Heritage Senior Living

This was the most expensive facility that my Husband and I looked at. It was brand new and absolutely gorgeous. It was state of the art and had plenty of open apartments. They were actually finishing up filling the independent living before they open up the memory care unit. They actually had an enclosed courtyard so the residents weren’t able to stray away. There was plenty of green space and benches to sit on. The activity director was just a doll and was so kind. I would recommend this facility if you are able to afford it.

We had a sense this location has good community. Several residents were gathered and having discussion in the activity room and they were friendly when we entered. The residents run several activities including pot luck meals. The facility is beautiful & clean. The doors are solid oak craftsman style. The apartments are in good condition and include side-by-side washer & dryer in the apt. My wife spoke to the chef director and they use fresh ingredients in their home style meals from scratch. The meals are very reasonably priced. The only downside may be the several months wait list. (May be 6 or more.)

Mom was not in best shape when she entered Heritage. The staff and care-takers have done an outstanding job. She loves it there and is really enjoying her new friends, clean environment, and various activities. She is even eating foods that she never considered in the past. All the needed care services are on-site. Very happy for mom and thankful for the great value provided by Heritage.

The care at this community is very nice. The staff are attentive. They have a good variety of meals. I like knowing that she is in a clean. I like knowing that she is activies with the other residents with the many activiites. I like that she is able to get around and feels comfortable in this community We would recommend the care and the value for other families.

I would rate this community A+! It is a beautiful community. Very warm and inviting. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. My loved one is in the independent apartments and it is a very nice apartment. There is a kitchenette in it where he can make his own meals. He also goes to the dining area for one meal a day. I have dined there with him and the food is very good. The meals have good choices and are well-balanced. Residents can pay to have more meals a day if they want them. They offer a wide variety of activities. Since he has just recently moved in he has not engaged in all they have to offer. There is a nicely landscaped courtyard, patios, and nice walking paths for the residents to get out and enjoy the fresh air. It is extremely nice at Heritage Lake Country.

Very nice facility. Thoughtfully designed and well staffed. Ample sized apartments with lots of natural light. I was impressed with the degree of thought that has gone into running this facility.

The food was good, healthy and they offered a variety of choices. The chefs were friendly. The community is very clean. They offer some nice activities and concerts. Mom had a good sized room and the residents seemed happy. The staff were great and I would highly recommend this community.

We are happy with the care from this nice community. the staff are caring and the community is clean and has a nice atmosphere. We liked that they offer a healthy choice on the menu. They offer nice activities for the residents who are wanting to participate. The building is newer and has a good feeling in the environment. We would recommend this community for the good care and value.

Beautiful facility. Very clean and staff are friendly and Helpful. The activity room was filled with residents enjoying live music. Very busy activity calendar hanging in the lobby. Definitely superior to our other tours.

Was able to schedule an earlier tour due to unexpected day off. Was very impressed with this facility but had my doubts because when it was first open my father-in-law was here and he was not happy with the turnover of caregivers but he has been there for 9 months. They have a new director and the staff contains caregivers who are steady good workers. Saw that when someone needs to leave the desk they call someone else to cover for them. And the nurse that is relatively new is awesome. This will be a good fit for my dad since he might need the memory care component at some point.

My mother's stay at Heritage is going great! The staff take care of her needs and they are sure to keep everything clean and safe. Though my mother is not too fond of participating in too many activities, the staff members do encourage her to participate. I am pleased with her stay!

I like this community for my mom. The staff are very caring and nice. the community is clean and maintained to enjoy. They do have activities for those who want to participate. We like that is bright and has a home feeling. We do recommend this community for a good value for the care that is given.

My mother in law was at another community before her move to this one. During a trip to Florida the community called us, and informed us that she has been admitted to the hospital,and they were not going to be able to allow her to return. This really threw us for a loop, but Heritage Court really came in and saved the day. This is a wonderful community, and we are very pleased with my mother in laws move here. They have been super accommodating. They made the transition very easy for us. It is a beautiful community. There are plenty activities offered daily for the residents. The meals are fantastic. This is a community I would highly recommend, it has worked out well for us.

The staff are caring and attentive to my parent's needs. The community is clean. There are alot of activities that are offered to my parents, I would recommend the care and value of this nice community to other families.

I like this community for my mom. This community. The staff are great and keep me informed on her care and well-being. The food is wonderful and she likes the variety that is served. They have a lot of activities that she is really participating in and enjoys them a lot. I was very impressed with the staff and how they interact with the other residents and everyone has a good attitude. I would recommend this highly to other families. for the great value and care that is given here.

I really liked the care my good friend received here. She liked the staff and we would of not gotten better care then then what she did receive here. The community is very clean and nice. The food was extremely good. They did have activities, and did enjoy the live music. The care and the love that is shown here is outstanding. They kindness was so meaningful to see that she was so greatly taken care of here.

I would highly recommend this community because my father really likes it. He is meeting people, and it seems like he is getting help he needs. The socializing and activities are his favorite part. The activity director just organized a Christmas party and there were over 100 people there, it was a lot of fun. The meals provided are very good, and the place is always very clean. Overall very pleased.

So happy we found Heritage for our Dad! Everyone there has been wonderful taking care of my Dad!! It's been a hard adjustment, but the staff at Heritage Waukesha have made it the best possible.
