I had no idea this community was here. It was by far one of the friendliest places I visited. No smell and exceptionally clean. Residents there were welcoming. They had just redone where they eat and it was so nice. Staff very and seemed so happy with what they were doing. My friends apartment was very much made into like her home. I was invited to come back and eat with her. Great place!

[Name removed] provided an in depth tour. We did focus on Studio living units due to budget constraints. However we also saw a one bedroom just in case. [Name removed] introduced Mother to several residents in her age bracket. That was so wise because my mom could see there were others her age enjoying their new life and each other. Forest Pines is located in a very quiet area yet so close to the Trenholm and Forest Dr. This part of Columbia offers so much. It would make visits enjoyable.

Many activities something for everyone including day trips to various and diverse locations like monthly trip to casino and Oregon coast for seafood lunch. Light housekeeping weekly included in rent. We also have a 1/3 mile walking path around the lake. Exercise room with many air controlled pieces of equipment. Try it, you will like it!

I lived at Pinegate Retirement. I enjoy the "out of doors," the landscape is very nice. I enjoy living here. I enjoy me apartment here at Pinegate. It is nice to be among the residents, you are never alone! Inside is all new and quite lovely. We are proud of all the new paintings and furnishings as well as new floors.

The staff of the retirement home is great. We have not encountered not one person with a bad attitude. Everything we have asked for has been done. We would recommend this to anyone - my mom has been completely satisfied after moving from a small town for 91 years. It has been a blessing for the family.
