My mother is doing well here at White Oaks. This is wonderful community, and I'am comfortable with her move here. I know she is safe, and in good hands at this facility. The staff is great, they have been kind, and helpful. It has been a good experience, and I would recommend this community. It is a really nice place.

The staff here are very nice and very accommodating when we went. They were helpful with whatever we had questions with. The residents were out and they seemed to really be enjoying themselves as well.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community for my father. The staff where very kind as well as on time to our appointment which I very much appreciated. The property was well maintained and had lots of great amenities that they offered to there residents it was just not the right fit for my father and the timing was bad.

I am happy with the care of this community. The staff is caring and very attentive. The activities are good and she is staying active and that is very good to know. The community is clean and very nice. I would recommend this community to other families for the great care and value.

I have not toured the Hidden Lakes yet, but a woman that lived in the community I live in now, lives here and she tells me she is very happy there. I am considering touring to see if it would be a better fit for me.

So far I'am doing pretty well since my move to this community. I'am still getting use to the routine around the community, but so far all is well. The community is very well-kept. The staff is very kind, and always willing to help. The meals could use some improvement. Overall it is still a work a progress, but I would recommend this community.

I had a nice view of the community. I got to see empty apartments and met the people there. The apartments were nice but not as huge as I wanted. When I came for a tour I got the feeling I was buying a used car and the staff were more interested in the sales than me.

A good place. Very clean and airy. The one bedrooms are good sizes and the balcony is a plus. The cost is not over the top and affordable!

My mom is doing fine in this community and I am pretty happy with all the staff. Overall I am happy with the care and services they provide. She enjoys the activities and meals that is made and provided for her. They do a fine job keeping the community clean as well as maintaining her room.

Everything is working out pretty since my parents move to this community. They are doing pretty well depending on the day. I'am comfortable with their move to this community. It is a nice, safe community. Overall everything is working out pretty well, and I would recommend this community.

Very nice place. Appreciated time taken by [Removed], the sales consultant, to find out what I was looking for and to answer my questions. It would be a very good fit and is at the top of my list to take my family member to visit.

Bright , clean facility with nice amenities. Everyone we met was friendly and eager to help. We dropped in on ten minutes notice and they were able to work us into their schedule

Suites are a very nice size, liked the location as well. We are looking for an opportunity to make a few meals in our suite but would be limited to do this at this facility.

My tour of this community was a nice one. The community looked nice and very well-kept. My tour guide was very kind, and helpful. The experience went very well. Unfortunately I found a community that was closer for our families to travel too.

This community offered mom a respite stay so she could decide if she liked it and wanted to stay. The food is good and they keep the community clean. She has a very nice room with a door that leads to the outside. She has five large windows in her room that she likes. There is a lot of green grounds for the residents and their families to enjoy. The marketing director and the staff I have met have been helpful and friendly. They make mom feel like she belongs there.

So far my experience with this community has been a good one. I do feel this will be a good move for me. It is a very nice place, everything looks very well-kept. The staff is very kind, and they are always willing to help. They have lovely activities offered for the residents. The meals are good, they do serve well balanced meals. This will be a good fit for me, and I'am really looking forward to my time here at this community, and I would recommend it.

[Removed] seems very knowledgeable and gladly shares info. room rates are very reasonable.Kitchenettes are a big plus. "Great Call" emergency response system is a value to their customers

I am doing good in my new home, still unpacking. I am eating so well from having very good food. I have been gaining weight. I have yet to come across a bad meal. I don't really participate in activities but it is available for me when I am ready. My housekeeping is well cleaned often.

So far the experience has been good for my dad here. He is still trying to get settled in and when he is ready they offer many activities. The options for the meals have been enjoyable. The housekeeping is dependable and the community is kept clean. They all do a good job.
