This community was in a good location for mom. The staff are nice, encouraging and check in on mom to see how she is doing. The food is good, however they do have set meal times. They offer daily activities and the community is kept clean. I would recommend this community.

I took a few tours with one being of Edencrest at Green Meadows. This place was nice, it was clean and everyone from the most part was friendly. Some of the places, though, would not call me back after they evaluated my mother which was very discouraging.

My father at this moment is in rehab, but once he gets better he will be returning back to this community. This is a good, safe community, and I'am comfortable with him returning. They are taking good care of him, and his needs. They have a really good staff at this community. They are helpful, and kind. They do a good job keeping the facility, and his room well-kept. They really care about their residents at this facility. This is a community I would recommend, it is a nice place.

I toured this community. The staff were nice, but the community seems a little disorganized. They did not have the layout that we were looking for due to the needs we had. We did not lock down community. Families should tour this community for the care of a loved one.

My mother-in-law is a resident here and she is having a difficult time adjusting. I have noticed they could use more staff in the afternoons and evenings. The staff is pretty helpful and friendly. She isn't involved in activities but they encourage her. The meals are okay.

My mother is doing well since her move to this community. It is a nice facility, and I'am pleased with her move here. I do feel she is safe, and in good hands at this community. They have a great staff. There are activities offered. It has been a good experience, and everything is working out well. I would recommend this community.

We liked this community, however it was a little smaller than what we were looking for. The staff we met were nice and we liked the programming they offered.

When we toured the Brookdale Appleton, we felt that they were pretty well set up. The tour guide was very informative and helpful. The place seemed very nice, but we chose another community that for my mother's needs better.

The Edencrest at Green Meadows was a very nice place to tour. It was clean and everyone was very friendly. The thing that we did not like was the price. It was out of our league. It was a bigger place.

This is a community that has two levels. We did not think it would be a good fit for him. We did not want him using the elevator. The was very helpful and caring. They had a good variety of meals that would of been served to him. I did not want him to live somewhere where he might not remember where his room was on his own. They did have activities that he would of been involved with. Families might see if this is a good fit for there loved ones. We would recommend this to other families overall.

We are happy with the care here. The staff is always helpful and caring and very nice. The community is very clean and taken care of. They have wonderful activities to stay active and involved. We would highly recommend this for excellent care to other families.

This was a nice community to see and it seemed to be clean. The room that was shown to me was a nice size. My tour guide was on time and was able to focus on the tour and I was able to get all the information about the community.

The staff at Azura Memory Care of Oconomowoc are doing a great job taking care of my loved one since the move. They have been helpful in trying to make it a positive experience as well as they can. My loved is doing well and enjoying the meals since the move to Azura Memory Care. They offer some activities for the residents to partake in and enjoy. I would like to see more activities offered throughout the day to keep my loved one entertained.

Azura Memory Care of Stoughton is a beautiful community. The staff that offered the tour were very friendly and addressed all of our concerns. The community was smaller in size with a smaller number of residents. They offer a variety of activities for the residents to participate in.

The meals are good they have a wide variety. The staff is nice. It's a clean community. I wish there was a little more communication between them and the family. It would be nice of the staff if they could try to do more activities with my mom. That way she wouldn't have to sit in front of the television all day. The effort of activities is not very good it doesn't seem like they put an effort.

This is a beautiful community with very kind people. I really enjoyed my tour of this community. The community is one level. The staff was very kind and friendly. The answered my questions, they were very informative. It was a very pleasant tour.

She is doing very well here. I'am pleased with all they have done for us. This is a lovely community with kind people. There are nice activities and good food. Overall everything is working out well.

My Dad is doing okay, the care is going really good. The staff, food, and care is excellent. I have only had one issue. "Procuring an apartment" was more than putting a deposit on the place. I ended up paying for 3 weeks worth of care and Dad had not moved in yet. He was not eligible to move in because he had failed the assessment. HE moved in after his contract date but I think this was an unfair practice of business.

Everybody has been very kind and friendly. This is a nice community, and we are satisfied with all they have done for us. My mother in law is doing good. It is a good looking facility. We've had some minor concerns, but overall everything is pretty well-kept. They have a good staff here, they are pretty helpful and kind. She is participating in the exercise class. She is pleased with the food, it smells pretty good. We know she is safe and I would recommend it.
