I liked the facility when I went to tour it. It seemed like the other communities. It was too high priced for us. The director was really pushing us to sign a contract after we told her we could not afford the care. I was not happy with that.

The staff and administrators make every effort to assist residents with any problems they may have. Maintenance of apartments is maintained by an able maintenance man. There is an activities and events planner who tries to schedule programs and activities seniors would enjoy. She encourages feedback from residents and acts accordingly. Meals are varied and there is always a good choice on the menu. Rates are reasonable and affordable.

My tour of this community was excellent, the staff was all very friendly and gave us lots of useful information about there facility. All of the people had such positive energy and where very welcoming to my mother and I. We plan to move into this community after the first of the year.

I'am looking forward to my move to this community. It is a very nice place, everything looks nice and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. There are nice activities and good meals available for the residents. So far I have had a good experience with this community. It is a very nice place, and I would recommend it.

The staff are nice, however they seem to have a problem keeping staff members. The community is clean and they offer a few activities. Mom is not enamored with the food as she says it is bland. The community is tucked out of the way.

My mother in law was here at this community for respite stay. Everything went well, and we knew she was in good hands here. The community looks nice, and they do good job with cleanliness. The staff was really good. The only issue I had was that they never came to fix her TV remote in her room. Other than that the meals was great. We were comfortable with her stay here. This is a community I would recommend, it is a nice place.

My parents are doing great here at this community. They are all moved in, and has adjusted well to it. Everything has worked out good so far, and I'am pleased with their move to this community. It is a nice place.

Nice facility, looked older than 10 years though. Residents didn't seem as happy as those at Palermo.

I would have chosen this community if I was looking for a place for myself. The staff were friendly and forthcoming. The community looked clean. They have an on site home care agency.

We dropped in to tour this facility. We were impressed with the quality of the residence. There appear to be many activities for the residents. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

This is a very clean Manor. We liked it for the location. The price was average but it doesn't include any medical assistance. Very impressed with their transportation access for residents.

My aunt is doing good at her community and we are happy with the place. She is happy and is having fun participating in activities, she enjoys it. The meals are good to her and it is a clean environment. I would recommend this community to others.

The community and the staff is great here. They offer plenty of things for my loved to do. The people seem caring and willing to help. There are a few things that can use improvement. The food is the worse that my loved one ever tasted. Also the carpet is dirty and has a bad smell to it. Other wise this is a perfect place for my loved one.

The staff is wonderful here. I love the way they treat there residents with dignity and love. The community is great about offering enough activities for my loved one. The meals are the only thing that I can say needs help. They do not give enough portions. Other than that I would recommend the community to family.

The community was very nice and the staff was helpful. I just would not recommend this place to anyone that would need any kind of assistance on a daily basis. This community is more for someone that is independent. The staff is really good at keeping me informed about my loved one and there needs.

The care needs for my mother had changed and unfortunately the community could no longer assist in the proper care she needed. They did always try their best the staff were nice. Her room was always cleaned and the meals were great. I felt she was in a protected place which was very important.

Grizzly Peaks is a wonderful place to call home. I still feel like I have lost all of my independence as I can not use the bus they provide as I am in a wheelchair and they do not have a lift of the bus. They provide you with all kinds of things to do for entertainment and that keeps you busy. The food is very good, even too much at times. I would recommend Grizzly Peaks to anyone looking for a place to move to.

It is a very nice place and it is a newer facility. The staff do a great job cleaning the community and every Thursday my dad gets his room cleaned, it always smells and looks clean. The staff are warm and welcoming. They took the time to understand his like and know his name. The meals are not his usual and there is one option for substitutions.
