I like that the staff was very friendly and seemed to care for [name removed]. I do know [name removed].said she did not care for the meals there. Said they were very bland lol and dinners were too small. It is a nice place. I wouldn't mind looking into it when I need an assistant living place.

Overall the experience was good. Mom was in assisted living\personal care. Occasionally she would have to wait a while for someone to come to her room. Food was excellent and the activities and entertainment was very good.

The building is being remodeled. I like the patios, socialize with others. I like it here.

Overall we have been very pleased. Traditions of Hershey has been a great fit for my Nana. They have been open about my nana's needs and helped my family and I to get the additional care she needed and has worked with hospice care as a team. We very much appreciate that level of care and service.

I feel that I have had the help I need. Traditions has been there for me. I like the mushroom soup, and having people around.

Overall very clean and workers are very nice and pleasant! Food is pretty good.

Very early but everything seems to be going smoothly. So far very happy with facilities and staff.

I adapted to being here, but now understand that I need to be here for my safety and ensure that I don't fall. I gradually just fit in, and now enjoy the exercise and the programming available. I feel everyone is friendly here.

The Birches ratings would be higher if training and oversight of the care staff were improved. I would recommend this community to other families but but ask a lot of questions about quality of recruiting, training and oversight of care delivery staff. I go directly to staff with concerns and have found them responsive.

I would say they are lovely. The residents seem happy, and the place seems lively. I love that they offer happy hour and other community events every week, have a community garden, etc.They couldn't afford to stay in their 1 bedroom, so had to move to a 1 room studio. Rent is $[name removed]/month.

It's small and personalized. Very homey. There's always room for improvement for everyone.

People are nice, I like to help out. I have made new friends while here and it's ok not to remember their names!

My mother stayed in the memory care wing of Manor at Marketplace for two weeks. It was an easy process to arrange from initial information gathering to touring the facility to completing the paperwork to the actual stay. The staff were all friendly and informative. My mother was comfortable and well cared for while I was out of state. I was able to call and speak with her as well as with the staff. I would recommend the Manor at Marketplace to anyone looking for short term respite care or for something more permanent.

The facility is very nice and the staff is great. I would recommend to others.

This place is very nice, generally. The food is awful and is a major complaint. Menu and attentive selections are just terrible. Many times the food is just inedible. Very poor offerings to the elderly residents.

The facility is beautiful, staff is great with the exception of nighttime and evening staff. They are slow to respond when called if they respond at all. They are understaffed and no supervisor to contact when and aid is non responsive.

My loved one is currently a resident at Manor At Market Square and overall, the experience has been good for her at this facility. The cleanliness and the meals are great. The friendliness is good. My loved one doesn't participate in any of the activities and doesn't leave her room. I wish that they would get her out more.

People are very helpful when we call and they help each other out. Food is delicious. Activities are great fun.

My dad was there for about 8 months but is now deceased. He really did like it there, though, and thought the staff was friendly and helpful They plan so many activities, including field trips, so this aspect is outstanding. Everyone seemed to like the food. The only negative is that sometimes staff is rushed/ short on time (possibly short staffed?) so unable to dedicate time to patients
