This is a pretty good place. The meals aren't the best. It would be nice to have a new chef to bring in better selection of food and better tasting food. The staff are pretty good to work with, except for the registered nurse who is the "doctor on site". She is a physician assistant it is hard to schedule with her to see your loved one and she is hard to get ahold of. Some of the activities available are bingo, movies, church, and more for the residents to choose from. They have physical and occupational therapy on site as well.

The Edencrest at Siena Hills community is very clean and friendly. The staff are always eager to help make our loved ones living there very comfortable. We would most definitely recommend this community to others.

We really liked Apple Creek Place and almost went here, but we heard they had major staffing issues at the time.

When we visited Dimensions they had just hired a new director. It was a nice place but it was not the right fit for my loved one. It seemed a little too loud and chaotic.

This is a good place for your parent or your loved one to be in. My loved one does not participate in the activities but they do have a board with all of the activities posted for the residents. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This facility always appears clean and good order. Staff is courteous and accommodating. My mother appears to be in good, caring hands.

Very pleased with the care my mom receives. They are understanding and try to engage mom. Mom loves to "help out" and she gets to assist with helping in the kitchen. She was a teacher and a seamstress, and they have engaged her in ways that make the "teacher" feel needed.

Currently, I am very pleased with the care given to my wife. Azura is clean, maintained and well supervised. It always boils down to staff and right now they are super. I have viewed many memory care facilities and Azura Monroe is top notch.

My wife has lived at Azura Beloit for nearly eleven months. I visit her every 2-3 days and based on my personal observations, I am confident that she is safe and receiving the care that she needs and deserves, thanks in large part to the great staff!

It's clean, care givers are great!! Long term care workers - they are the heart of the community, very grateful to them.

The staff is caring and they are able to deal with my husband, who at times can be difficult. My concern was with weekend staff who were invisible while residents were on their own. This has been corrected. Staff now tries its best. The layout of the facility and large number of residents make it difficult for staff to be on top of developing issues.

Everyone looks so clean and nice when I come to visit. The staff interacts with the residents as if they were their own loved ones. They answer all my questions and actively listen to any concerns I have.

After a rough patch short staffing the new executive director has hired outstanding caregivers who truly care. They treat my mom like their grandma and are so patient with the residents. The house is very welcoming and cozy and the staff is attentive. It all comes down to the ED being determined to make a difference.

From what I hear this place takes care of my grand well. I love the home feel of the place, the family eating, and the friendly staff. Everyone has been great to my grandma too during this time.

He is cared for well. He is felt loved and his personal cares are met. Staff is friendly and attentive to needs of residents. Building for the most part is very clean-feel a cleaning staff needed so care givers have more time.
