The person that we were to meet was busy with another person so we were shown around by another individual. Since we had been through [removed] already we had fewer questions. They are sister facilities. Nice facility. We are only at the beginning of our research for my dad.

We started with lunch and were able to have many of our questions answered. The tour was informative. We left with information and contact resources.

I stopped by and looked at the community over the weekend and I was really impressed with what I saw. The people were very nice and helpful. They seem to have a lot of activities for everyone which made me very happy. I spoke to a nice lady who said she lived there for 6 years. I think I can make nice friends here.

I got invited to lunch and and they had square dancing after for everyone. It was so good to see people my age laughing and really having a wonderful time. This place is so beautiful and the people are very welcoming. I was really much so impressed with what i saw. I’ve been looking at communities in the Wilmington area for some time now and this community really stood out the most. I am very appreciative of the kind welcoming feeling I received when I came in. I will be moving here at The Woods at Holly Tree soon.

This community is like no other in Wilmington. It’s very clean and it a very nice upscale area in Wilmington. I would very good with letting my mom stay here. The lady who helped me seemed very knowledgeable about the community and I could tell that the staff really cared. I went in to great entertainment and enjoyed watching how the residents dance and sang along. The other places I went didn’t have this type of entertainment and felt more like a nursing home. This community is so vibrant and truly appreciate the care provided.

I came by with my mom and looked yesterday. This community is so beautiful, it looks like an upscale hotel with lavish green gardens on the outside and a marvelous pond. The hallways are very bright which my mom liked a lot and the people really seemed so very happy. Great job everyone. We were beyond impressed and this visit well exceeded our expectations.

We did a surprise tour and from the moment we walked in you could feel the sense of the community. Some of the residents were sitting out on the front porch having morning coffee and conversation. They all welcomed us and made me and my dad feel at home. When we walked into the community, the staff were to pleasant and seem to care for the residents. I felt so welcomed by the entire staff. I am so glad that I looked here as it is the best by far that I have seen.

This community is a blessing to Wilmington NC and their residents. We felt right at home. We feel as there is no compassion as the other communities looked nothing like The Woods at Holly Tree. Everything was clean and smelled wonderful. There is no comparison in Wilmington to this community. We look forward to having my mom come to The Woods at Holly Tree and thankful for the help of the staff here.

This community really cares about their residents and families. The location is perfect, close to New Hanover Regional Medical Center and Cape Fear Hospital. Beautiful location and very convenient to everything in Wilmington. This community is in a very nice location in the Wilmington area. So many activities to enjoy. You can tell that the staff has plenty of experience and truly puts the residents first. The employees have been at the Woods at Holly Tree for several years which is nice to see because you really don't find that much in a community. After visiting other communities in area, I am confident we found the Best in Wilmington by far. I have looked at several communities in the area and none of them compare to The Woods at Holly Tree. The upkeep of the community is well maintained in comparison to others I have looked at which were not nearly as nice and the residents appeared to be more active in this community than the others. Great Job and thank you for helping me with my search.

This place is incredible and what makes it even better is [name removed]. He made my mother feel so comfortable and loved when we came in to tour that we didn't bother looking at any other communities. Great food, great staff, great residents. We couldn't be happier with our decision.

This place truly cares about people. Everything here is top notch, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this community to anyone. Just check it out for yourself. Your loved one will thank you.

This community is truly a gem. We looked several places and really had our eyes set on The Woods at Holly Tree. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. It felt like home. The people were so very kind. I was really appreciative of the knowledge and compassion that I received while there. I'm so glad that I found this community it's truly beautiful and reminds me of my own home very warming.

Mountain View Gardens is a truly exceptional retirement community. My mother-in-law, who is very particular about services she receives, is extremely happy. Another friend, a former neighbor, expresses it this way: “This is a happy place! It is like being on a cruise ship.” The management team is superb and the service staff is happy, efficient, and very caring of the customers. Our family could not be more thrilled with Mountain View, as we have observed or heard of many negative experiences with retirement communities from elderly friends and other family members. This is truly a special place.

Best community in Wilmington hands down. The staff seemed to really care about me and that made me feel so special. The location is very nice part of town in comparison to others we looked at. The community looks brand new and the folks seemed happy. This is by far the best community and I was happy with the person I spoke with . They seemed very knowledgeable and compassionate about me.

This is a real class act. The stuff truly care about the residents and bend over backwards for them. A special kudos to [name removed] for going way beyond the call of duty for my mother. I won’t have her anywhere else. [Name removed]

Thank you, everyone at Jordan Oaks, my lunch/tour was wonderful and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I felt right at home. I love the pet friendly environment, as I have two Pomeranians, I feel my Bella-Maria and Connor-O’Neil will feel right at home with Banks

We lost my Mother December of 2017. My Father was living alone in Ohio and I wanted to get in someplace that I knew he be comfortable, stay busy and make new friends. After looking at several options I found Salishan thru A Place for Mom. This has been magical for Dad he is so happy and I'm only 25 minutes from him. My brothers one in North Carolina and one in Ohio both thought Dad would want to go back home immediately. It's been 3 1/2 months and thanks to [name removed] and [name removed]'s wonderful staff he hasn't looked back. He is happier the he's been since Mom got sick 4 yrs. ago and he became her care giver. A great big thank you to [name removed] and all at Salishan.

This community is everything. I moved my father out of his home into this community and the staff have been so incredibly helpful. This community is truly life changing for the elderly. I'm blown away by the care and compassion that my father received upon entering the community. They clearly know what they are doing and to be honest I can't thank them enough. My father brags about his day and the things that he's now doing and the people he is meeting. I'm just totally speechless by the outpouring of love and care. You are doing everything right staff. Thank you for letting me see the light that my father needed in his life.

Best community by far in Wilmington. It feels like your own home. The people are great. The food is wonderful and everyone seemed so very happy. I was impressed to say the least. I’m very happy with what I saw and could go on and on but really impressed overall.

Great place they have everything and seem to truly care about their residents. The cost is not in our price range unfortunately.
