My husband and I lived at Montana until he got stage 4 lung cancer. He died on [date removed]. I had been living with my son. I could hardly wait to come back. This feels like my home all the help is very good to me.

I have lived here only during the "lockdown" time for COVID-19, but so far it has been a very positive time. This facility is very attractive and spotlessly clean. The grounds are lovely also and very well kept. The food is above excellent. So far no complaints.

Great independent living facility. Beautiful grounds,Very spacious rooms (Apartments)and exceptionally clean . The common rooms were very nicely decorated. We felt it offered a lot to it’s residents and seem to have a very friendly and happy vibe. [Name removed] and [name removed]were just lovely and exceptionally patient with all our questions and concerns . The only reservations we had were the use of stairs and elevators to go from floor to floor. And that there was not a 24 hour staff (nurse) on duty. In case of a fall etc.

My father means the world to me and when I found the manor at woodside and had virtually tour spoke with rally I felt the kindness and caring they have for the residents I knew this was the place for my dad and I heard great reviews from people who work in the medical field my father is in and the caring and help I receive was terrific the staff make it feel like home thank you for your wonderful staff and the kindness o gave me

My mom was hesitant to move in there and for her I would say that it has extended her life, The social interaction , opportunities to go outings in the community, and have a sense of community has been wonderful for her. She has made new friends. My mom is very happy there. My mom says she is where she should be. She has a nice apartment with high ceilings and she is so comfortable there. We believe finding this community was divine intervention.

it was a good community. The caregivers were really nice and if you needed something they were helpful. I chose this community because it was the most affordable of the communities that I visited. It was a really clean building. The food was inconsistent because the turnover of the cooks and they didn't proper kitchen staff.

They are always cleaning the community. The staff is all very helpful and will go the extra mile for you. Very nice people. During the Covid-19 pandemic, most of the activities have been cancelled, however previous to that, they were pretty good. We feel White Oaks is a good value!

If you are looking for an amazing place for your parent(s), I would definitely recommend this retirement home. My mom was so happy here, playing cards, going on outings for lunch or shopping, meeting for coffee or wine and other activities. All the staff is so attentive and genuine caring people. My mom enjoyed the meals, the laundry facility, cafe and her spacious home. Having her great granddaughters come and visit was so important and they loved coming often. Keeping my mom safe during Covid-19 has been incredible.

The staff does a good job with cleaning the rooms. They shows they care for the residents. The services provided, like meals and activities, are excellent. Definitely a good value. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they have done a good job with keeping the residents safe, while keeping them relatively active. The other week, they had a concert where residents could listen to live music from their balconies.

Things in general at Bluebird Estates seem to be taken of. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the staff has done a good job with ensuring our services remain operational. The particular lady that services my apartment is plays multiple roles at the community but has done a good job with cleaning. The activities before the Covid-19 pandemic were adequate. There were quite a few, however they were not particularly relevant to me as a more active resident. Those who are less active, however, would probably find the activities much more appealing.

I think that the Peninsula is a great place for my mom to live. They offer activities, although, she doesn't always choose to participate. The meals are fairly good with variety. Her apartment is small but it is located on the group floor with a patio, which is so nice. We chose this community because is was close to our family and she didn't needs assisted living because she is so independent. Overall, she really likes it there. She has also made some friends.

Bluebird Estates is a really nice place. It is clean. The room my mom has is really nice, she has vaulted ceilings. They have a lot of different floor plans. Most of the staff are very nice. The grounds are nice, very well kept.

One thing that I don't like, on the corporate level, the menu choices have way too much sugar. Too much dessert is offered. Room sizes are fabulous. My mom has a patio and a nice view and large room sizes in the apartment . They have a good amount of storage. Parking is a little far away from entrance. The community is well maintained and nicely landscaping. They have a lovely walking path. My mom loves the socialization of the community. My mom is thriving.

They have had a lot of staff turnover, which can be difficult for us. Those that do work at the community are very kind and nice and treat the residents well, however all aspects of the staff turnover very quickly. They also used to clean weekly and now they only clean once every two weeks. There also isn't much in the way of activities other than bingo. The community is always very clean and the building itself is beautiful. When dining is set up, it is beautiful. The grounds are also quite nice and well kept and my mother loves it there. They have a wonderful beautician that does hair. Maple Suites has done very well during the Covid-19 pandemic. They have given out masks and made sure all residents are following guidelines. We feel the residents are protected.

We like the community, we like the food, the apartments are nice, and the services are good as well. The community felt like you were walking into a well kept home. The staff has gone through a number of turnovers. We were able to sit down with residents during Father's Day and participate in the activities they had planned, which included a very sweet tribute to all the fathers in the community. Willow Grove feels very wonderful and is a great looking communities with great amenities like a bar and beach run. As a whole, we think very highly of the community and the staff. Definitely recommend visiting and seeing if it's the place for you!

One of the only communities where you walk in the door and it felt friendly and there were no odors at all. The staff was very friendly and took the time to give us a tour and explain to us about the community when we initially visited. My mother-in-law even got to choose her apartment. While Willow Gardens didn't provide direct care, they were very helpful with helping us find outside care to bring in. The staff takes a lot of care with my mother-in-law's and are very accommodating. They have a lot of good activities like bingo or live entertainment that come in for the residents. They also provide off-community activities and will drive residents to them in the community bus. We toured three different places when looking for senior living, and this community is a great value for the care and services my mother-in-law is receiving. Willow Gardens is bright and cheery and we were immediately able to ask other residents about their experience and thoughts on the community, which we really appreciated.

Niagara Village is very good with communicating and ensuring the residents get to know each other. They are also great about getting them out of their rooms and engaging them. The staff is very good with engaging the residents with things like activities. The price of care includes all meals and related care, which is a plus.

It is pretty friendly place. The food is great. It is a good place to live. Rooms are really a good size. They have a lot of different floor plans. There are outdoor walking paths.. Parking is not great but not that many residents have cars.

Beautiful facility, working with me to meet my needs and requests. It’s a great facility, beautiful, clean, and offers many things for different needs.
