I have been here almost a year. It is so much fun and I've made alot of new friends. So glad that everyone is friendly here. I truly enjoy sitting on the front patio area talking with other people here. The staff is very helpful

I moved here six months ago and after one month, I felt unbelievably refreshed and was so glad this was the place I chose. Great environment, caring staff, marvelous food, and a wonderful call bell system. I’ve never waited more than five minutes after alerting staff. Overall I would recommend the Residence at Presque Isle Bay.

Both mom and dad moved into Newhaven Court at Lindwood in [date removed]. Unfortunately, dad passed away in [date removed], but mom is still a resident. The staff has been fantastic! I have been greeted by each staff member I have interacted with, and they are always willing to answer any questions concerning mom's care which is customized for her current needs and will be adjusted for future needs. On the tour, the fresh decor in the lobby, library, and dining room caught our eye; it is homey and inviting. The apartments are scaled for personal care living but provide ample space for 1-2 residents and a few visitors. The bathroom is large enough to allow a resident to easily move about with a walker or wheelchair. Mom's apartment is always clean, and she has fresh laundry. The robust activity schedule has something for everyone to enjoy and there are a variety of options for meals. Newhaven Court allows mom to maintain a certain level of independence in a safe and caring environment.

I am fortunate enough to have both parents at The Residence at PI. They were not happy about giving up their independence and leaving their home but they are happy with the care and attention they receive. My parents both say they get treated like a King and Queen everyday and how much they love the staff. It is a clean and beautiful facility with a great view of the bay. They have activities daily and encourage involvement from everyone. It is fun to see pictures on Facebook and even Tic Toc’s of what they do for exercise and fun! My brother and I are happy and feel my parents are taken care of- most important. A side note- one of their children passed away recently, they made special arrangements with snacks and made family feel comfortable while hanging out at the facility for the week. They went out of their way to help, a staff member even came to the showing on her day off with tears in her eyes to show her support. Really sweet and appreciative.

Newhaven court at Lindwood has been fantastic!!!! They have been very accommodating from the first day. Everyone is happy and works as a team They made accommodations for my mother in law and helped to change apartments to accommodate my mother in law’s requests. I can’t say enough to show my appreciation and admiration for the staff at Newhaven Thank you for everything!!!!!

Colonial courtyard at Bedford is a small community that prides themselves as a family. Moving in is seamless and effortless as well as their great activity programs. The photos that are shared show the residents are always happy!! I have toured this community as my loved one had lived there and adore the staff and leadership.

The global pandemic we faced over the last 4 years has been incredibly stressful. For my aging aunt, I knew the challenges would only increase as her interaction with others was limited, she wasn't getting out of the house, losing track of time, and I was fearful of sharing 'germs' from the outside world with her. After trying to manage for a few months, I knew my aunt could no longer stay in her home. I toured several facilities in the area, both in -person when able, and virtually where offered. While there are other facilities that are new in close proximity to Newhaven, I couldn't get past how much like home it felt, just to sit in the lobby. The team I worked with to get my aunt started for the move-in process was dedicated to making it as easy as possible for her, and me. I think she is happier now than she has been in many years. Not every day is a great day, but she always tells me if she can't be home, she wants to be at Newhaven Court at Clearview.

The staff here is really friendly. I have made new friends with other residents, and everyone here enjoys socializing with each other. I am very pleased with my experience here at Newhaven Court.

This place is full of wonderful, loving and caring staff! The residents seem very happy and motivated to start their days with lots of activities and fun. Very clean and organized. Families seem to be very involved and participate in lots of events. This place is very well organized and very well maintained.. The residents love the social interactions!

I like it and satisfied with the service my brother is receiving!It was what I was looking for to help with my brother's needs!

My loved one currently resides at Newhaven Court at Lindwood. This is a great facility. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and quality of care are also great. Everyone is very kind to my loved one. He seems to enjoy the meals. He doesn't participate much in the activities because it's not really his thing, but others seem to enjoy them. I would recommend this facility to others.

My Mom absolutely loves it at The Pines of Mt. Lebanon. The staff is attentive. They check on her often. She is well taken care of and treated with respect. The facility itself feels cozy and comfortable which is why we decided to choose them over some other places we looked into initially.

Staff is caring, compassionate and friendly in all areas! The recent updates are gorgeous and community is always clean and inviting! Love the positive energy felt throughout! Residents were having a blast in Zumba class recently and participate in all levels! The cooking demos lead by the dining staff are also a hit! Truly a community that feels like home!

The staff is great. They go above and beyond what would be expected. I recently had an experience that really made me realize how great the staff is. so kind and caring. They are truly an excellent group of people.

I had a great tour experience with The Woods at Cedar Run. It was a very nice facility. My loved one is not ready to try another facility yet, We're hoping she'll change your mind and were encouraging her to do so but until she agrees we're not going to force her to leave her home.

I would absolutely recommend Newhaven Court at Lindwood ... in a heartbeat!We are very happy with Newhaven Court at Lindwood--both my mother and my siblings. My mother loves it there. She has opportunities every day to socialize with new friends; and the staff, from the first visit with [name removed] (an exceptional ambassador for Newhaven Court), who is always available and eager to help, to the nursing staff which is competent, professional and also eager to help, we have reminders every day why we are happy our Mom chose Newhaven Court.

The Residence at Presque Isle Bay is wonderful, great friendly staff, beautiful views, lots of activities, good meals. We just placed our mom there and she loves it. She told us she feels safe and we don’t have to worry anymore. The staff is there to take care of whatever she needs and will keep her moving.

We toured The Residence at Presque Isle Bay and we loved it! The facility is right on the lake and has lots of activities. They use an AI system to monitor the location of each of the residents. Everyone at this facility was very nice, however the rooms are quite small and it's a bit more expensive than several other facilities in the area. My loved one wasn't interested in this facility.

We picked this community, because of the food. It is a great location and atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and plenty activities. I would highly recommend it.

Such a friendly environment. I loved seeing how kind and caring the staff was to the residence. It was a beautiful and clean facility with a great amenities available. I always see the post on Facebook and the residence look truly happy and like they have a lot of fun.
