Newhaven has been a great place. My only concern is when my mother runs out of money I will be forced to find her another place. It is a lovely facility. Very homey environment not institutional. The staff have been very kind to my mother as far as I have seen. They are friendly to me when I visit and have questions. Any medical concerns I have had were addressed. I was able to use the conference room to have a small Birthday party for my mom. Facility always looks clean and never notice any offensive smells. They encourage activities that the residents enjoy. They have a nice outdoor patio that is secure. They are good at trying to redirect people when they get confused or agitated. Obviously, I can only comment on what I have witnessed and experienced. My mother doesn't talk so I cant get any feedback from her.

Such a warm, homey and welcoming place! They really took the fear out of relocation for both of my parents. They went overboard to accommodate my parents and their needs as a couple. The Marketing Director has been especially helpful and the wellness center nurses are top-notch and quick in their attentiveness. My parents are quickly acclimating, and seem like they’re going to be very happy here!

This is a lovely community and the staff are very pleasant. They have good food and lots of activities in the facility. There are also a variety of outings to choose from.

My father was in this facility for 7 years. He was always treated as a respected individual . All the staff were welcoming, compassionate , loving and totally supportive to him , as well as our whole family. Activities were available from morning until early evening . In the last year, under the present leadership of the activities have become more challenging, creative and engaging, providing even more fun and joy for the residents. Dining room manager always provided a pleasant atmosphere and wholesome menu , making for an exciting daily dining experience, Excellent compassionate nursing care , and always keeping family informed of changes. Administration always available , caring and a great communicator . Front desk person is a joy, welcoming, loving and caring and dedicated to her position. All the staff is the best of the best . Beautiful ,clean and sweet smelling home .

The executive staff is excellent. Nursing and other staff is average or slightly above. I would certainly recommend this facility to others.

"Cozy" environment, long term staff with very few agency hires, management very involved in daily operations, and processes in place to evaluate residents as conditions change. Activities got a little lower of a score because they do not have a gym with equipment like his prior facility did.

I have recommended to others. They took good care of my dad while he was there. We picked this community because of the cleanliness, friendly staff, and it was affordable.

I would recommend the facility. The staff is friendly and understanding. The facility is clean and well maintained.

My brother is currently living at Glen Mills Senior living and it's just a great place for him. He has been here for about a year and it is a world of difference from the place where he was before. The staff here is very kind and friendly and I would highly recommend it to anyone how is looking for a place for their loved one..

All of the staff, from the front desk to the nursing department to the administrator are some of the friendliest and most caring people I have ever encountered. Everyone pitches in to assist in whatever needs to be done, and everyone knows all the residents well and genuinely cares about them.

We couldn’t ask for a better place for our loved one. The facility is newer and always clean. The staff is excellent. Especially the activity director [name removed]. She’s so creative with activities- manicure Monday and Cooking with [name removed]- are my favs. And the outings on the bus are so wonderful. Eating out, ice cream , picnics, scenic drives - who could ask for more. The wellness staff is attentive and keeps us informed. The common rooms are beautiful. The family meals they offer for holidays are delicious.

My friend likes it there, staff is very friendly. Activities are great! They do great job getting residents out and about to sight see or dine out, do a movie, etc. They have programs and music that they include friends and family members. Do a wonderful job decorating for the seasons and holidays, place is always decorated so beautifully and feels so home like. Kitchen staff does a wonderful job with meal & serving all residents. The aides are super friendly & do a beautiful job caring for the residents there and making them laugh!

It's hard to rate some categories. My sister is a picky eater and she hasn't joined any activities. As to value, compared to other facilities I visited, I guess it's a decent value. I'm still experiencing sticker shock.

I am a Resident here at Colonial Courtyard for over a year now and am very happy here. The staff is friendly and very helpful.Activities are fun with a lot to do for everyone to enjoy. I have made numerous friends here at Colonial Courtyard with some old acquaintances living g here also that I have know since childhood. They decorate for every Holliday and make it feel so festive. For Christmas they put up multiple trees throughout that rooms that are very Beautiful

My dad is currently a resident at Magnolias of Lancaster and I love this facility for him! The staff is personable and professional. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Housekeeping is very clean. The move in process was easy and non stressful. The brunch we had was phenomenal. [Names removed] are top notch. I would absolutely recommend Magnolias of Lancaster to others.

I have been working with Glen Mills Senior Living for quite some time the care of the staff the communication and respect for their residence is truly heartwarming. Working directly with [name removed] and watching him put his whole heart into everything he does for his community and those that call Glen Mills home is why we all do what we do every day for our community. I would 100% recommend to anyone if you are looking for a loving caring safe environment for your loved one to reach out to Glen Mills Senior Living!

[name removed]recommended this community to us. We were in immediate need of a place for mom because she needed 24x7 care with her memory issues. It was close to her home and they had a spot for her. My brother & sister-in-law went to see it and loved it. My sister and I were sold at that time on the pictures. We both have been there since and love it!

CCB was attentive and understood how to help assist my mother with her transition to SL. [Name removed] and [name removed] were both knowledgeable as well as compassionate when it came to all the information. It immediately felt like home. My family and I would recommend them to love and care for any and all seniors looking for extra care.

Greeted by a cheerful receptionist and asked if I wanted a beverage. Nice wide hallways with several quiet areas. Large screen TVs in living rooms and Theater. Currently getting fresh new paint and flooring. Friendly staff. It is a difficult decision to bring a loved one to an assisted living facility. They make it feel like home.

[name removed] never went to activities so I can't rate that. Everyone that I dealt with was very nice. I would recommend your facility to everyone. Based on the experience we have had with Newhaven Court at Lindwood, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families!
