I loved all the staff who helped make it possible to get pops into Hilltop. During his time there he got to know everyone in the Memory Unit. The place was clean and staff friendly. I would recommend Hilltop to other's.

From the moment you walk into the Gardens there is a sense of friendliness and caring from the staff and residents. The daily activities provide a variety of programs to enhance the needs of everyone to ensure not only fun, but education, religion, group outings, entertainment and personal relationships.

My loved one's stay here was short, but it was a good experience. They took him in on very short notice. The staff was very friendly and really helped my loved one in time of need. I can't say enough good things about them. Communication with the family was great, they did very well. The facility itself is a bit dated/worn and could use some upgrades (new carpet, etc). I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The grass isn't always greener, but things here haven't been great. To start, they were on lockdown for Covid this last weekend and I wasn't notified. I only found out because my loved one called me upset and worried about it. Staff turnover is an ongoing issue here. If you can find someone to help when needed, they're great. But they are definitely short staffed. Communication isn't good. If I call, the phone sometimes rings and no one ever answers. Most times when I visit, there's no one at the front desk to let me into the facility. Waiting 30 minutes outside trying to get in to visit is a pretty regular occurrence. This place sure has changed over the last few years. If I could find another place for my loved one, I would move her.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a very good experience, we were leaning toward this community as it was very high on our list.

I've been happy with maiden Creek. The staff are all very friendly and it is a really nice community. Only reason they get 4's is because no place is perfect.

The Gardens at Cuyahoga Falls is a very nice place. It was an adjustment for my mom at first, but now that she's settled in she likes it. The staff are attentive to your needs. You just have to tell them what you need. They've responded very well to things I've asked for, and I've been very pleased with it.

I really like The Willows. There have just been some bumps in the road. I do think it would be helpful if they could have a meet and greet when you move in, she had to figure everything out herself once she moved in. I do really like all the staff, they are short staffed but that is true of every place right now. The staffing in the dining area, that all is awesome. They are really nice and the service is great, so is the food. I like that memory care is in the same building, it makes it really convenient and the care has been really good. Overall the experience has been good and I would recommend The WIllows.

We have been pleased with the facility, the staff members are taking great care of our loved one and giving her the medications she needs at the appropriate times. It is a secured facility. The residents do get three meals a day and they have a chef that is supposed to be making things from scratch but we have heard some complaint's - a lot of times the soup is extremely watered down. We think maybe if the residents were able to fill out a questionnaire about the meals it would be beneficial.

The community, seemed to offer multiple daily activities but they might want to try to actively reach out to residents to increase involvement .I liked the inviting ambiance, of the two story tall dining area with all the windows They could possibly improve by checking on residents more frequently to see if they have any issues. Also, they may need to increase the variety at mealtime especially breakfast.

We had a wonderful experience with the facility. The staff were caring and extremely friendly My mom enjoyed the food. I think their weekend staff could use some improvement. The only issue we had was with the weekend staff. My mom fell and they failed to notify us.

Nice facility, very friendly staff, common areas not quite as nice as another community. My in-laws liked the food better at the other community. Also, apartments were more open and spacious at another community they chose. Costs were similar.

My only issue is that my mom is a reluctant resident and I don't know how to help her acclimate what should I be doing to help her. I do reach out every one is nice but I don't get feedback I need to help her. I would and have recommended this community to others.

Reason for the deductions is because they are short staffed. For some reason they've lost some of the food servers & maids so that has affected eating in the dining room and maid service going from weekly to every other week. So once they fill those positions it would be all 5s

I met with the administrator and all the people, they were really nice. I chose another facility because we got more bang for the buck. The rooms here were more expensive and since my mom needed a higher level of care I could only afford the studio which was very small. They seemed to have their act together. The facility was just less cozy, it felt more crowded. It is a bigger facility with more residents. They were really sweet and I am sure it is a great place, but it was just not the best fit for us.

The Rutherford, like all of the places we toured, could have been a viable place for our loved one. It seemed like a good facility. It seemed to provide the same level of service and care as the other places we toured. We chose based on proximity to where we live.

This was a nice and was an older community. It didn't have the modern aspects that we wanted for our loved one.

We are working through some issues with our family member that is here. We do not feel that it is Vantage Pointes fault, but they are not really helping with the issues/concerns that we are having. I feel that they could be more helpful and supportive to help us manage the situation and that is not always happening. Overall though in all other areas the staff have been great. I would recommend Vantage Pointe to others.

We picked this community because it was close to my home. They really care. It would be nice if they had, more night staff.

It's an excellent place to live and they have great amenities!
