We toured here as we were looking for options. It was a nice place and I liked it. Ultimately we chose a place where my loved one already knew some people, and was in a convenient location. I did like this when we visited though.

The aides and help are first rate, hard working and caring. Almost to a person I would rate them a solid 5 stars. The management is another story, I would give them 1 star. I feel they are uncaring, cold, and calculating.

We are very pleased with our choice . Everyone has been very helpful and kind so far. Thank you for all your help.

My experience with Heritage West Allis has been pretty good. The staff is great, and the facility is very nice. Most importantly, my father is very happy there.

My experience with Heritage Elm Grove has been fantastic. I'm happy with their services. I'm overall satisfied with the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the facility, and care they provide. They're really great, and I appreciate everything.

It's a great location. very clean with a great lobby and common area. you can request assistance at anytime. meal options. professional and caring staff. great lobby. overall very happy with the heritage elm grove community.

Location close to Hospital and main fare to stores, restaurants, doctors etc., on busy street in West Allis. I did like the layout of building with mission style design and very clean appearance. My one complaint from the busy street in front is the available apartment that was vacant on the backside of building. There is a railroad track, while viewing the apartment a train was going pass. The window was closed, however while I reviewed my video... you could see the closed window vibrating. It was noisy in the room with the train going pass. Person giving the tour, stated there is only one train passing per day never during the night. My family lives a few blocks down the same street. I heard 4 different times the train come thru. The last train comes thru between 1AM and 2 AM. My mom is a light sleeper as I am, so train noise is an issue we both can not get use to. Did not get a follow-up call after visit from this facility.

My mother in law has been living at Heritage (assistive living memory care) for about 2 months now. She has adjusted well and seems happy. A lot of that comes from being made to feel welcome. I have not been there much but we have not had any issues. You have to stay on top of things, as you should wherever your loved one lives. I've had to give reminders several times for things I wanted them to do. They seem to be doing many activities and they try to keep the residents out of their rooms most of the day.

Helpful. Good resources. Good communication with nurse, but need to be more practive. No monthly report on status.

Heritage is an attractive facility with friendly, helpful staff. The food is of good quality but the serving of food falls on the care staff who is not experienced or trained as waitstaff. For example, it is usually necessary to request butter, jam, etc., or a beverage refill. Unfortunately, the monthly rent also does not include basic cable.

Heritage Middleton AL/MC, opened in early 2013, is located in a beautiful area along Allen Blvd (cty hyw Q) near a large city park. The memory care unit is a well designed, secure setting with private rooms, dining area, enclosed courtyard, activity room, (gas) fireplace, and several seating areas. The caregivers are friendly and helpful. The only improvement we would like to see would be additional nursing staff and better communications between staff as well as with family. We also look forward to (promised) electronic, and therefore more accurate and legible, MARs. Their monthly charges, currently at $5050 (can vary by room size) seems high, but is in line with similar facilities in the Madison area. Activities are offered but my loved one seldom participates. We requested monthly schedules be emailed to family (option offered / chosen at admission) but after 6 months have yet to receive any. Thus lower rating for activities.

This was our favorite, but the halls seemed rather narrow, and the entrance was very small, gave the feeling of being 'closed in'.

The activities are awesome! They are good about accommodating a special diet. The size is good for us, it's a smaller memory care section than others we saw, and the proximity to her doctors.

We toured this place when we were looking into options for our loved one. It was a nice looking community, it was clean and well kept up. We just didn't feel like this one had a good atmosphere, however. It felt very sterile and cold. During our tour we didn't see a single resident out of their room.

I like the nurse that is there, the staff is good. It is cleaner and the staff is more responsive. Much less turnover. The staff has been very consistent in the three months that we've been there. It's a bright and happy atmosphere.

They are free and friendly, She is kind of picky for food, if it has flavor or spices, she thinks it salty, I would say it's a 3.5 or 4. They don't do many field trips. I don't think they have their own vehicle. It's a very clean place, they are knowledgeable about every persons situation.

We were going to go to Heritage until we found another place. I can't put my finger on it but Heritage was just not quite as homey of place, maybe because it was a little bit bigger. It is very clean and the director was extremely friendly. I have nothing negative to say about Heritage. I just liked another place better.

Toured the Memory Care unit on Wed for Mom... I talked with Debbie on the phone, but got scheduled with Lisa Ford for the tour. She had only been 'on-the-job' for 3 days so the meeting went ok... Very nice facility, still had availability so Dad was going to complete the application and take a $1,000 check to Lisa on Thursday to hold a room. This will allow us to make a decision and/or put her on the waiting list. We are also scheduling a full evaluation so she qualifies for the weekly Respite Care program. We may take advantage of this to give Dad a break and also get her into the facility on a trial basis. He is still really struggling with the thought of moving her to Heritage permanently. Only time will tell how this all plays out, but a plan is starting to unfold. As for now, Dad will stay living in the house which is only 2 blocks from Heritage.
