Susie and Nancy are easy to work with very friendly and knowledgeable. Always looking out for the residents and their well being.

I felt Country Manor would not be able to take care of my husband because he needs help in everything he does except feeding. himself. They do not have buzzer for him to call for help. He needs to go to the bathroom often and how was he able to call for help. I don't feel they have enough staff to handle the patients. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to visit.

The facility was fine, but staffing was tight and it was difficult to connect by phone. The staff were friendly and the food was good.

Mom went into edencrest beaverdale a year ago. It has gone down hill since then. Food being at the top of the list.

The lack of staffing has been an issue for the past couple of months. My mom now is on hospice there at the facility, which does the majority of the care for her. I know all healthcare is that a shortage for workers. They do the best I can. It's a great facility, but I believe all facilities right now are suffering from lack of staff. If my mom wasn't on hospice now we would probably have to move her.

[name removed] the admin/director is amazing. She was wonderful and always reachable, professional and willing to work with families. One big negative, they don't do the best job cleaning the rooms, and they never clean the carpet. My mother's room smelled like urine. I was from out of state and unless they knew ahead of time I was coming, when I would arrive her floor would not be vacuumed and her bathroom could use a cleaning. The RN [name removed] is professional and does her job well, but is not very friendly. She is cut and dry. [name removed] the house manager was always friendly and polite with me, but my mother didn't care for her and didn't trust her. They do a great job though with keeping residents on a schedule, making sure they get all meds, meals at the same time...etc

CNA's and hands on care staff are personable and kind. They are helpful and I appreciate their humor. Maintenance person is the kindest and funny. They need to upgrade the kitchen and common areas.

Facility - there has been difficulties keeping housekeeping and maintenance staff positions filled. Housekeeping of apartment is included but it is light housekeeping. The staff is game but some are inexperienced and not always available.

The problems and issues have been with corporate management on, not telling the truth, now following through on their contract and being dishonest, the facility itself is fantastic. Staff is fantastic. They really do a fantastic job. I interviewed over half a dozen places and this facility hands-down has the most caring staff. Every time I am there to visit my mom, it is always the same way and I know I made the correct choice. They also do a great job on keeping me informed on everything. If I call or text a question every reply is very quickly responded to. I definitely recommend.

I would say it's a nice place but stay vigilant. Ask questions and don't be afraid to tell them what you expect for your loved one. Pop in different times of the day different days of the week.

It is a nice place. The caregivers work very hard and do their best. We just had issues with administrators, not friendly, being told one thing at admission and then 6 months later something else. We were not welcomed when my dad moved in nor acknowledged when he passed away this spring.I think it is fine for relatively independent seniors. But there is no RN there. We ended up paying for additional help for my dad because they didn't have enough staff.

The assisted living area has staff on the evening shift that was not motivated to give quality care. The food lacked variety. If the resident didn't like the entree, the other options were salad and cheese sandwiches. Considering the monthly rent, the food definitely needs an upgrade. The care in the memory care unit was excellent. Staff was very caring and attentive the resident's needs.

First floor units have independent access. Only 1 elevator. Nice variety of activities. Kind community. Ask to eat a meal and see the meal calendar. There is a lot of turnover right now in staffing . I suspect they are in flux and working to improve administrative things which would create smoother processes for new residents. Personally I'd like to see better nutritional value to the food served. More fresh veggies/fruits.

My loved one is currently a resident at Lino Lakes Assisted Living and the experience has been okay, overall. We do have some concern with the high turnover rate of administrative staff. Aside from our concerns, we would recommend it.

The care my mother receives is professional and timely for medical and physical needs. Memory care staff is friendly and helpful. However, more staff training is needed in the memory unity. My frustration is with lack of communication and mail processing. Tuscany has had a lot of staff turnover in its upper staff positions and its phone system seems to have been overhauled so my contacts are confusing. As my mother’s dementia worsens staff is challenged to get her to comply with hygiene care and other tasks. The IMORTANT thing is mom’s care and safety which I have NO issues with. I’ve learned that some things you have to let go of and not make it an issue. The facility it’s self is clean, home like atmosphere and beautiful. Not sure why these facilities leave out this information in their brochures but this location is NOT Medicaid approved so please take that into consideration when making decisions. Overall I’m pleased with most, more importantly mom is safe, clean and content.

Memory care is very well run for my Mom, activities, food good personal awesome. Dad is is assisted living but some situations he brings on himself, such as not going to dining hall for meals or really participating at all

I was concerned that memory care didn't monitor the patients well. My husband had to be transported 3 times in 2 days because he fell out of the bed. He then got pneumonia and was transferred to nursing home care. We were extremely pleased with the care and staff in the nursing home care area

I would tell others to pay attention, visit at different times and days. Don't be shy about voicing your concerns to the director. And keep voicing them. I think that they need more activities then just watching TV. Talking to the resident actually asking if they need anything. My loved one is very independent and won't ask for the things she needs. Taking time with her would help.

I would say they are terribly understaffed. Care services promised may not actually happen such as physical therapy. The staff is doing the best they can under the circumstances. Meals were made by CNAs with no meal prep training. My mom one night received one slice of frozen pizza with squash. I would suggest checking out state run facilities that are audited monthly. We grossly overpaid for what she received. The facility itself is very nice and inviting.

We were very excited about this place at first. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful but it was very frustrating trying to get things fixed. I'm not sure how a resident that doesn't have a strong support system to help them with problems.The business staff and the facility director never answer their phone or return voice mails. I cannot recommend this facility
