They take the time to get to know new residents. They make sure its an easy transition. The staff seems knowledgeable and aware of the residents needs. This is a very clean and friendly community. i would recommend the Heritage Middleton to anyone who is searching for a good assisted living facility.

I think they do a wonderful job overall at Heritage of Middleton! The director here, David, is phenomenal and works so well with both the residents and their families. The care staff here are all incredibly friendly and professional, and I think they treat the people here the way they deserve to be treated. They have all sorts of activities and events, and they do fun little things around the holidays. I also like that they organize social gatherings and bring together all the residents of all the different care levels to meet and interact. It really is just a very nice place overall, I don't have a single negative thing to say about them!

Facility excellent. David very informative. Absolutely no sales pressure. Staff friendly. Residents seen during the tour look well cared for and comfortable with staff.

Heritage Is an absolutely wonderful facility. We have a member in memory care and a member moving into assisted living. One member was an emergency situation so the need was urgent. I have high expectations and toured multiple facilities which were all very nice facilities (with the exception of one) . But the staff at Heritage was levels above the others. Their true compassion for their "family" members was very apparent and it was real. They also have a nurse within each unit so the level of personal care they are able to provide is also higher. About a month after our first member went into memory care we are now in the process of moving the spouse of the first member to the assisted care unit. We were able to work with the same person and received the same high level of caring and compassion from them. the staff members in the unit are very attentive and helpful and again, their caring just comes through in everything they do. Including the activity director! Heritage was not the least expensive nor was it the most expensive and It is a beautiful facility. The layout of the facility also makes it convenient for members in different units. Additionally, their memory unit is a square with a beautiful courtyard so the members can go outside at their leisure and are still secure. The square layout is also a big plus for memory unit members. The facility is beautiful and very comfortable. Overall, if you have a family member needing long term care, you must look into Heritage Senior Living in Monona. you will not be disappointed. They also have a facility in Middleton but I did not visit that location. Moving members into a facility is very difficult for them as well as the family and Heritage really made the transition much smoother for all than we could have imagined.

When my mother was released from the nursing home, my sister and I had to find a place for my Mom and Stepdad in a brief period of time. Our advisor with A Place for Mom was an absolute angel and helped us in any way she could. The Heritage had two spots open and we were lucky to get them in when we did. The community is clean, the staff members are very friendly and our stepdad has taken in some of the activities that are offered. They have both commented that the food is good. Mom is a crafter, but hasn't taken advantage of the craft room yet. They have had a number of visitors and there are open areas and common areas to gather. We're still waiting for an itemized statement because of the quick move in. Right now, Mom is getting medication management from hospice, but she is in a wheelchair and the caregivers are good at helping her with other needs she has. We're happy we were able to have Mom and our stepdad move in to Heritage Middleton. It's very close to both my sister's and my home.

Overall it has been a really good experience with Heritage Elm Grove. It is a nice place, the people there are super friendly, and they are really good at responding fast when you press the buzzer needing assistance with anything. There are a couple of areas where I do feel they could improve. For one I do feel that they could have more activities, and a wider variety. Also, their food is above average for these type places, but could be a little better.

Heritage Elm Grove really did an excellent job helping to get mom settled in to her new home. I have no complaints.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking community, and the staff all seemed very friendly! We ended up selecting a different place that worked better for our loved one, but this is definitely somewhere we would have considered.

This is a wonderful community for anyone with Memory issues. Very clean and many surprising amenities for the residents. Would recommend for anyone who needs memory care.

I have seen many places and the Heritage Elm Grove is relatively new and they are not at full capacity yet, but so far, everything is just great. They have a friendly and caring staff. My mom and her husband both stay here and love it. I've finally found it!

I especially like how they looked after my father, in ways that my previous experience, I really had to be on my toes about. For instance, setting up medical appointments; they've really been on the ball about that kind of thing, and they've never dropped the ball so far. He gets help getting out of bed, showering, getting to meals. The staff work well together. They're very conscientious about telling my father what they are about to do. He's more comfortable, feels happier, and he feels happier since he's been there.

We moved our mother into Heritage just yesterday, and she seems to be adjusting very well. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean and well laid out. Residents can control the temperature of their apartments, and my mother's apartment has new carpeting and is quite spacious. The facility is relatively new (2009), so it has amenities like granite countertops in the bathroom.

1-5, 5 being the best, I rate Heritage at Deer Creek a 6. It's that good. Besides prices being too high, I am pleased with the services they provide, cleanliness of the facility, staff is friendly, and care is good.

Things are going really well so far. We are pretty happy with them. It's clean and there are no odors. It's a really good place. They have a really good patient to staff ratio. It's relatively small. Everyone is pretty talkative and friendly. They are pretty attentive and responsive, and will call me if there is an issue. They do some outings, and they took them to a Brewers game. The food seems to be good. They had good reviews, and a waiting list, and that made me pretty confident.

This new facility has recently opened. Beautiful mission style decor throughout, with very well thought layout. Welcome the common areas with skylights and plenty of windows. While touring I notice their was one centered courtyard with concrete patio for the residents to be outdoors. I use to live in this area, remembering this use to be a wetland area behind Sunset playhouse. Also train track runs behind parking area through the downtown main business area of Elm Grove. Tracks are a block away. Never received a follow-up call from this facility.

Of the many assisted living / memory care units I visited in a week, left happy. First impressions, no nursing home smell upon entering, residents were laughing, a group was organizing their newsletter, group watching TV and the staff was very attentive to the residents. Did not feel rushed, given time to look at various apt. layout plans while having my questions answered. This was the only Heritage facility that gave me a follow-up call the next day and again at the end of the week to thank me for touring and any questions I still may have. Was told that my parents will be a welcomed addition to their fine residents. This impressed me the most as I had in my work history many years of hospitality and customer service as a buyer. Follow-ups are very important as it shows interest and effort. Ivory and the staff went out of their way to greet saying Hello, how are you etc.,. with smiles in their voices. Beautiful quiet park like location yet close to main fare of grocery stores, restaurants, doctor clinics and hospitals. Airport also close by for out of town relatives.

This is a nice place, they do a good job. My mother is here in the memory care. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I would use them for dad too, if they could both be in the same place, unfortunately, that doesn't work so well for them.

Caregivers are so caring and sensitive to the residents needs. Willing to work with my mom on her incontinence needs. Really happy we made the change for my mom's needs are being met with out me demanding them.

We like the size ,commitment from staff, and the ownership of not being a corp. Top marks in all categories
