I'd say that The Gardens at Cuyahoga Falls was just above average. The moving in process was excellent. They coordinated with Affinity Hospice care very nicely. The room was ready and AFFINITY delivered equipment right away. The nurses assigned to our loved one were attentive on average and communicative. The facility was very open and responsive to family oversight. Housekeeping was average. It was clean. No orders. I cannot attest to the taste of the meals. However, they were often delivered cold and needed to be warmed up. I would recommend The Gardens at Cuyahoga Falls if Assisted Living is desired. The setting is lovely and it is very tranquil. Many residents had their rooms decorated to appear very comfortable and personal. The rooms are a very nice size.

We picked this community, because my father liked it. Nice facility with nice residents. Management is questionable. I would recommend to others.

What our family likes the most about the Dover Place community is just how helpful and accessible the nursing staff team is there. Based on our experience so far, we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

Our family had an in person tour with The Palmerton and overall we had a nice tour experience, the community was nice but we were just not overly crazy about the rooms available.

It has been a very good experience. It seems as though the entire staff cares for the welfare of the residents. It's a clean, warm, and safe environment.It had more activities. Every day, all day.

The food is good. & The staff Is friendly. Many cool, fun activities to do. A Home like atmosphere. A good option for ur loved ones. Most residents adapte quickly. I love the relationships that I have aspired with some of the residents.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Willows and the experience has been very good so far. I like that this facility is smaller and more personal. The staff is friendly. The housekeeping staff does a great job. This facility definitely delivers. I would recommend The Willows to family and friends.

We toured Holiday Creekside Terrace when searching for a facility for our loved one. This facility was great and very clean! The atmosphere was very welcoming and our tour guide was friendly, helpful and accommodating.

They have raised the rent and I pay over [removed] for my uncles 1 bedroom apartment. Then on numerous occasions , he has gotten locked out of the security doors and his code not letting him into the building. The doors has been an issue for a year and still not fixed. Also the last visit I was there, one of the elevators wasn't working. One of the tenants across from my uncle apt has/had bed bugs. Pest control came to the building but did it spray the neighbors apartment. So it sure if the bed bugs every were taken care of last month. My uncle isn't happy with the living arrangements now since he found a rat in his bathroom. I would love to find somewhere else for him to live, but not sure where I could get him into considering his credit isn't the best.

We needed a place with ec license. Cost is reasonable and location is close to where my sister lives. They have: stable management. Most have been there since opening. Staff behavior indicative of real caring. Respectful.

Holiday Creekside Terrace is a great, quiet place. For us, we need a small kitchen and a cheaper place. We now need some assistance. It is a great place to live, but when you can't be up and walking around, the grounds are sad. But we do enjoy the surroundings here.

Our family had an in person tour with Amity Place and the staff were wonderful and private rooms were very nice, but the rest of the facilities really needs to be updated, and on walking in, it had more of a nursing home feel to it.

Our mom has been at Greenfield for six months. She enjoys the activities and socialization with staff and other residents. All staff treat mom and all residents with genuine kindness. Greenfield has been a wonderful experience for our mom.

Maidencreek Place is a very nice community and the staff members have done a really great job which is something we really like about the community.

The neighborhood looks bad when you are driving to the facility. There is a welding shop across the street, and there are always lots of trucks and vehicles parked in the yard and on the street. The facility itself is landscaped nicely with a pond and fountain and flowers and trees. There are five or six cottages with differing levels of care that are self-contained. But there are some services that require the residents to leave their building to participate in things like Sunday worship service, or haircuts, etc. Because the Cottages are only about half filled, the nurse is shared with another Cottage or two. This can make finding the nurse difficult at times. Also, there was an underground water leak under the sidewalk to the South entrance to our cottage. When my loved ones moved in, it was always wet, and since it was only slope, it was dangerous. Now, 2 1/2 months later It may have been fixed, but the sidewalk has not been repaired, and it is still not usable. I'm not sure if I would recommend this facility to others. They have tried to accommodate us, but we have been disappointed in several ways.

The staff at Milford Place is friendly. [name removed], who is one of the nurses, is great. Night staff can be hit or miss sometimes but good more times than bad.

The staff was helpful during the transition. Our only complaint is that the business office has been disorganized. Didn't bill for the first month and then had 1st and 2nd month in the first bill. That's after I contacted them about the first payment. In addition, mom and I requested that we both receive the monthly invoice. I had not received one despite being told I would. Milford Place is a well kept, clean facility. Everyone knows mom and greets her when they see her. I am also welcomed when I visit. mom has enjoyed meals and meal time much more than we anticipated. Mom isn't a joiner so really hasn't experienced many activities... at least that's what she tells me. Not sure how to rate this one. There was a little confusion for mom on a health condition she picked up. She felt like she was getting 2 different messages. Other than that, the nurses in particular are thorough, friendly and professional. Again, not sure how to rate this one given no experience with assisted living. That said, mom is comfortable and receives daily interaction and care. That makes us (her 3 children) happy

The Rutherford has been good to my father. He has his own space and three square meals a day, which he says are very good. He loves the food. The thing I like about The Rutherford is they were willing to work with me in payments until I sold my father's house. It was a win for both my father and I.

After living at two previous facilities, with the first being the worst, and the second being a notch above worst, I think this facility has been the only one where I didn't have massively high stress levels. My aunt is getting the care she needs and the staff has training to work with residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. Lots of activities to keep them engaged. It's quaint but I like the feel of the facility. It's nice to get returned correspondence when you have questions or concerns. I want to thank the previous facility for being so horrible that I got my aunt out of there and found Wyncote Place.
