Heritage Senior Living

This is a very nice community , and they have been good work with . My mother recently passed away , but they are trying their best to help my father adjust , and take care of (1)his (2)needs . We are working together to see what is best for my father , and his needs . I do really like the staff , and they have helpful , and kind . The food is wonderful . He is a nice size unit , and everything looks good . It is a still a work in progress , but overall I would recommend this community .

The Heritage West Allis has been a good experience for my mother. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and the meals are all made fresh. I am pleased with our decision to chose this community.

I am happy with the care that is given here. The staff is friendly and very caring. It is a clean community at all times. The food is great and a excellent choice. They do offer her great activities and she does participate alot. I would highly suggest this community for all around great care. The apartments are nice and it has a good location. I feel great knowing she is under good care in a home environment.

Overall this is a nice place- The only real problems is calling in to speak to a nurse or caregiver- - it is hard to get ahold of anyone. They need to get a better phone service. My mom is happy and that is most important.

During my tour i was able to meet some friendly staff. The community from what i saw was clean and organized. Activities are offered to the residents. The tour guide was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I feel that i received a proper tour of the place.

I toured this community for my friend, and it was a nice tour. This is a nice looking community, everything appeared to well maintain. The staff was informative and answered my questions. It just wasn't the community for my friends and her needs, but it is a nice community. They were great with following up with me.

My tour of this community was very nice. This is a smaller community compared to others. The community is nice and clean from what I saw. The staff I met was very kind and friendly. This community was one of my top picks. It was a pleasant tour and I enjoyed it.

My mom is adjusting to the move to Heritage at Deer Creek. She has made a group of friends and there are a variety of activities for her to enjoy. The food looks very appetizing and they offer a variety of options. The community is very well kept and updated.

The atmosphere was very friendly, décor tasteful, menu and other services available looked great. Every area we toured was clean and well maintained. Only in one small area on the second floor did we notice a typical nursing home smell. Our contact was a good listener, knowledgeable and empathetic to our particular needs. We will definitely consider this location for placement.

This community has fantastic staff that go above and beyond. The community is cleaned daily and the best part is the secure, enclosed courtyard. I did not want my mom to wander away from the community. There are activities always going on all day-everyday. The meals are very good and the chef accommodates every single resident if needed. If someone needed specific, special care i would recommend this community.

They can not say they would keep my Uncle if his private funds ran out. They also have a wait list.

This community is not perfect and its not home, but it is a nice place. Management at this community is fantastic, but this care staff is okay. The staff is a good staff and they are friendly and willing to help. He loves the meals and I've tried it a few times and the food is excellent. They do offer many activities, he enjoys helping out with the activities. This is a pretty good community and I would recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful facility well staffed clean bright and comfy. A little pricey for the average budget unfortunately

Everything is going well for my aunt since her move into Heritage Lincoln Village. It has been a positive experience for us so far. The staff is very good at what they do, and has been kind and helpful to my aunt. It is a very clean place. The community is brand new, and everything is still pretty spotless. There are a lot of activities for the residents to participate in, and my aunt partakes in the ones she enjoys. There has been an issue with the food getting to my Aunt cold, but I have addressed these concerns with the staff and they are working to fix it. She has new friends and I really feel they are taking very good care of my Aunt. I would recommend this community.

The facility nice. They put mulch under the trees last week, they keep the outside looking nice. They do everything you ask them to do. They feed us, keep the rooms nice and clean and they do the laundry.

The staff here is great and they really seem to care about the residents. The facility seems to be well managed and is always clean. The activities are great! There are so many for the residents to choose from. Great interaction.

It was good at first. It seemed to me like they were a little understaffed at times, especially in the evening. The people were good, but they could have used a few more employees. It was clean, we never had problems with maintenance or anything. I had two questions do they accept community care, and can the residents spend the rest of their life there, they answered yes, but we felt that wasn't the case. They didn't seem quite able to handle my loved one's end of life needs. We also found out later that they were no longer going to accept community care. I felt a little misled. Other than that it was a pretty nice place.

Our experience with Heritage Middleton was a good one, overall. It's a nice looking place, and the staff seems friendly and professional. Our loved one was a little beyond what they are able to provide, but they did their best until we could move her into a high level care facility.

Generally positve experience at Heritage in Monona. Feel more secure with Mom at Heritage rather than on her own. Meals and activities excellent! Wellness checks could be better and more frequent. Some staff is very nice but others not so much. Mom's unit is at back of complex so when staff comes and goes for shifts or takes trash out she gets a lot of noise.

My mom moved in about 3-4 weeks ago. She is in the enhanced care unit. Although she is still struggling with the change, it seems that the staff is doing their best to accommodate her needs and working with me to make her transition easier. Becky was very helpful in determining where my mom would fit in. Michele, the nurse is working with my moms doctor and myself, to find the right mix of medications for her to be the best she can be. The aids have been very patience and seem to be very fun and attentive. I don't know how many activities my mom has actually joined in, but hoping she will be included in more as she settles in. so far I am comfortable with the safety measures that are in place to keep the residents who need to stay in in. Apartment and building are kept up and clean.
