From the first time I entered the doors for a tour everyone has been so welcoming and friendly. My mother did not want to leave her house but after many falls and slight dementia she was no longer able to be alone. She has loved living at the cottage and is very content.

3 yrs ago our mom passed away unexpectedly. She was the primary caretaker for our disabled dad. We realized quickly that the 5 of us adult kids couldn’t do all she did for dad. We spent nearly 6 mos searching for the ‘right’ place, looking at every facility between 2 states and 5 counties. The first visit to Columbia Cottage we knew this was it! Since moving there he has THRIVED! His health and mental/emotional state have improved and we’re back to just being his kids. I can’t say enough good things about Columbia Cottage. It has that feel of a southern home with the big covered porch, he loves sitting out there talking with his new friends. It offers privacy with him having his own apartment yet he has access to 24hr/day care and support. Wonderful meals, weekly apartment deep cleaning, on site beauty/barber services and tons of awesome activities are just a few of the great benefits. This place was truly heaven sent for our family. We've experienced nothing but good things and great help. The care seems to be top notch, and the staff are lovely They serve plentiful food, three meals a day and snacks. And it's a very safe place for my elderly relative to be.

Dogwood is a good place. we've been very pleased. we especially appreciate a few people, [name removed], the attendant/aide - she is so sweet and good to my mother. she holds her accountable, but does it in a way that my mom is so complaint with her. she is so kind and caring and does things the right way. [name removed], the director - she is all over it and she is really good with folks. she runs a tight ship, but she is so compassionate and she makes sure things are done right. [name removed], the nurse, she's the same as the director. they are an incredibly good team, they do everything they can to make sure every single resident is taken care of and cared or. they make sure they tailor their care to each persons needs. we also really like that its small. my mom doesn't have a lot of stamina so its small enough to where she can get anywhere she needs to go without having to stop and rest. there's only about 21-22 residents total and we really like that. its not flashy, its very tasteful and it fits our family really well. all the residents know each other so its a good community.

This is a very nice place and I think they are doing a very good job at this community. They have activities and a form posted with things for the residents to do and my loved one participates sometimes in the activities that they have available. I have been very happy with the staff and anytime I have said anything to them about anything it has been resolved and my loved one has been taken care of.

The director and staff at the Lawrenceburg Cottage was and remains extremely helpful in transitioning my loved one to their facility. Information was detailed and thorough, recommendations were clear. Questions were answered timely and professionally. Maintenance was instrumental in preparing her room. I have entered the facility on at least an every other day basis for three weeks now. The staff members are kind, considerate and polite. The seem eager to care for their patients, are respectful and polite to each other. This is by no measures an easy transition for patients and their families. I could not have asked for greater cooperation than what we have been given. Thank you Lawrenceburg Cottage director and staff. [name removed] has been extremely helpful.

Virtual tour, good but didn't like the location. The woman who helped us was great.

I would recommend the community as my loved one loves it here. The staff are nice and my loved one enjoys the food. Some of the activities available include arts and crafts, and more for the residents to choose from.

I would recommend it to others. Everybody there is very friendly. The facility is clean. It seems like a really nice place. And I feel like the cost is reasonable.

It is a good affordable place for your loved one.

My mom is a resident at Country Cottage. The staff goes above and above to care for the residents. The cottage is clean and feels just like home. I would highly recommend the Cottage.

This community was okay but I wanted something more upscale for my loved one but the tour was nice.

This community was very nice and the people were very friendly however, I needed my aunt in a community where they gathered and there were more gathering places at another community. The people were very nice the community was just not what I needed for my loved one

We chose Country Cottage because it just fit her better. It is a smaller and a more intimate setting. The room sizes at the facility are average. She is always staying busy with activities and she really enjoys the food. It has been a good experience so far.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not feel rushed at all and they took their time with our family. I would recommend touring this community
