands on and friendly. I never had any concerns. They were kind, and took care of people. There was a lot of starch in the food but it was fine. There was activities in the morning and afternoon, but my loved one was unable to participate because he had dementia but they would make sure he was present. The price was okay. Overall, I was very pleased. For other families, give it a try. I highly recommend this place.

The Woods at Cedar Run is a very friendly pace. People seem to know everybody. The staff works very well together and help each other out all the time. For me and our family , it has been a pleasant experience.

This was a good community. The community was too far from family and friends to visit.

This is a good community. They took good care of my loved one. The staff were good to work with if the family had questions or concerns, and the staff were responsive. There were three meals a day for the residents served in the dining room. Medication management, and bathing assistance is some of the care the community offered my loved one.

We placed my father in law at Exton Senior Living for a 30 days respite care stay, while we traveled for work and got everything situated post stroke. After touring and spending almost 2 hours with [name removed], we absolutely fell in love with the facility and the staff. Due to their smaller sized community, all the residents are known by the staff and you can feel a sense of family. During my father in law’s time in respite care, his health declined and he needed to go the hospital. Unfortunately, we were out of town, but [name removed] contacted us and kept us informed and helped us make the best decisions for my father in law. After his hospital stay, it was recommended that he find a place to stay permanently and it was without question that he would stay at Exton, until he needs skilled nursing care. We are so grateful for the community, the kindness and care my father in law receives and the family atmosphere.

They are a real hidden gem and an exceptional value, near and far. They are outstanding. My mother is difficult. And they found staff among themselves that "got" her and were able to work with her and help her finally relax and get comfortable. Mom is happy and content. And my brother and I have not felt this kind of peace for over a year, having done this before with a place that didn't work out. Their administration takes a hands-on approach to get to know not only my mother but our family. They promised us they would be able to manage her, and they have. It's in a nice location. And the residents there are very happy, which is obvious to see. The residents greeted her and won her over as well - it was a team effort, staff and residents. And again, our family has such peace of mind. I can't say enough good things about them.

They have a very good care giver to resident ratio. Our loved one at times can be very difficult and demanding and they have had a lot of patience with her and just overall the staff have been very good.
