Making the decision of having to find somewhere for my dad to live, who has dementia, was a difficult one. Heritage Court was very welcoming and I knew right away they would take good care of him and I could set my mind at ease. Everything from cleanliness to very helpful staff made Heritage a good choice. Also, whenever I take my dad out or bring him back, I can tell he’s happy based on his interaction with the staff.

Heritage Lake Country has been GREAT! The facility itself is beautiful and well maintained. The staff all address my Mother by name, as well as asking her about events that she's involved in. She enjoys the activities that are offered. I routinely receive updates from Heritage related to events and facility updates. Available medical care and monitoring has been excellent.

We were very pleased with our overall experience with everything at Heritage. There were quite a few glitches along the road as I'm sure any place has. The facility was kept very clean! There were times when the smell was a bit overwhelming coming from some of the apartments but again that is to be expected as well. The staff was amazing! There were a few who actually treated Mom like she was their own mother/grandmother. Staff was very tolerant of dad who could be difficult at times, but still treated him with respect. There were a few staff members who were inconsiderate and questionable, but those were few and far between. I give the care services one a four only because of the few staff members who would be sleeping on shifts, not answering the call buttons timely, and the indifference that some of them had towards the residents, not just my parents. The meals fluctuated with the person in charge of the kitchen. Overall, I think the quality was OK. Towards the end of their stay, the food got much better actually! The activities were great! There wasn't much for the men to do honestly, but for the ladies, mom was always doing something. She loved the sip and paint, she loved getting her nails done, she absolutely adored, bingo and happy hour. One of her favorite activities was the flower arranging I give the value for cost a three only because of the cost! I know there's a lot that goes into running a facility like that and it's not cheap. Thankfully, my parents were in a financial position to be able to afford it. However, if someone was not that fortunate I Would be concerned about putting a family member in a less costly, but less favorable place. The Heritage treated my parents with grace dignity in the end. Both of my parents passed away while residents of Heritage.

That place is unbelievable. They call every resident by their first name, always. The nurses, LPN's, CNA's are top notch. They are all so caring. My Mom passed away a week ago. The care she received there is unbeatable. No one could do better. I cannot say enough good things about Heritage at Oakwood Hills!!

Probably the most important thing I can say about Aspire is that my mom feels safe. She is making friends and says that the staff are all very nice. Her apartment is really beautiful. I would whole heartedly recommend Aspire.

We chose Heritage at Deer Creek because of the staff and the newness of the building as far as updates. And location especially. You do have to make sure things are getting done, sometimes things can slip through the cracks. Such as getting her bed made everyday. But they really are accommodating and helpful as well as friendly. As a family member just be mindful to check that those tasks are being followed through for them. Things can get miscommunicated from time to time.

You can't help but notice how much the Heratige staff must learn about each new resident and yet they take it all in stride. Always open to modifying their SOPs to best fit the needs of your family member. They keep you abreast of any deviations to your loved one's typical patterns, behavior, strength, health, etc. A very reassuring process indeed. They work directly with each resident's Practioner when minor modifications to meds are warranted (e.g.- UTI, etc.). And finally, they treat all residents with respect and the utmost kindness that you could hope for when having to make the difficult decision to relocate your parent or other close relationship to a memory care facility. A big thank you to the entire staff, from the CNAs, to the Maintenance Engineer, to the Executive Director. I hope they know how much they are appreciated.

Heritage Elm Grove takes great care of my dad. The staff is caring and responsive. The facility has a comfortable and welcoming feel to it. Staff is engaged.

I think everything is as expected. Mom is very particular and struggling with loss of independence.

I would say my mom seems very happy there. We picked it because of location and the facility was nice.

Honestly, I can give 5 stars in all categories, but especially with friendliness of staff and value for cost. Everyone is so professional and kind, very timely in getting back to me, taking great care of Mom

Everyone is friendly, and very helpful. We picked this community because I loved the layout, location and availability.

My loved one was a resident at Heritage Court Waukesha. Answers for the door took a long time. There is only one person on between 6-7 am. There is not a nurse on staff, but communication with the family is above expectations. The staff develops a close relationship with their residents and family. The residents and their family feel very welcomed. Everyone is kind and generous with their time. The facility does smell a little of urine. The food is excellent! The staff is very approachable and willing to help, often taking the initiative. Suggestions for improvement: the facility could have a better answer system for visitors entering. The resident rooms could be cleaner, there was some stool on the wall and floor of my loved one's room. Also, some items and clothing went missing.

I would recommend it.We needed a place that my loved one could call home as he would be there at a young age for the rest of his life and as he transitions to Medicaid could still continue living in the same facility. [name removed], from A Place for Mom, recommend we check it out and it was absolutely wonderful. A clean, upbeat, and happy place to call home.

We toured Heritage at Deer Creek when searching for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This was a nice facility. Our tour guide was very good. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and friendliness was also good. We also toured the Memory Care unit. I noticed that they didn't have an activity calendar and that it didn't seem to be a priority.

Aspire Oshkosh is so great. My mom was only there a year. She was placed in hospice while there and hospice was a contracted staff. The Aspire staff was primary and could not have done more. Mom was allowed to stay in her apartment until she passed. Caring people +. Many tears from the staff when mom passed. They knew her well. That says a lot. I would recommend Aspire with no hesitation.

The friendliness of the staff members gets a 5+. Even with the struggles of them being understaffed like so many places, they do everything they can to make our loved one happy. They have been so good to her, they are so kind and helpful. The meals and dining service is very good as well as the activities. Based on our experience so far with Heritage Monona, we would absolutely recommend them to other families. As a family we are very appreciative of everything they have done for us so far.

Heritage Middleton is an awesome facility, it is very clean and beautiful with very nice people. We really appreciated how much they were willing to work with our friend and accommodating her larger dog - so that was great. When we come to visit we do see different activities going on. There are different parties, musicians, and movie days with popcorn. We were able to have a meal at Thanksgiving and it was fantastic. The nursing staff has been very patient with her which we appreciate, and one person in particular [name removed] is always very professional and respectful with his communication with us.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the tour experience great, really nice facility but they were just notable to accommodate our loved one due to their level of care.

My experience is indirect, I have only been here 3 times. My niece is the one who looked into the facilities since I live out of town and she thought Aspire was the best fit. From what I have heard, things are going great. We ask questions and [name removed] offers very helpful responses and it gives us all a sense of what is going on. Based off of our experience, I would recommend Aspire to others looking> My niece seems to very happy with the care that her mom is getting.
