Very nice facility. Thoughtfully designed and well staffed. Ample sized apartments with lots of natural light. I was impressed with the degree of thought that has gone into running this facility.

The food was good, healthy and they offered a variety of choices. The chefs were friendly. The community is very clean. They offer some nice activities and concerts. Mom had a good sized room and the residents seemed happy. The staff were great and I would highly recommend this community.

We are happy with the care from this nice community. the staff are caring and the community is clean and has a nice atmosphere. We liked that they offer a healthy choice on the menu. They offer nice activities for the residents who are wanting to participate. The building is newer and has a good feeling in the environment. We would recommend this community for the good care and value.

Was able to schedule an earlier tour due to unexpected day off. Was very impressed with this facility but had my doubts because when it was first open my father-in-law was here and he was not happy with the turnover of caregivers but he has been there for 9 months. They have a new director and the staff contains caregivers who are steady good workers. Saw that when someone needs to leave the desk they call someone else to cover for them. And the nurse that is relatively new is awesome. This will be a good fit for my dad since he might need the memory care component at some point.

My mother's stay at Heritage is going great! The staff take care of her needs and they are sure to keep everything clean and safe. Though my mother is not too fond of participating in too many activities, the staff members do encourage her to participate. I am pleased with her stay!

I like this community for my mom. The staff are very caring and nice. the community is clean and maintained to enjoy. They do have activities for those who want to participate. We like that is bright and has a home feeling. We do recommend this community for a good value for the care that is given.

My mother in law was at another community before her move to this one. During a trip to Florida the community called us, and informed us that she has been admitted to the hospital,and they were not going to be able to allow her to return. This really threw us for a loop, but Heritage Court really came in and saved the day. This is a wonderful community, and we are very pleased with my mother in laws move here. They have been super accommodating. They made the transition very easy for us. It is a beautiful community. There are plenty activities offered daily for the residents. The meals are fantastic. This is a community I would highly recommend, it has worked out well for us.

The staff are caring and attentive to my parent's needs. The community is clean. There are alot of activities that are offered to my parents, I would recommend the care and value of this nice community to other families.

I like this community for my mom. This community. The staff are great and keep me informed on her care and well-being. The food is wonderful and she likes the variety that is served. They have a lot of activities that she is really participating in and enjoys them a lot. I was very impressed with the staff and how they interact with the other residents and everyone has a good attitude. I would recommend this highly to other families. for the great value and care that is given here.

I really liked the care my good friend received here. She liked the staff and we would of not gotten better care then then what she did receive here. The community is very clean and nice. The food was extremely good. They did have activities, and did enjoy the live music. The care and the love that is shown here is outstanding. They kindness was so meaningful to see that she was so greatly taken care of here.

I would highly recommend this community because my father really likes it. He is meeting people, and it seems like he is getting help he needs. The socializing and activities are his favorite part. The activity director just organized a Christmas party and there were over 100 people there, it was a lot of fun. The meals provided are very good, and the place is always very clean. Overall very pleased.

So happy we found Heritage for our Dad! Everyone there has been wonderful taking care of my Dad!! It's been a hard adjustment, but the staff at Heritage Waukesha have made it the best possible.

I am pleased with the decision we made. I would hope that you will ask the same questions after my mother has spend several months at Heritage. I gave the value a lower rating because assisted living is costly.

Wonderful staff who have been considerate and understanding that this is a new experience for us. They have been quick to assist and suggest solutions. The needs of our loved one have been addressed promptly and efficiently. The transition has been difficult and the staff at Heritage have helped ease us thru the worst. Clean environment, great food, interesting activities, nice courtyard… all make the memory care unit feel like a community.

My husband likes the care that he is receivied here. The staff is wonderful. The activities are offered to those who want to participate. I would highly recommend this for great care.

I couldn't be happier with the kind and compassionate care my mother is receiving. The staff are wonderful, the food is excellent and the administrative staff are extremely involved and hands on. I'm so thankful that Heritage Elm Grove gives me peace of mind.

Everything has worked out fantastic for my father here with Heritage Court. They are taking very good care of him and his needs. The staff is great, they are very helpful and very attentive. There many activities offered for him when he is ready to give it a try. He is satisfied with the meals. I'am very satisfied with all they have done for us. This is a community I would highly recommend.
