My 85 year old mother lives at Heritage West Allis, having moved to be closer to me from what I considered a very good assisted living facility in Iowa. Heritage has surpassed my expectations. The facility itself is very attractive and clean. Before COVID-19 they offered a great variety of activities for the residents, and since residents have been more confined they have sought to meet the individual needs of residents, although this can be a challenge. Mom's care needs have changed since moving in a year ago and the staff has been extremely wonderful to her. There is a resident assistant that goes into visit her on her own break sometimes. Hearing that really melted my heart. I can honestly say the resident assistants treat people like they are their own relatives. Mom was able to get PT services right on site, and there is the option to use a medical practice that makes monthly house calls. Administration of Heritage West Allis is top-notch and I am always able to get responses to any concern I have had. They have a great community relations professional who works very hard to meet the needs of every resident. I like that that have a concierge at the reception area 7 days a week. My siblings and I are really pleased with this living arrangement for our Mom, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an assisted living arrangement.

The location is very convenient for my family. It has adequate parking spaces and a loading dock in the back leading to a freight elevator which made moving her furniture and things in really easy. There is a great little shopping plaza behind the facility that the residents can safely walk to. My mom is very relieved to be living there. It really is the safest place for her right now. They allow pets which is nice. My mom is a professional artist and they allow the residents to offer classes in the activity department and share their skills with other residents.

Nice facility. Staff appear friendly. I would definitely consider this a place where my family member would be properly taken care of.

This facility has a resort/spa feel. Every staff member we met interacted with us in a very friendly, welcoming manner. They seem to have a we are all in this together attitude. The staff are recognized for their efforts which seems to create a positive atmosphere. The only down side is the distance from [name removed] home.

This seemed like a beautiful facility. The people seemed very nice. Chef in the itchen was impressive.

We enjoyed the tour very much. The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant.

The facility was fantastic. They have everything my parents would need. They have thought about the tenants and tried to make it as homey as possible.

Lexington Heritage is a really good fit for my mother. She is in need of some assistance, and the care provided at Lexington is great. I like the fact that everything is on one floor, including meals, activities, and beauty salon. Being a smaller facility (max of 24 people, I believe) makes the care very personal and sincere.

Amazing staff and availability of the management team. The Guest Relations and Executive Director were very friendly and introduced us to everyone in the management team and numerous staff members. Every person said hello to us, all the residents were having fun doing some quiz game on a tablet. No pressure while we were there and felt at home. We are excited our loved one is living there now. Everything is so clean and smells amazing from the popcorn when you walk in to the lunch we witnessed. I have had a lot of questions and no matter what time the Executive Director, [name removed] answers her phone and helps me out... Taylor has also been amazing, I interrupted him this weekend several times and he never once declined to help me. Staff was interacting with residents, Everyone seemed to be having being there and no one appeared to have anything bad to say. We talked with a few of the families waiting there and the biggest complaint we heard was that they wished there were more outings. They said they only go out once a week, but I think thats plenty. We also were invited to stay for lunch and if we didn't have another appointment we would have. We have definitely made the right choice

A wonderful facility, we signed on that day. [names removed] were great, the residents we bumped into during our tour seemed to be very fond of them and appeared very happy. Building was beautiful and very clean and room size was quite adequate. I was really impressed by the Company's philosophy of care and all the service provided and the dedication to the level of care required. All these exceptional qualities were available for a reasonable cost. So happy to have found Heritage West Allis! Thank you A Place for Mom!!

I went on a tour here and the staff was very helpful and they answered all of my questions. This was a brand new building it was so beautiful. They had wide halls and tall ceilings. It was just to big for my grandmother she would have been overwhelmed.

The Heritage is the most warm and caring environment and staff that you can find. We became so close to the amazing care givers that treated our Grandmother with the love, respect and provided top quality care and assistance. We can not say enough about the quality of the living environment, activities provided and support during times when we all needed it most. They are top notch.

I am happy my dad is here they are taking good care of him. They are caring, helpful and responsive. They will always make sure he is clean and has clean clothes on. If he were to have an accident they are prompt to get him cleaned up. The food is good but he thinks its to blad, he is on a low sodium diet. He is in a nice spacious room with a restroom. Housekeeping will clean for him and do his laundry and put his clothes away. They have a sidewalk out front where they sit in chairs and enjoy the sun. I would recommend this community.

When looking for a facility for my Father, I wanted something close to me and this one is only 5 minutes away! My dad is only starting out with dementia and I wanted a place where he could still be independent or be in semi-assisted living. For when he progresses, they do have a dementia unit that looks exactly like the independent side so he will not get confused when he gets moved to the other unit. This has been a great experience so far and my dad is very happy here. They make him feel comfortable and they answer all of our questions. They do have activities to keep my Father busy like a pool, outings to go shopping, a theater room, game nights, and exercise classes. I would recommend this facility to other families.
