Colonial Harbor has had some ups and downs. Most recently the management team has gotten a new chef. The meals have been above and beyond. They have the best value in town. [Name removed] and [name removed] are giving the residents very fun events and activities.

I have lived at Summit Glen for nearly 3 years. This community has far exceeded my expectations for cleanliness, friendliness and value. It is managed by a truly professional staff in all areas including management, housekeeping, maintenance, landscape maintenance, culinary, activities, transportation and responsiveness to the needs of residents. I'm very pleased that the facility is nearby shopping and a hospital. Summit Glen has had 4 consecutive years of 100% occupancy, so that says a lot in inself. Overall, this is a wonderful place that I feel safe and secure to live at. I have made many friends here and my family always feels welcome to visit me and enjoy a meal together. My mother has been living at Summit Glen for over 2 years after an extensive search of independent residences in the Colorado Springs area. There really is no better value for a comparable facility in this area. Summit Glen is clean and well-managed by friendly, caring, considerate, well-trained staff in all areas. Everyone takes the time to make the second effort to assure a healthy and rewarding experience for the resident and their families. I feel secure that my mother is in a safe environment at a very reasonable price. This residence has recently achieved 4 straight years of 100% full occupancy. This was my favorite, Independent living, but medical staff visits, all dining included, Breakfast Dinner and Supper and it smelled delightful. Lots of friendly happy faces, beautiful facility with all the amenities, library, events coordinator schedules trips and daily activities.

Love the community and staff. A very nice clean community with great food. The community looks amazing and glad we found it. The grounds are well kept and the apartments are very clean. I like the way the staff interacts with the other residents. This community does have a very home feel. I am very impressed overall.

This community is by far the best in Wilmington. The staff seemed so kind and the residents looked extremely happy. I was so very impressed by everything that I saw. This community is so beautiful and it made me happy knowing that there are caring communities out there like this one to assist with seniors. The colors inside the community are very bright and cheerful. The paintings on the walls looked so elegant and made it look like a home. I was sold the moment I walked in and couldn't think of another place for my dad. Truly exceptional community.

This community deserves 10 stars plus as it was so clean and the people were so kind. I looked at a few communities before coming over to The Woods at Holly Tree and they looked so old and outdated, like a institution of which I would not dare think of placing my mom. The Woods at Holly Tree however felt more like at home and it was only 3 floors which was nice because the other communities my mom would have gotten lost with them being so large. They had great food, a singer performing and a very nice, caring staff member that showed us around. The community surpassed our expectations and was so lovely.

Great food, environment, beautiful community and looked very clean. I was very impressed. The price was definitely reasonable for everything they offered.

I am a resident of Summit Glen and just completed my second year at my new home. Selecting Summit Glen as my retirement residence was one of my better decisions in life. Its a great place to live.

Summit Glen is a wonderful place to live. Very clean, well maintained and both sets of managers are the best in the state. Residents make the place and I can tell you they are friendly, helpful and fun. We have so many good times here. There is no other place I would want to live.

Out of all the places I looked for Senior Living in Wilmington this community was the most friendly, clean, nice location and didn't look outdated. The people were so very kind.... The residents seem to be very content in their home here. I liked how bright the community was along with the beautiful paintings in the hallways. The furniture looked brand new and the outside looked very well maintained. This appeared to be in a safe location with very upscale residential homes on Holly Tree Road. I really liked the overall feel of the community and how cheerful everyone was. They really made me feel so special and welcomed me like on of their own. I was really blown away by everything that I saw and this community is on the TOP of my list.....

My mom is very shy but wow all of you here made her feel so very comfortable. We came and had lunch and had a very informative tour with a very nice caring individual. We were not expecting the great hospitality that this community showed us. I have never seen anything like this community.... it true surpassed our expectations and we are so happy to have found this loving community. It is because of this community I now have hope for my mom opening up here. You are really great people.

I have a friend staying here and it’s been a very positive experience. We were facing placing our friend in Assisted Living, but we learned we could save a considerable amount of money by moving her into Gracious Living Independent Living and use their in home Care company ( Affordable Family Care ). They send in a licensed caregiver 5 times per day to check in and assist for a small increase in price. They tend to her personal care needs and it’s everything they would do at a far more expensive Assisted Living Facility. This was a much better value than staying at a comparable Assisted Living. We got everything and saved money! 5 stars !!!

I would like to start off by saying I normally don't do reviews but felt like this is a must. The community is so beyond beautiful, smelled clean, looked brand new, good location centralized to the Wilmington area. I spoke to the current residents and they raved about the community and now I can see why. This community stood out to me amoung any community in or around the Wilmington area. The others had more of a nursing home feel while The Woods at Holly Tree was absolutely stunning. I met with the entire staff and they were so very kind and caring. I felt so welcoming. Keep doing what you're doing there as you're are the best in Wilmington based off my visit.

I met with the lady who gave me a tour and she was so knowledgeable and compassionate. I could tell that the community generally cared about the residents. I toured a few other places in Wilmington but felt like they looked more like an assisted living. I noticed that this community was very active with residents dancing and singing along to a performer that was there and it was a marvelous treat. My experience here exceeded my expectations and I never felt pressured to buy in which was like a breath of fresh air. This community is definitely the best by far from the cheerful residents, caring and knowledgeable staff, beautiful scenery, I was so beyond pleased. Thank you as i will be moving in here at The Woods at Holly Tree.

Came by to look for my mom who is 84 and not ready to move from her home but know it is the best thing for her. I am truly impressed with what I saw. I felt like my mom needed to see this place so I also brought her over to look and just wow she was so impressed by the brightness and pictures in the halls. She told me it felt like home and that’s when I knew that this was the place for her. Had it not been for the compassionate staff here we would not have found such a more beautiful community. I’m very thankful that my mom is in a secure, beautiful, active and friendly community.

Parker Place is wonderful. Our brother is very happy there. He felt at home right away. We would recommend Parker Place to our friends and family. He has a studio and it feels more like an apartment . The windows and balcony make it feel like home. He loves the food and social dining. The location is good. He can take walks and is in a safe neighborhood.

The Woods is a lovely building! The staff and services have been outstanding. The weekly housekeeping and sheet changes are a great Perk.
