It's an independent living facility. The property itself is wooded and lovely, hidden from the street. Great for residents that enjoy being outdoors.

Staff is excellent. Apartments are comparable to standard size Of 1 bedroom apartment. Amenities includes weekly vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchenette/bathroom, changing bed linens/towels.

5 for all categories! Everyone has been very nice. The food is good. Apartment sizes are great. Overall, it is a great facility.

Ease of communication while choosing the best options for me brother.

There's room for negotiating things like the rent & aide care. The staff are very personable & accommodating. The facility is spacious, pretty & well maintained. We were very happy to have our mother there, she was well taken care of.

Everyone is kind and helpful. You just have to ask. I have a one bedroom. There is a small living room with a space for a table. A small kitchen is near the living room. The kitchen has a 4 burner stove and a refrigerator freezer. The bathroom has a full shower, sink, and toilet. A resident must supply the shower curtain and towels. Cleaning happens once a week, and a towel, wash cloth, and hand towel are exchanged on cleaning day.

Thank you to Holiday Copley Place for being the perfect place for my brother to live. We looked at other places in the area and are glad he and family members decided to choose Holiday Copley Place. We no longer worry about him being alone and our experience here is that he is happy and comfortable, well taken care of, and surrounded by a caring and competent staff. We are also happy with the physical therapy he is receiving. The community is well maintained, has nice and spacious apartments, and a beautiful dining room and other areas where residents and family can gather. Lots of windows add to the spacious and inviting feeling that we all appreciate. We would highly recommend Holiday Copley Place.

Like the community because it is friendly. The residents seem happy but they definitely need to improve their food it's very inconsistent in its quality.

I would tell others looking into Forsyth Court that no matter what questions or what concerns a family might have the staff is always here to help. There's never a time where they aren't here for the families of a loved one who lives here. They know each one by name and what they like and dislike and do everything they can to be their family when you can't be there. It's the most amazing place!!

The staff and residents are so helpful and friendly. The apartment that I got for my parents is very large and has a lovely patio!

Fleming Point is the best choice we could have made for my mom!! The food is the best she's ever tasted!! And she's had some amazing food in her life! [name removed] and the staff are the best as well! My mom is well taken care of and hasn't been this happy in 10 years!! She loves the Bingo games and music festivals they have!

From the moment I entered Kittery Estates I was impressed by the cleanliness and spacious feel. Jennifer gave me a very informative and helpful tour. And repeated this when I brought my brother in-law on my second visit. He's a stickler for cleanliness and was impressed from the start. [name removed] introduced him to the staff and service providers and he felt welcomed very quickly. The delicious lunch and layout of the apartment sold him. He immediately felt at home on the day he moved in. Recently he told me he loves the place and the people he's come to know. He confirmed it's the right place for him. Personally I'm glad that A Place for Mom reached out after my initial query. You made the search quick and easy. I recommended you to my son-in-law last month when he had to find a home for his dad after his mom passed away.

Friendly helpful and caring staff. Clean facility. Planned activities. Easy to make friends. Varied diet. Well prepared meals. Readily available laundry machines. Meticulous housekeeping staff. Caring transportation driver.

I moved from another senior community to Sky Peaks. I absolutely love it here. My apartment is bright and cheerful and laid out conveniently. The staff is warm and welcoming. The residence are friendly and helpful. I really feel like I’m home.

Very clean. Everyone is very friendly. Couldn't ask for better. One of them is always available during regular hours and very helpful and friendly. There are always several selection you can take if the main choice is not something one wants. But I find the food very good and s good proportion too. There is almost always something going on the one can attend if they want too. I think Niagara Village is fairly priced.

I would tell others- Ask questions. About food, staff, other people that live there. Smell. Use your nose. This is an independent facility, but staff are emotionally supportive. Activities and food are improving and growing. It is the least expensive place I found.

They are a good and loving people they respect you and show you the most outta respect this will be a good place to come and check out hands best place they show the residents love and support here the meals are good here as well

What we like the most about Holiday Andover Place are the staff and residents, they are very friendly. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far!

I feel very comfortable here and yes I would recommend Holiday Echo Ridge to other families.
