Holiday Sky Peaks was a really soft landing space for my aunt during a very transitional time. They set the bar really high. Staff was professional and helpful Facility was clean and inviting Food was really good according to my aunt My aunt went there after a 1month hospitalization and this helped provide the kind of care she needed. Geriatric Specialty Care provided onsite Dr visits

[name removed] was great. He took his time answering all our questions and showing is around. Made our dad feel right at home. The property was clean. Staff was all super friendly. Great amenities. Wonderful dining room, housekeeping and maintenance. The staff obviously love working there and it shows.

Staff are great. The only complaint is the quality of the food and food portions.

The Holiday Crescent Heights facility is clean with very friendly staff. They can improve their food choices and portions. They also run out of food choices at dinner. Landscaping can be improved as well.

I love everything about Crescent Heights! The food is good. I have made a lot of friends and everyone I talk to is really nice! I love my apartment and looking out the window as well as sitting on the patio.

Very nice place. They were very helpful in helping our dad adjust. They have activities. Their meals are good. Very kind people. Good location. Very friendly people. Good variety of activities. Nice walking paths.

I don’t know if I can express how truly wonderful everyone was to my mother. The whole experience moved me to understand how wonderful and loving people can be. Mom called her aides ’my ladies’. They exhibited so much love and so much caring. My only regret was that Mom wasn’t there longer. I could never recommend any place else. In fact, when my turn comes, I want to go there. They all always said we are family and I have to agree. Mom was not independent. The independent aides were there for her even and especially when she started hospice.

Nice place, very clean. The staff is very nice and seem genuinely concerned about their clients. The food is very good and they encourage visitors to share a meal. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The Andover is being remodeled and is nice. The health of my son's father is going down and his doctor said he needs skilled nursing facility like [community removed]. We called [community removed] but they aren't offering any move in special. I appreciate what you did for us at Andover. The medical support staff offer a med check daily and that has been a big help. It's extra but it's nice to have this service! He also has his pet and they are pet friendly!!

My mom has had to move from Holiday Quail Run back in [date removed] because she needed assisted living instead of independent living so we moved her to [community name removed]. While at Holiday Quail Run she was very happy and misses the place and would still be there if not for her needing more assistance. The staff at Quail was fantastic! Holiday Quail would definitely have worked out, but because of her fall, she needed more care. I do think Holiday Quail is a better value.

I love it here at Orchid Terrace! It truly feels like home here. my apartment is wonderful, I love it! The staff is incredible, they work so hard to help us and make sure we are having the best experience! It is so clean and nice here, the residents are so nice and welcoming, I have made many good friends here! I would totally recommend this facility!

Management staff are pleasant and friendly, always ready to answer questions, and try to facilitate the concern, the ancillary staff are very nice and kind well trained at their jobs.helpful to residents when needed( in dining room) I would and have recommended this facility to others.

I checked out seven places that took care of seniors. I only found one that I really really liked and that was Valencia Commons in Rancho Cucamonga. I know we’re not supposed to say names but [name removed] were very accommodating and friendly. In fact, the entire staff felt like family was with a smile on her face and that meant a lot to my dad. They would always pass by and say hello [name removed] how you doing And my dad always felt special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for family.

Briarcrest Estates is a mature, senior independent community. When I moved in a month ago I was greeted as a member of the community. I met and knew almost everybody in my residence wing within three days. I joined the bridge club and hope to soon learn enough to start playing. On likr e resident ate with me that first week and gave a terrific orientation to activities and the neighborhood surrounding Briarcrest Estates. After a conversation with one of the dining room employees she gave me a book on New York City when she learned I had lived there. The meals are locally prepared and to me are very tasty. Little containers of fruits and jellos are available fre all day. The same is true for fresh fruit like bananas and green apples. Not only do you not pay for utilities you also get free cable television that includes The Classic Movie channel, many sports channels including MLB Network. Golden Oaks was a good choice for my mother. Her apartment is spacious and the facility, overall, is kept very clean. The staff treat my mother as if she's their own. I appreciate knowing she is well cared for. She has flourished since being there!

My Mom is very happy at Orchid Terrace. The staff is great. They offer quite a few fun activities. There is a nice walking path outside. During inclement weather, the hallways make for a nice walk. It’s nice having meals and light housekeeping included. There are several gathering places- an activity room, small gym, atrium for concerts, billiards/card room, nice outdoor spaces. The bus driver, [name removed], is great!!

Wonderful staff, very friendly. The facility is also very clean and the food is always good. Organized activities daily. They are also pet friendly as well. All of the residents are also very friendly and everyone is very helpful. I was welcomed with open arms and was made to feel at home immediately. I go to physical therapy at least 3 times a week so I'm not here that much, but when I am , it's always very quiet.

Wonderful place, great food, attentive but not pushy

I have lived Illahee for a year. It is a small community. 85 residents. Because of the smallness we are more like a neighborhood. We know and look after each other. We have lots of varied activities and a bus for field trips, grocery rums, dr. appointments. Lots of Holiday parties. Excellent cooks. 3 meals a day, Our general and assistance, Mangers are the BEST! We have a PT and OT in house. Laundry and beauty shop too. Living at Illahee is a great independent living home!
