Food only average. 9% rent increase after first year. Would recommend with reservations. The Included housekeeping service in-unit is very minimal.

Holiday park is good for inactive seniors that sit in wheelchair Nothing is provided for the cost get you in one cost rent cost is send under constant change management. Out side is somewhat up keep Floors are not clean often Menu seemed prepared by sop chef ( largest complaint from the residents ) for the cost o[fee removed] a month ) no ventilation in hallway for some residents if they want a balance meals. And is able to prepare the kitchens is in the activities room on main floor at first come basis. Refrigerator taken away the small size to cut corners to mini size No cooktop for seniors that are able to prepare meals with caregivers. Only staff that is capable is the longtime front desk person. Sorry o placed my sister there promises or word by mouth were made not kept outside and yard looks like resort upon entering. Air-conditioned Cable with internet is included not accessible for laundry and trash At all unless next door to it Looks like mini resort outside Lack of staff and no maintenance

We have been here almost 3 months. Our room has only been cleaned 3 times. If you can call half vacuuming and half cleaning the toilet. No dusting, no cleaning counters or the tub. They should not be allowed to advertise that they clean the apartments, because they don't. Never asked if we had any laundry to be done. They advertise that too. Absolute false Advertisement!! The doors on all 3 closets have not been repaired. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on what they promise. If you come here just come knowing that they do not follow through with what they advertise. I've even asked if they know someone I could hire myself to get the work done. Nothing there either! I love that we are right in the city, yet it feels like we are in the country. The grounds are beautiful. The food is good. If you don't like one thing on the menu you have options, which is good. I don't mean to be ugly but we came here based on what they offered, but we definitely don't get it.

I'm under Dr. Care and its safer for me to be here. I love my apt and can come and go as I want. They provide transportation anywhere in town. Staff very supportive and caring.

The outside of the building is pretty well maintained. On the inside, newly remodeled, everything is pretty well maintained except for the elevator (there is only one for the whole building) which has been out of service three times in the last year and is now being replaced. My 95 year old mother lives on the 3rd floor. She is in good shape and still has trouble getting up and down the stairs for doctor's appointments and other activities. The replacement of the elevator is supposed to take up to three weeks! Is this not a health and fire hazard? The washer and dryer facilities are inadequate for the number of people using them. There is always a machine or two waiting for replacement or repairs which could take months because the corporate wheels turn slowly. The food is inconsistent in quality. I am having to buy more and more food for my Mom to fix in her apartment because she can't or won't eat what is served. What's on the menu is rarely what shows up on the table.

I was not a fit for the Warburton. I am active. I was not eating many of the meals as I did not get back to the apartment on time. I also did not appreciate the individuals who always reserved the seating for friends or couples. Lastly. The living room was too small for my furniture. I pay far less and enjoy my apartment in [name removed] with 700 square feet. I will acknowledge the management staff on site. [name removed] and his staff are great.

They don't take care of the individual apts. I've been waiting 4 months for them to fix the issues that were supposed to be fixed before I moved in The food is lousy and they have been cutting back on portions to save money. Not a lot of activities. The bus for transportation is only running 3 days a week for 6 hours. People have been left at appointments having to find their own way home. I have met some great people but they have been taking in drug addicts and alcoholics. There is no security and no mangers on site from 7pm to 7am. People who need help getting around are told this is Independent Living and don't get help. Has not been a good experience. A lot of people move out shortly after moving in.

Maintenance is a bit slow, but they try...not real swift about plumbing or cable TV issues...food used to be pretty unpalatable, but they have a relatively new chef, who has improved the food 1000% , and she genuinely cares about the people, and the food they're getting.. the worst thing about that aspect, is that sometimes they don't have what is on printed menu, or they don't have enough.. but that's not the kitchen's fault, that's management, and budget considerations, rather than people considerations..

They could have more outings but we would recommend the community to other families

My apartment is not cleaned weekly as promised. Towels not changed weekly as promised. Mostly due to staff shortages, but even when fully staffed supervision of staff seems lax. I don’t feel the service provided is a good value.

[name removed] does not do the activities so I cannot respond on that. The cleaning is appropriate. I would check on the food before renting. They need new menu items.

The facility is going through a complete redo so hopefully things will get better after the upgrade. Food isn't good usually a problem for my loved one.

Staff turnover is high. The food was substandard, there is no security and no one on duty after 7:30 pm. My mom had a stroke and seizure. Her friends found her. It was the end of February. When we realized she won't be able to return to independent living it was [date removed]. They are giving no consideration and charging through [date removed].

There are some serious drawbacks in relation to corporate’s responses to requests (such as the lack of security cameras in our halls, etc). Very frustrating! Additionally, the destruction of our library which was replaced by a seldom used exercise room.

The staff is nice but the facility itself is pretty run down. Tape on carpets in halls holding carpet tiles in place. Laundry rooms aren't clean. Not much in the line of activities. Weekly cleaning service is ok but not great - sometimes they don't vacuum. The food isn't too good. All this being said, I'm not living there - I moved my brother in there and he's not as fussy as I am so other than the sub-par food which he doesn't like, he doesn't really care about the rest of it. I sure would if I lived there.....one of the main attractions for me was that my brother would have 3 meals a day but he rarely goes to the dining room. This problem is two-fold: he doesn't like the food and is also depressed so he stays in his apartment. All this being said - I must say that his newly renovated apartment is lovely.

I am reasonably happy here and have made great friends. I enjoy the atmosphere of independent living. I am able to see my family as much as they are able to come. I and very thankful to have my grandchildren come by as often as they are able.

We pay a lot of money so that our mother could have a nice place to live. But our complaints have been voiced several times and nothing has been done to rectify these issues. House keeping is supposed to be every Tuesday they may have been in twice since she moved in. Food is what's left over from what is prepared and delivered cold. A lot of times she doesn't get what she ordered. If we have to provide food and do her house keeping it should be adjusted in her rent. Also we have to them about to refrigerator l've been cleaning it every few days so we can use it smells like and looks like mold. This is what we think about this facility

Should tell you we recently moved my mother out of Willow Grove. It ended up not being a good fit for her or use as a family. Facility/staff turnover was a factor in our decision.

I like the convenience, cost and community. They could improve on management, transportation and alternative meal options.

The staff when my mom first moved in were fantastic. When the site was sold to a large company everything changed. Most all of the staff left leaving a staffing shortage. The new administration wanted to start charging for things that were not in her lease and the thoughtfulness to the residents dropped. Mom moved out and into a much better place. Would not recommend this place.
