We have the best aides in town. They are very kind and caring. I’ve been at three places and this is the best place to be. They keep me as busy as I’ll let them when it comes to activities and the call bell system makes me feel extremely safe. I never have to worry about waiting more than 5 minutes for assistance. I would highly recommend the residence at presque isle bay.

My inlaws reside at Queenstown Landing. My Father In Law recently passed. The kindness and warmth provided to him is beyond words. Exceptional care and interaction with the residents and families. The Staff is Family, and knows their resident's personalities and needs. They have the best interests at heart. Safe, Clean, and Accommodating. They communicate very well with the families of the residents. They are also very patient with any questions and concerns that families might have. I also like that they let the the resident personalize their room so that they feel very comfortable in their surroundings. I really just can't say enough about this place. I am so so glad that we found this place for my mom. I like to call the Colonial Courtyard a gem in the country. We have nothing but good things to say about this place.The residents personal rooms and the common areas are always clean. We noticed on our very first visit to Colonial Courtyards that everyone on their staff is friendly. That has only been magnified since my mom has become a resident. We are very satisfied with the care services that my mother has been receiving. She hasn't been there very long, but we are extremely happy with the care from the medical/non-medical staff there on a daily basis. My mom loves her Dr. and PA. She also is thrilled that she can get her hair done every week.The staff here is amazing. It was very obvious from day one that the staff really treat the residents like kings and queens. Many of the staff even come for the special activities even when you're not scheduled to work. The meals are delicious. My mom tells us every day about the great meals. She also loves that she has choices for entrees. When it's meal time you can smell the great food as you come in the door. We were extremely impressed with the activities they have to keep their mind stimulated. There are daily activities, weekly activities and special occasion activities. Our family is quite satisfied. My mom is doing and feeling much better since coming to Colonial Courtyard. We as her family know that she is in great hands and she is very happy there.

If you are looking for a place to call home, then this is it! Newly renovated! New and improved team members, and amazing staff who truly care about each and every resident like their own family member. The facility isn't overwhelmingly large like many others, so your loved one will adapt much quicker and build stronger friendships! Very family friendly atmosphere. Exactly how you would wish for your loved one!

My loved one is a current resident The Residence at Presque Isle Bay and things have been overall great so far. They are terrific to work with. The food needs variety, too much pasta and burnt meatloaf! I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. When my uncle had a medical emergency in the middle of the night, the staff followed all their protocols and he was sent to the hospital. While in Paoli, the staff kept me well up to date with my uncles' progress. Room is very cleaned and staff straightens his room daily and gives it a thorough cleaning weekly. Entire facility is very clean and festive for holidays. Staff is very friendly and always greats everyone with a smile seems to genuinely care about the residents. Meals are nutritious and well presented. Dining room is very clean and residents enjoy chatting during mealtime. Lots of daily activities as well as a daily newsletter with puzzles and interesting articles. Definitely worth the money.

Our family just moved our aunt here a little over a week ago. We could not be happier. The staff is amazing. The facility is beautiful. Most importantly, our aunt could not be happier here. One of the things that I love most about it is that there are so many activities that they can participate in.

The Residence at Presque Isle Bay is the premier personal care home in Erie. Patients are treated like family by the kind and compassionate staff. The families of the residents are welcomed as if they live there too. And the view of the bay is unmatched!

Really care about the Residents and very clean and welcoming. Management is always willing to help you with your needs. Food is great, love the outings for the residents so they can still get out. Would recommend to anyone who needs assistance.

The staff will definitely go above and beyond to accommodate the residents. The meals are of a great quality. I would absolutely recommend The Woods At Cedar Run community for Senior Living. I will miss several of the residents. I will also miss the staff, as well. The receptionists are fantastic, [name removed] was awesome!

The staff are more like family in their natural care, hugs, kindness, and concern for the resident's welfare and contentment. They are truly a blessing to us!!

They have been wonderful with the care services. There is no complaints about the food, my loved one seems to like the food. My loved one is participating in the activities. The value for the money, is worth everything. My loved one is getting the best care at Colonial. They have a fireplace, a community TV, the meals are served restaurant-style, and they have a beautiful scenery. I have already recommended to others.

My husband received exceptional care while he was at Magnolias of Lancaster. The staff and management are amazing. They are very caring and friendly and treat the residents as family. They are always willing to take the time to help or answer any questions. The residents gather daily for many activities including music and games. They have a charming country kitchen that can be used for birthdays or special occasions and also a beautiful courtyard. It is a beautiful place to be and is also very clean. If anyone is in need of a memory care facility for a loved one I would highly recommend Magnolias of Lancaster.

I had the pleasure of getting to know many of the staff and some of the residents while both of my parents resided at Magnolias. The staff truly cares for all the residents that are under their care and everyone is treated like family. I like the cozy feeling as you immediately walk in the front door and are greeted by one of the staff members.

The staff were very nice and the facility was beautiful. For my loved one with her vision issues, it was just too large and going to be difficult for her to navigate. There was also no opening where she was going to need to be. It was cheaper than others we looked at.

If you need A Place for Mom, look no further than The Woods at Cedar Run. My mom moved there 3 years ago and remained there until she passed away in November. Visiting my mom at The Woods was like visiting a very large, kind and caring family. Everyone there, and I mean everyone, goes above and beyond to assist with every aspect of living at The Woods. I don’t think I can say enough wonderful things about this place.

I called a" place for mom " when my mother started falling at home and being unable to get up. They recommended Chestnut ridge and set us up with an appointment. From the minute we walked in, we felt so comfortable every person we came in contact with was so pleasant. My parents moved in [date removed]and my dad passed away with hospice on [date removed]. I can not come up with words for how wonderful everyone was to my dad. Every staff member and residents after he passed away offered support to my mom and myself as if they had lived there forever. I would highly recommend Chestnut Ridge to everyone. Mom is doing so well and raves about the food and her care and that gives me such relief that she is being taken care of so well!

They checked off all of our expectations and concerns when we visited and still are doing great. Any tome we have a concern they address it and have worked with us to come to a satisfying conclusion. We really believe they are the best place for the money in the Erie area. We feel very lucky that we can afford to send our father there but don't think it is over priced. It truly is steps above its competitors. I have worked in the medical industry for over 34 years and was very picky about where he would go. Is nothing like a nursing home but provides the safety and supervision that your loved one may need without being locked in.

I'm very pleased with the facility & staff. The location and brightness of the facility stood out to us. It's open and so many windows. The food too is just fantastic & homemade. The facility is clean. The Memory Care unit (where my mom got moved to) is dated & needs renovated, but is scheduled for that in January. The staff are caring & kind--towards her & me. At first I was taking care of all her laundry but realized I just didn't need to, they really take care of her & her things. They offer family evenings/activities that are super nice.
