We are very happy with Edencrest so far. We don't have any major complaints at all.

Overall we're very pleased with how things have turned out at Edencrest at Riverwoods. The facility itself is very nice. It is clean, well kept, and comfortable feeling. They also do a great job with the food, I've heard nothing but good things from Mom about it! Initially they felt a little understaffed, but they've been adding people and the service has gotten better as the new people settle in.

The staff seemed polite, professional and caring. They answered any questions and concerns that we had immediately. The facility itself was well decorated and clean. The residents seem happy and well taken care of.

I think they could improve on their staffing, they are a understaffed at the moment. Aside from that though, it has been a great experience. They are friendly and caring and concerned about each of the residents and the food is good too.

It's been a great place. They just remodeled it. They keep the residents very busy. They offer 7 different activities during the day.

We are very happy at Azura Memory Care of Stoughton. I have no complaints. Everything has gone well. It has been a good experience.

This a beautiful facility, two floors, well maintained, activity rooms, lounges and there looks like is enough staff to care for the residents. The memory care unit is in a secured wing of the same facility. The accommodations are a good size, roomy. The residents all look clean, cared for, happy, and active.

Dad is at Azura Memory Care of Wausau and doing okay. They do have a low ratio of staff there. The residents have very stressful needs and it seems hard for the staff to keep up with. They are very nice people there. The price is reasonable. A nurse only comes in once week, I don't think that's enough. They say they do activities there but I have never seen them do any. The staff is pretty good at following up with me. The admissions lady is very very knowledgeable but I have not seen her up at the facility since we got dad in. I am thankful to have found a place like this though.

More care givers are needed for the memory unit.

Edencrest offers a great activity program for the residents with a wide variety of choices the residents always have something to keep busy with. They also offer free transportation for shopping and appointments which is great. The staff is very friendly and tries hard to please everyone. We really liked visiting Edencrest.

I think they do a great job overall at Emeritus at Fox River. The facility itself is clean and well maintained, and we're happy with the care she is getting. They have a good variety of activities and outings, and she seems to enjoy the food! We are happy she is here, and would recommend it to others!

Rebecca was very friendly and helpful. She was very friendly with the staff and knew many of the residences names. The facility was very clean. I will keep this facility on my yes list.

They do a great job overall at Edencrest at Riverwoods. It's a clean, well kept, nice looking community, and they take great care of their residents. The staff are all very friendly, and have been very helpful every step of the way, answering all of our questions. My only complaint is that they could do a bit better in terms of providing activities, but I understand that since they are a newer community they may not have the population for a full activities program yet.

Knowledgable and friendly staff. Good size apartments and rooms. Good food. Lots of activities available both inside and outside. Great dining area. Place is very clean and nicely decorated. overall, great place.

My mother was very favorably impressed with the apartments. We were somewhat surprised that stuffed peppers were the entree of the day as peppers do not agree with many elderly stomachs,(too spicy) Again, the price was of some concern. She is currently paying $2400 fora comparable facility.The personnel were very friendly and so were the residents.

I would like to see more outings, getting them out with a change of scenery. There are communication issues between their doctors and the community. The people are super nice, and seem to be good to her. I have no complaints.

This place is near the hospital in Cudahy. It's a nice place but probably about 12 miles away from where my brother lives and from where my mother used to live. That was a little farther that we were comfortable with. It's a little bit older but it seemed nice.

It's not perfect but it is wonderful. Everyone's very friendly here, things get handled in a timely manner, little problems happen but people here really take care of it, but they take care of everyone here, not just my mom. Everyone is really friendly, she's getting along with other residents pretty well and they try to help her meet people she'll get along with. They have a lot of activities and they try to focus on activities that the residents will like; my mom is a writer and they're starting a writing group. They come and check on the residents, like one time when she didn't come down for bingo and they came to see why she wasn't there. My opinion is its a great value, for the money that we're paying every month we couldn't get this back home. We've always worked through problems and everyone's been pleasant about it. Eva here is fantastic, everyone is, but she was the one I phoned first and she said I could use her as a sounding board and is still there to answer any questions I have.

My mom moved in there and so far, so good. The man we talked to was very friendly and kind.
