Heritage Senior Living

Mom liked the food when she first arrived at the community. Since then it seems to have declined some. They offer a large variety of activities. The staff are encouraging and friendly, however once in awhile they are a little slow to respond to questions. They do keep me informed of how mom is doing. The community is very clean. They have nice courtyards and balconies. The physical therapists are doing a good job. I would recommend this community.

I was very impressed by the staff and the tour they took me on, The memory care unit is small with 16 beds and it was very nice. They did offer several amenities for the residents. Unfortunately, they did not have any availability at the time.

I only stayed at the Heritage Middleton for a brief time while I was recovering. I chose this community because it is close to my home and my family. It is a good looking beautiful building. It is a very clean and welcoming environment. The landscaping surrounding it is very well-kept. The top floor overlooks the lake across the way. The staff was very friendly and caring. The food was excellent. They offer activities but I wasn't there long enough to try them out. I plan on staying in my home for the rest of my life, but I would definitely recommend the Heritage Middleton to friends and family.

appropriate for moms needs...not quite ready yet...

For mom, the experience is going very well. The staff has increased her quality of life more than what we could have imagined we are so pleased with the progress she has made. The personalized attention given to the residents on the memory care side is wonderful. Life for my dad on the assisted living side is ok there are no programs set up for senior care no real activities. The food is not good it has to be temperature controlled so they serve it luke warm. I do feel that on both sides they are understaffed. What we were told to expect in the certain area just isn't being done or not done completely.

This community was very nice and pleasant. I personally found the rooms to be on the smaller side than previous communities I had toured. However, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The inside was well kept and clean. The outside was in the process of getting a spring cleanup and outdoor furniture was being put out which appeared to be in very good condition to sit on and enjoy sitting outside.

This is a good community, and my tour of it went very well. The community looked really nice, and everything was nice, and clean. The staff was cordial, and polite. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. It was nice experience overall. However I did find another community that suited our needs better.

The staff are nice, however I think they may have had some staffing issues with housekeeping. I am not sure about the security of the community as people are supposed to sign in and out. There have been times when there is no one is at the desk. They do not always stop people when they come in. Mom likes the food and the community has great curb appeal. They have many activities going on including people coming in to entertain.

My tour of this community was a nice one overall. From what I was shown the community looked nice. The staff I came across was kind, and friendly. My tour guide was nice, and my questions were answered. I did find another community that suited our needs better, my tour of this community was a good one.

Very good. Within our budget. We'll keep it on our list.

I toured Heritage and it was the closest match to what my mother needed. It was a nice place and the person that took me around was friendly and informative.

One of my tours was of Heritage Middleton. This facility was too far and I had a sense that people did not look happy. They had a lot of extra empty rooms. Also, it was way out in the country with no access for the residents to get to places. It was clean and there was nothing wrong with the place, it was just not the best fit for what we were looking for.

When I toured the Heritage Middleton, everyone was very friendly. The place was clean and very nice but it was too expensive. When we got there, the lady who took us on the tour was prepared.

This is a very nice community , and they have been good work with . My mother recently passed away , but they are trying their best to help my father adjust , and take care of (1)his (2)needs . We are working together to see what is best for my father , and his needs . I do really like the staff , and they have helpful , and kind . The food is wonderful . He is a nice size unit , and everything looks good . It is a still a work in progress , but overall I would recommend this community .

The Heritage West Allis has been a good experience for my mother. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and the meals are all made fresh. I am pleased with our decision to chose this community.

I am happy with the care that is given here. The staff is friendly and very caring. It is a clean community at all times. The food is great and a excellent choice. They do offer her great activities and she does participate alot. I would highly suggest this community for all around great care. The apartments are nice and it has a good location. I feel great knowing she is under good care in a home environment.

Overall this is a nice place- The only real problems is calling in to speak to a nurse or caregiver- - it is hard to get ahold of anyone. They need to get a better phone service. My mom is happy and that is most important.

During my tour i was able to meet some friendly staff. The community from what i saw was clean and organized. Activities are offered to the residents. The tour guide was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I feel that i received a proper tour of the place.

I toured this community for my friend, and it was a nice tour. This is a nice looking community, everything appeared to well maintain. The staff was informative and answered my questions. It just wasn't the community for my friends and her needs, but it is a nice community. They were great with following up with me.

My tour of this community was very nice. This is a smaller community compared to others. The community is nice and clean from what I saw. The staff I met was very kind and friendly. This community was one of my top picks. It was a pleasant tour and I enjoyed it.
