I use to take the staff here for granted, thinking it's their job. Since 'Covid 19' my thinking has changed. I've come to realize our staff here are all caring, dedicated people who put their own health and well being aside to keep all of the residents here safe and healthy. God Bless them all.

My first impression about this place was warm and welcoming. The ambiance of the place was incredible with unique decors, with the respected patients portraits. I love it. All staff was incredible, always hands on, handling residents demand, I'd noticed every visit, I always experienced, with warm welcome and beautiful smile they are always polite and friendly.

It is wonderful when there is no virus!

It is very friendly at Greenwood Terrace. They have an excellent staff. It is easy to get to know the residents. Everyone is very friendly. The food is good. The rooms are a good size and the layout of the community is good.

Great place to live, especially with the lake to enjoy and walk around. Room was very comfortable and good floor plan. Front desk [names removed] were super nice. And best of all, [name removed] (sales) helped us from the very beginning to the very end. She always had mom in view to make sure everything was right for her. They are all very great. I will miss them all.

Beautiful facility! Staff is always friendly and helpful! They are extremely involved with the residents and are always willing to go the extra mile!

The staff at The Manor At Woodside is very courteous and responsive. They were offering activities previous to the Covid-19 pandemic, however during the community lock down, the residents have been limited to their rooms. The food quality is good and we have no complaints. It is a little bit expensive for the lack of services.

Unique property. Great management (for the most part). Central location for all services. Independence for all who want it.

Very helpful and understanding , went completely out of the way to help us

My father was a resident of the Manor at Woodside for the past 3 years. From the beginning, I have found the staff to be involved, compassionate, and dedicated. They genuinely care about the residents, and go the extra mile to make sure their needs are addressed. It is a very warm and welcoming community, and my father quickly established friendships soon after moving there. Family involvement is welcomed and encouraged. Before the covid-19 restrictions, there was a full program of daily activities including movies, exercise classes, and games, as well as periodic concerts and outings. There were also holiday dinners and barbecues that were open to family members. In addition, there are several kitchen/cafe areas in the building that can accommodate family gatherings. A shuttle bus is available to take residents to medical appointments. My father never failed to mention how happy he was at the Manor whenever I visited him. Thank you, Manor staff, for providing such a supportive and caring environment.

I want say thank you for going above and beyond to help make this a great home for our mom but unfortunately she will not be entering your community she was rushed to the hospital with a stroke and internal bleeding. I know she would have loved living there but maybe in time she might when she gets better but right now she can’t. [Name removed] you are the best we thank you from the bottom of our hearts and you deserve 10 stars...Thank you again......[name removed]

The Westhaven is an amazing place. My grandmother loves that place and the staff our great. The new management staff goes out of their way to help as much as possible. They refreshed the elevator and the building and it looks amazing now. Since the new executive director has taken over the place has sure turned around. The staff seem to be working more in sync. I'm so happy my grandmother is around people that care.

All of the staff are super caring about the residents. They communicate with families regularly. They address me by name when I visit. The building is always clean. The food is great. During COVID and Wuarantine they have done a great job keeping families informed. They were highly cautious for the safety of the residents. My aunt has been happier these last few years since moving to Alexis Gardens in 2017.

Great staff- great management. A very homie, comfortable place to live. The staff/management are very caring. Highly recommend it to any independent person.

Excellent care by an exceptional staff. My only complaint is starting a quarantine on the day a test comes back positive rather than the last day exposed by that person. The latter is the way recommended by the health authorities as far as I understand.
