I first want to thank everyone that I met when I came by to look at the Woods at Holly tree. I did stop by and did not make a an appointment however I was able to be seen and have a chance to see the entire community. The staff seem to really care for the residence and that really made me feel good about looking at this community. I have a chance to see some of the artwork that the residents did and I also got a chance to talk to some of the residents that live there. They told me different stories about how much they love living at the community and how beneficial it will be for my mother to move in. I must say that this experience was like none other and I am thankful that I did stop by and tour this lovely community. It does not look like a facility that most of the communities look like. This Community to meet appeared more to be like home

This community deserves five stars plus. I have a chance to look at this community. As it became a time of which my parents are needing to move from their home. With this being my first experience and talking with the lady at the community I left with a better understanding of what senior living is truly about. My parents are very nervous about the move but I must say that after talking to this community I do feel like it would be a very good fit for my parents. They all for everything that You can possibly think of and they really simplify everything for seniors. I was very impressed by everything that I saw and I must say that this was the best community by far that I had toward. My parents are gonna be very happy when they move into this community and I cannot wait to visit them when they are there.

I had a very delightful experience. I drove in from New York and had the chance to see this community. This was the first community that I had the chance to look at. Based off what I saw I was very happy with the community as a whole…… This community was very bright, it had very wide hallways that other communities did not have. The community was very open which made it seem more like home as opposed to other communities of which I had toward. I was very pleased with what I saw and I must say that the staff and residents seem very happy and you could tell that everyone was very content with what they were doing

This community is in a very nice neighborhood. When I toured I did get a chance to see the surrounding areas and as it appears this happened to be a more safe location in the Wilmington area in comparison to other communities that I looked at. I really was happy with the community, staff, residents, food, and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for senior living as this community definitely stood out among the others that I saw that day. I am thankful of the knowledge that I left with after my tour. I do believe that both my husband and myself will be picking this community as our new home.

I am living at Ashwood Meadows for two months. The best move I could have made. A warm, friendly place with all the amenities you cold ask for. The staff is kind and helpful and whenever I needed assistance such as something for my apartment, it was taken care of promptly. Very impressed with the management. Their heart is in the right place and they are attentive to the needs of the residents. I am very happy to be here. One other thing, the setting reminds me of a resort hotel, very attractive and the food is terrific.

This community is definitely one to see. I was on vacation looking for a place for my parents and decided to stop by. I walked in and was instantly greeted by staff and felt very welcomed into the community. I had the chance to see the entire community and different layouts of the apartments that they have. They have a lot to offer inside the community for the residents and they also have three meals a day. Since this was the very beginning of my search I felt like the information I was giving was very informative. I definitely appreciate the time they spent with me so that I could learn more about the community for my parents. This community is on the top of my list and I definitely see me placing my parents in this community

This was my first visit to an Independent Living Community and I was very impressed. [name removed], who showed me around was very helpful and answered all my questions. This facility seems to have everything included that a person could want.

I lived at the Peaks with my husband and alone there after he died. I could not have been with more wonderful, caring people, both residents and managers, anywhere else. The grounds are spacious and lovely and the clubhouse building is beautifully decorated and maintained. I have moved to be close to my daughter but keep a picture of the view of the mountains I had from my balcony on the wall over my computer. The people at the Peaks are the ones I hold closest to my heart.

The Assistant Managers were promoted to Managers in March 2019. They hired a new chef and the food is excellent. My sister has been a resident here for 2 years now and whenever I visit to have lunch we have a great time. I love watching a movie in her cinema with popcorn and ice cream. She has never been happier and when she is not playing bingo or watching movies she is out shopping on the bus! She has a balcony and even though the New England Summer is a short one, she loves drinking lemonade and watching the surrounding wildlife. I am seriously thinking about moving in with her! The staff are always smiling and the atmosphere is fun, upbeat and positive. Heatherwood is like a cruise ship without the ocean.

Hands down the best senior living community in Wilmington. I stopped by as I was referred over by my doctor in Wilmington of The Woods at Holly Tree and was beyond impressed. I would give this community 5 stars based on cleanliness, kind people, beautiful location, great size apartments, really nice and caring staff. This community offered everything I need and more. I am happy to have heard about the community and a new place to call my home.

My mother has been living at Summit Glen for the past few years and all of us as a family have been extremely pleased with the accommodations and the staff. She lived in several other places in the Springs and this is the place that we have been most happy with (it is always 100% full so we were glad when a place opened up for her!). [Name removed] and [name removed] have a gift for making the place seem very homey and inviting, always encouraging their guests to be involved in the many activities that the place provides. We would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone looking for a supportive community for a loved one.

My experience has been wonderful. I am home and really happy here. It is as close to perfect as can be. Thank u for your help in finding it for me.

This place has been a blessing for our mom...exactly what she needed to live well.

I could not have asked for a better experience. The individual that helped me from the start truly made me feel at ease with no pressure. I was very much informed of what the community offered and this saved me a lot of time. I appreciate how the residents came over to say "hello" while I was there. I liked the color of the community because it looked more like a home than a nursing home. This place truly saved me a lot of worry and I am glad that I found the Woods at Holly Tree. Thank you for everything staff!!!!

I can sleep easy at night knowing my Mother is safe and comfortable in her home at Summit Glen. The cleanliness of the facility and the caring friendly staff have helped her settle into this wonderful facility. We highly recommend Summit Glen!

Great place!

This community is everything and more. We looked at several locations and realize that this was the very best. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community. This community is very bright and open which really made my mother happy. The residents also looked very happy and content in their home. After looking at several other communities we decided on this community as the very best out there. I am very glad that we made this decision for our mother and happy that she gets to call this community her new home. I would highly recommend this community to anyone searching for a senior living community in the Wilmington area. This search seemed very easy in a difficult time. I know that overall we made the right decision for my mother and she could not be more happy right now.

I moved here 4 months ago and have found it to be so much easier than I had anticipated - for more reasons. 1. no financial surprises, no fees that were not explained or anticipated. 2. a managerial staff who are both competent and caring; food, people are different, distinct and delightful personalities. 3. Residents for the most part are happy to be here!

I love Carolina Estates. My mother, [name removed], is very happy here. She has made lots of friends here. The staff is awesome. My mom especially loves the entertainment all the musical groups that come. I'm really happy about the decision we made for my mom to live here.
