We chose this facility mainly due to the convenient location. I do think that the staff and administrative staff could communicate with the family more. Overall I would still recommend Kruse Village to others looking.

It has actually been a really wonderful change for our parents and amazing peace of mind for my siblings and I. I like the homey atmosphere and the fact that it is smaller and easy to get around. The staff is friendly and treats everyone with dignity and respect. The apartments are large and have all amenities available for independent living if the resident is able. Residents come and go freely and are afforded whatever level of independence they are capable. Improvements would be updating the common area carpets because they are rather dingy. Overall, things could be cleaner and there are sometimes unpleasant smells in the hallways from some of the units.

Dimensions Living Appleton seems like a good place. Her room is larger than other ones we looked at. My mother is not complaining about the food which is difficult to believe . So far so good. Based off of our experience here so far, I would recommend Dimensions Living to others.

I loved it. However, just knowing my loved one, I don't think they would've cared for it because of their community beliefs. I would love it there because I'm a people person. However, my loved one enjoys their room in solitude more. And it was 40 to 45 minutes away from me. It was a little longer distance than what I was looking for.

The facility and staff are wonderful. Our problem came with getting my parents to reach out to them when they needed something. They are to used to doing for themselves. Staff has been very good at checking in and encouraging them to ask for help when they need it. They raised prices a couple months after they got moved in. I understand cost are rising. But kind of messed up the budget.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great facility, very clean and well kept. We just felt it was too big and didn't think mom could make it down to the dining room on her own. They also requested 6 months rent up front which was a small fortune .

I was told that laundry would be done twice per week, and that my loved one would receive showers, and those things did not happen. Sometimes things would dissapear. The staff tried very hard and was pleasant. The facility was very attractive. The cook was concerned, and was providing meals for me. The food was superb. They really tried with the activities.

EdenCrest at Riverwoods has given Mom great care. I would recommend them to anyone for their loved one.

Based on our experience we would recommend Azura Memory Care of Kenosha to other families, but we do think they could improve on the quality of the meals.

The experience was good - they were going through same management changes but there was no impact on us. The only negative and it isn't really their fault is they do not do 2 person assists or Hoyer lifts, we had to move my loved one out because she needed a higher level of care. My mom is a vegetarian and their dietitian in charge of the meals went out of her way to provide options for my mom. It is a better place for those who do not need as much care.

72 year old mother is a resident at Azura in Manitowoc. The home feeling of Azura gives us comfort and peace of mind. The staff has always been welcoming, warm, and keep a smile on their face.

I love the feel of home that Azura has. My mom really fits in and already has her clique of ladies she has coffee with. Couldn't ask for more.

Thanks to the director and a wonderful staff Azura is truly a loving home. I can not say enough good things about Azura in Wausau. My loved one is taken care of with dignity, respect and they know her likes and dislikes and pay attention to the little details.

They are well taken care of. The meals are good. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

They are short handed. It is an older facility but still decently kept up. For the money I think it is a good deal. They also have rehab and independent care too as well as a nursing home section. I would absolutely recommend Kruse Village to others looking.

We chose Dimensions Living Green Bay because it was smaller and not so spread out. It is easier for mom to remember where she is. The staff was very friendly and they also take state pay if my moms runs out of money. We have been very happy with our choice.

The overall staff and conditions are very good I'm comfortable with my mother being there. The chief complaint that my mother has is that the food isn't very good and for $[removed] you would expect better. It is recently under New Management and there are still getting everything kind of together the facility itself is very nice and comfortable and Mom does feel at home and beginning to make friends. The staff is kind, facility is well put together and the room is comfortable. Mom is pretty happy she got a room that has like a living room in the night separate bedroom so it feels more like a apartment there's a community room with a fireplace that's very nice an area to play cards or both puzzles a nice outdoor patio the only negative she really talks about is the food. But to that I spoke to them and if she wanted something special she could even get like TV dinners right there and write her name on them and then they would make them for her so that is a plus.

Azura staff work very hard to please all under their care. My loved one has been very happy during her time in Stoughton Azura. I am happy to call this my wife's home.

Great place for mom. Caring staff, some more than others, but always welcoming when I visit.

They seem very nice when I go in the care center.
