I feel there is a lot of inconsistency, and it's sometimes difficult to get matters addressed. The activities director has done a lovely job of getting my mom to participate and be involved. Getting someone to clean a bathroom can be impossible, and getting someone to fix something broken in a room can be impossible as well.

Actually, my folks moved the end of August because my Mom needed memory care and they did not have a unit in memory care that would fit 2 people. Med passers and activities staff were very friendly. They enjoyed the live music.

Everyone at Aspire Oshkosh has been extremely friendly and kind. As far as the food goes, they have mostly gourmet-style meals. I think it would be better to have more comfort food- type meals instead. I would recommend this facility to others looking.

Aspire is a well run facility. Their staff are invested in providing quality care. They're friendly and helpful. We appreciate that they have varied increments of support. The initial independent living costs include 0 to 7 hours of caregiving support at no additional cost. That's the level of care my parents required initially. Now, after residing there for about a year, each is now at the 7 to 14 hours per week. The extra charges for that are reasonable. My parents can remain in their accommodation and each receive up to 28 hours per week of personal care assistance. The three of us adult children think this is wonderful.

The Décor caught our attention, then after touring and speaking with staff we made our decision. Very friendly and caring staff.

My loved one was only here for 2 weeks for a respite stay. We choose the facility on based location and familiarity. They had good staff and good food, but they need more activities.

Transition into Memory Care went well. My mom has no objections to the food - she eats well there. There seems to be a lot of issues with staffing/turnover, so the cleanliness is spotty and sometimes poor.

Both of my parents had fatal health issues while there. My mom was very active but was only there for 3 months before she was hospitalized. No one from the building asked about her absence. My father, through no fault of the building, fell while I was on a trip and I found him 5 days later. While I don't fault management, I believe a better system of knowing how the Independent care residents are doing on a daily basis would be a good idea. The community is clean and has a nice appearance. The staff members are very friendly. The meals and dining are average, my father never are in the dining room and my mother was there while there were going through problems with keeping staff. My mother enjoyed the activities a lot. I think the value is good for the apartment, activities and meal.

My parents moved in there about [time frame removed] and are very pleased. They look healthier and happier. Less stressed. Received lots of Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy to gain strength. A very nice resource. Two thumbs up.

We toured Heritage Monona during our search for Assisted Living for our loved one. This facility seemed very nice. It was very clean and modern. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Based on the experience we have had so far, we can say that we like the staff that work at Heritage of Muskego and it is a very pretty place for families.

Cleaning of residents apartments is sub-par. Even though the administrator states they do, the cleaning service they employ does no dusting, no cleaning mirrors, no bed sheet changing. It appears that all they do is sweep and vacuum the floors. The staff who have direct contact with the residents however are very nice, friendly and caring of each individual and their needs.

We toured with Aspire Senior Living and it was a good tour. It seemed equal to the place that we chose, but my sisters did not want to deal with the roundabout on the way. That was the main reason we did not choose this facility.

What we really like about Heritage Lake Country is our loved one's room- it is quite spacious and comfortable. The administration is usually very responsive. It's not easy to contact the different departments by phone. However, improvement in communication between families could be better.

The cleanliness is good but their apartment gets about 2 stars. The care service orders are followed but not the things like charging my mom's hearing aids or changing bed linens. We do wish there were more activities!

This place is very nice! But it should be it is brand new, built in 2020. The staff there are very nice kind, compassionate, and from what I gather know what they're doing. When we were moving [name removed] in, some other relative of another resident came up to me and told me the staff here are great and you can trust them. That was very nice to hear! I would recommend this place to others!

The community made my loved one feel safe, and this was the most important to us. The staff has also been helpful. We feel that everything is going well, and there is no improvements needed at this time.

They were very hard to get a hold of. There is a reception desk when you walk in, but no one is ever there. When we would call no one answers the phone. If we were at the facility, we would have to walk around and it would take a few minutes to actually find someone. Communication could have definitely been improved, I got more information from the hospice nurses than I did from the Aspire staff.

Of course, no AL facility will ever be good enough for my parents. Just like no day care or school was ever good enough for my babies. That's because we love them dearly. That being said, when the time came to find an Age-in-Place senior community that meets both parents' needs, I did a lot of research and toured many facilities. The Lincoln Village staff worked closely with me and was extremely accommodating during a very stressful time. The assisted living feels very homey and smells nice. (Who wants to live in a place that smells like an "old folks home"?) The move-in process was fairly smooth. The food is great. The facilities are very nice and up-to-date. Since then, the Director of Nursing stays in close contact with me, as does OT/PT. The in-house primary care physician calls me with updates. There have been snags with their bathing schedules, certain evening care-givers and housekeeping, but problems have been addressed and resolved fairly quickly so far.
