I would recommend to others. Only complaint is urine smell in common areas. So far so good. I picked this community because of the all inclusive pricing.

It's a nice place. I was there a lot so I was able to observe interactions with my father. I could critique nitpicky things but overall, I'm glad my father went there. He died a week after being there. It was a good place for him while he was there. We needed to find a place fast for him. They were able to give a tour and they had availability. So that really solidified it for us.

I took first opening. I am happy that lt worked out. It was not to many to choose from at the time, so I picked this community.

The people at Dimensions are great at all levels. Housekeeping, dining, caregivers and administration. An opportunity for improvement would be better communication. It's hard to get information from a previous shift or a previous day.

They are really understaffed, yet they continue to take on new clients. We certainly do not get the service we pay for.

The staff seem well-trained and are very friendly and compassionate toward the residents and their families.

There are plenty of staff to attend to my mother's needs, and they are caring and nurturing when dealing with her. The staff is also very attentive to my requests regarding or related to my mother. Thank you.

It is a nice community with a good amount of activities that suit many different types of individuals. The staff is friendly, and gives my loved one appropriate care for their needs. The primary factors for choosing this community were proximity to family, cost, and overall feeling of comfort when touring.

I liked the community, and it was affordable. I would recommend to others.

I liked Stoney River a lot when I was looking for place for my mom. It offers a lot of activities and bells and whistles that my Mom, in her condition, would not be able to take advantage of, so that was the reason we decided on another facility.

Overall, experience was good. The staff was friendly. There seem to be a lot of new faces. I was never sure if it, was a new staff or existing. It would have been nice to see a "name tag" with years of service.

This place has been a great fit. Staff works with me to troubleshoot problems. Staff cares for the residents and try hard to meet residents requirements. One of the most supportive places we've been. (our 4th)

Overall good. Food choices could be better.

I toured Edencrest at Siena Hills when searching for an Assisted Living facility for my loved one. This facility was nice, but it seemed a little bit dated. However, it was more expensive than some of the other facilities that I toured. They didn't have the type of apartment that my loved one wanted anyway, so I continued on with my search.

What we like the most about the Gurnee Place Memory Care is their surroundings, everything is peaceful. Based on the experience we have had so far, if the community is closer to other families we would recommend them to others.

This facility is beautiful and feels like home. The staff is very helpful and friendly, however I feel in some areas they need additional staffing. The residents do complain about the meals and the time the doors lock at night.

We picked this community, because it was small in size,we'll managed,she will stay there till she passes.It's very friendly and hospitable. I would recommend to other families.

they try their best to make living here as good as it can be. Not every place is perfect and this one has it's faults as well. They need more activities to participate in. The ones they have can't be done by many of the residents. The food is totally unacceptable.. they need a variety in the breakfast menu. Everything is the same on the lunch and dinner menus day after day. If they are getting you to lose weight, eat here for a couple weeks. But I think I am doing okay here.
