The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The facility is very nice with spacious hallways to accommodate motorized scooters. Lots of activities and the food is very good.

We found it extremely helpful that they would deliver meals if needed. When my dad was sick, [name removed] let me stay in his room, never charged me for meals. Usually around 11 days. My dad had a great room but it was better than average. They had a good system to get people to doctors appointments and shopping. Loved the fridge with leftovers for people to take any time.

The friendliness of the staff is wonderful. The food is delicious. Very place to live. Decent size apartment depending on your needs and wants. Library and gym offered to residents and a place for church.

All the staff have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable and the Community is organized and efficient. The building is clean and well maintained without any of the stale multi-unit smells that sometimes are present in buildings such as this. The maintenance man quickly fixed a dripping tap and the excessive heat in the suite. The food is very good and there is always a choice. The other residents are also friendly and give enthusiastic reviews about their experience there. I was impressed by how quickly we received a follow up call from Churchill Manor after this facility was suggested to us. The administrative staff were extremely helpful at navigating the required paperwork. Our experience has been wonderful and I have nothing but positive things to say in finding ‘A Place For Mom’ at Churchill Manor. I also appreciate the help, guidance and recommendation by A Place For Mom in being directed to Churchill Manor.

Overall the community is wonderful. Staff is very friendly and great. Residents are great as well. Feels just like home. Apartment is good size and clean. Activities are great such as bingo, painting, card playing, and the exercise groups.

Sky Peaks is a facility that just feels like home when you walk in. Clean, modern and the staff is extremely friendly. The food is good and healthy with adequate portions for seniors. The exterior is well kept and there is a park across the street as well as walking/bicycle paths close by.

Owner is local. Visits often. A good selection of meals. Multiple choices at each meal. Recently upgraded amenities. Plenty of opportunities for social interaction. A very caring staff

The moment I walked in it felt warm and home like, the energy with the employees felt safe and welcoming, definitely had a good experience visiting Valencia commons, the food was so delicious the executive chef came out and talked to the residents it was really nice to see

Holiday Warburton Place is surrounded with shopping - short distance driving and within a walker's distance walking. Many restaurants, but you won't need them with three dining room meals a day that are not only varied and well prepared, but come with several alternate choices. There are group exercises every morning, several activity groups and movies with popcorn. Apartments come in several sizes and started the lowest of the many I talked with. I liked my apartment immediately and totally moved in. That is, I completely unpacked and felt totally at home well before hanging the last picture. The layout is a studio that seems to easily divide into a kitchenette, living space, bedroom and dressing (I set up a sewing and cutting area that doubles as a desk), a large bathroom and shower and a porch, plus three ample closets. I love the layout. It seems so much bigger than it is. When I moved in the apartment looked new - totally new.

From the moment we walked in on our first meeting the staff was incredible . The friendliness of the staff and residents was beyond what we could imagine . The facility and residents rooms are homey and welcoming . Plenty of activities for all to choose from . After looking in both Lancaster and York , the Manor at Oakridge in Harrisburg was the one that checked all our boxes. It is an older Independent community but they have just done a complete remodel . We were able to get exactly what we needed at our price range. Cindi was so helpful on so many levels. My husband is now able to take his Occupational Therapy at home with Fox Rehabilitation right in the building. A Place for Mom was instrumental in recommending this as an option.

Since we have been away for 6 months I really haven't seen the improvements but I'm sure it will be nice. As far as the money I was on SS ONLY I had to use my funds also but those that have decent retirement should be very comfortable. Bingo 2 days a week. Several game nights and entertainment.

I am sad for my friend not being a good fit at Vista de la Montana, but it was really a case of a wrong estimation of her own ability. I would rate food and friendliness 100 if I could! I found staff and community welcoming...But the quality of cooking and clean facility was amazing.

The manager [name removed] is amazing. She's so friendly and made mom's move in easy. She checks in on Mom to make sure she's doing well and offers suggestions to make things easier for her. Her housekeeper is so sweet and always keeps things tidy. Everyone I have talked to there said they love the place and we can see why.

Layout for leisure activities is perfect; opportunities for outings, enjoyment and gatherings are abundant. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families! as long as they do not require daily nursing care and assistance with ADL's in which they would need private duty nursing. Fox Rehab on the premises is great. It was perfect for [name removed] as long as he could maintain independence and we appreciate the BH staff sincerely

They are very helpful and quick to make accommodations. We had my dad in after only 2 days. We chose this place over others because of Price affordability, they made it possible for us with short notice. They only had a studio apartment available, but it was cleaned and they installed a new carpet for us. Lots of amenities like three meals a day, a shuttle service, about 75 residents, and lots of common areas. A movie theater, small library of books, lots of board games. A pianist comes in sometimes to perform.

This is a great place to live. Lots of concern for the residents. Only complaints I hear is about the food.... it it is difficult I guess to cook for 100 + people in todays economy. Apartment sizes and amenities offered are good.

Staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate. They walked us through a very difficult time and difficult decisions. We continue to have excellent experiences with staff there. They are thriving there.

The apartment I have moved into is of sufficient size and arranged for more than what I require to be comfortable and give my Yorkiepo the room she needs. The dining room staff is attentive and pleasant when serving meals and drinks The chef and kitchen staff provide satisfying and healthy meals. The administration staff are pleasant and attentive. Costs for the different apartments are in line with the prevailing rates.

The staff bend over backwards to help the residents. Everyone is friendly, and when mishaps come up, they try their best to correct them right away. For instance, a pipe burst a few months after my mom moved in, and the maintenance guy was on it pronto and got it taken care of. Most all of the residents are friendly too. There is a true sense of community there. The main reason I marked them as a 4 for cleanliness is because it's supposed to be a "no smoking" facility, but when you walk down the hall to my mom's apartment, you get blasted with cigarette smells. That should be taken care of.
