We loved having my grandmother in Sunnington for the 1st year or so, then they started slacking on her care. They were not notifying us when she was ill or had fallen. And was not checking up on her as they were suppose too. And I know someone who walked straight in at 4 am and the doors were unlock and walked all over looking for staff and finally went into the kitchen to find someone. Many residents have dementia/sun downers and the door is supposed to be locked at night and we are supposed to buzzed in. How scary is that! That my grandmother who has sun downers could have walked straight out and no one would have known. And she fell several weeks ago and broke arm and has has to have surgery and now in rehabilitation and they are implying they are don't want her to come back. Keep trying to have us pull her out. And we asked if she could be moved to the memory care since she has Alzhiemers and they are saying she doesn't qualify due to her not being mobile and that is not true. She walks with a cane at rehab and is actually more mobile now than she was before. Very unhappy! And very tempted call [Removed] and let them know what has happened. They are just trying to cover there butts since we have been complaining. We have been documenting everything. Will post this on every review site.

Beautiful facilities but understaffed. 1 nurse for over 50 patients. Nurses and assustants are very nice. We have voiced our concerns on deaf ears. Over $3000 a month and still have to worry about adequate care. We spoke to a woman named [Removed] who is the head or nursing and all she does is pass blame on "corporate owners". My aunt has special dietary needs and it was like pulling teeth to get it right. Nice room but not worth the price

Horrible experience. Staff was unresponsive to almost every request. They acted as if they're too busy to assist when was in need. There's a supervisor named [Removed] who spoke to me and other residents like we are dirt on his shoes. Very glad I got out of this facility. I do not recommend.

First hand experience, I am rating a MINUS -10. If you truly are concerned of your loved ones care and well being this is NOT the place for them. The staff are full of deceit, [removed]. If you only knew what goes on behind closed doors you would not spend the first night there. Not to mention what occurs while your loved one is away on an activity....the mice do indeed play and then some. You do not and would not want to know what takes place in their apartments when they are absent. Mind you it IS NOT the other residents. When I found out the truth I was completely appalled and quickly removed our loved one and contacted the corporate offices and was instead was blow off and dismissed. If the media were to investigate the truth would be known and this place would be lucky if they remained opened. Lock your loved ones medications in a lock box with only them and the outside persons having access. [removed]. You may want to think twice or three times prior to Mom or Dad going on an activity also. A sheep in a wolves clothing without a doubt.

My dad resided there for awhile. The place was ok. The food was bad. Nothing was homemade. The dietary manager was very short with the residents at times. The staff was nice enough. We were first told that they could not take my dad,due to he may wander. Then the marketer called us and said the owner said it was okay. My Dad did wander out of the building. We took him out. If the person who assessed him and denied him. Why would the owner veto their decision? Money based. Most of the administration were great. The Office manager could use a lesson on people skills. She was rude when you called. She would become upset when you came to the window for assistance. A very unprofessional person. The maintenance man would order the nursing staff around. The activity director was very nice and seemed to care about her job.

The medical staff at Maple Court were great, BUT if you are depending on an outside agency, such as the Dept of Labor to pay the bill, Maple Court will refuse to work with them to get paid as well as the atorney in Oregon will tell you he will have them work it out then HE will file the claim against the deceased estate. They have made it so stressful and traumatized trying to get the bill to the DOL that we are just going to sue them. Contacted Don [Removed] it is so bad.

The customer service is very poor at Maple Court. Based upon the services I received, I would think the residence care would also be very poor. Therefore, after paying the deposit and moving in one piece of furniture for two day, I chose not to do business with this facility. I would not want to leave my family member here and then have to be concerned about the quality of care that would be provided. There were no services rendered to us and I have not yet received a refund for our deposit and not even a phone call. This is very poor business. At this time, I would not recomment that anyone use this facility. They have a lot of problems to get corrected.

My wife and I were here for five months before we moved out and it was the biggest mistake we made. They made a lot of promises they did not come through on, it was just a very poor arrangement. They had a lot of staff turnover, including the cook, so they ordered a lot of pizza. [removed] People had dogs that barked all the time and it just felt like a zoo.

This was a terrible, horrible, experience. They were so understaffed, the care was lacking. I was totally dissatisfied. I didn't live very close by, either so it was hard to keep an eye on things. I would never recommend anyone go there.

2595 for 1 bedroom

We were disappointed in a few things. My loved one was only there for a short period of time. Our loved had returned from the hospital back to the facility and was moving her arms and had a room with hospice care that was supposed to come take care of her there. They were not coming. We finally had a hospice worker come and we come to visit her and find my loved one laying flat down on her back. They reported there was no change. We could tell she was not moving anymore and breathing strangely. We tried to find someone to hook up her oxygen. We couldn't find anyone. We kept calling the front desk to get her hooked up. The hospice nurse told us she was about to pass away. I watched her take her last breath and then the nurses came to hook up oxygen. She got a few more breaths before she passed away. We learned after that, that the arm movements she was making was a sign of lack of oxygen and her breathing as well. No one contacted us to tell us that she was actively dying. We happened to be walking in to visit her that day.

They overpromised and underdelivered. There are significant issues with their leadership and parent company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I would tell others to make sure you get a firm contract before you go in. I made that mistake and I regret it. I did not have a good experience and I would not recommend them.

Cancer medication valued at $50.000 was stolen. Mattress on bed was infested with bed bugs. No activities. Staff not certified to administer medications. Food not edible. Medications were not given as prescribed by doctor. I CHECKED OUT AFTER 9 DAYS. I STRONGLY SUGGEST DON'T GO THERE..

Just make sure your loved ones get their own meds. I meant to text that works there and it's still there gave my pots there's someone else's meds I am not happy about this once this crisis is over I will be pulling him out. Most of the staff there are nice you do have a few that think they're above everybody else and you cannot talk to them cuz they know everything it's really sad that this company would keep someone that has been messing up with medication over and over again

My sister was a resident of Willowbrook place. If you just need a place to live it is fine, but if you need any type of care or assistance in anyway this is NOT the place for you.

This place is horrible. They charge a ridiculous amount of money for a little amount of care. They will gouge the price on your bill if you do not watch closely. They have a very high caregiver turnover rate (the pay they get is horrid). The 1st shift caregivers are not friendly or compassionate, they get irritated if they actually have to do something. The 2nd shift caregivers are great, there are new caregivers all the time. The management is horrible at this facility and within this entire company. They do not know the people that live in the community and they don't care enough to get to know them. I often hear residents wanting to pass away instead of living here.

I only get to visit every three months but there are always major med errors and prescribing. Understaffed especially since I was there at Christmas time. Some med techs need more education. Very poor communication among techs, nurse, and management. What happened to end of shift reports and charting my Mom’s care? Techs are very friendly, just overworked. There also needs to be communication between nurse practitioner and those who are trying to keep up with their loved ones

I called this facility to see about putting my parent here and the admissions director, a lady named [name removed], was extremely rude and aggressive over the phone. She would not let me ask any questions and cut me off and talked over me when I tried to speak. She actually hung-up on me when I kept attempted to interrupt her because she would not stop talking and let me speak. Terrible customer service and am amazed they would have someone with her attitude dealing with prospective clients. Would never consider putting my parent here.
