How clean everything is, beautiful grounds. It is my kind of place. Freedom if independence. Food is very good and nutritious. Plenty of activities for me to choose from and participate, or I can stay in my room and read. I don't have to clean, or cook or anything I don't want to do. Bus can take me shopping or doctor's appointments. Pet friendly. I've made many great friends here and even a friend from long ago, whom I was her maid of honor at her wedding. It is so affordable for all you get.

Well I haven't participated in a lot of activities yet. I like the people and the way things are run. Transportation could use some work, on outings so that I don't have to be gone all day. It's great that I can make doctor's appointments. Very happy with my move here. I have a lot more room.

After checking out different places to live I found Parker Place to be the nicest and the people to be the friendliest. I don't like to sit idle so I volunteer wherever I can. I do not sit in my apartment because there are so many things to do. I help the activities coordinator with decorating for different holidays. We have our own bus and can go wherever we want for the year I've been here I have been more active than I have been in years.

My cousin loves living at Bella Vista. The food is fantastic, the people are helpful, and even though he is a bit of a recluse, there are tons of activities. The bus is always taking residents to fun places like the Asheville Chocolate Lounge, Papa's and Beer and activities around town. The price is very reasonable. His one bedroom apartment is 3200.00 month and that includes everything ( electricity, emergency call button, cable, housekeeping). Home healthcare comes twice a week to do his shopping and laundry for an additional small charge. My husband asked me when we are moving in!

Really enjoyed meeting the staff and residents.... I really like this nice community as it is located in the heart of Wilmington very close to my doctors and grocery shopping. The community has lovely colors and paintings all along the halls that really caught my attention. The community smelled both fresh and airy which impressed me. The halls were very wide and seemed like it felt more like home.... I really enjoyed speaking with the residents that lived there and could tell they were very happy..... This is truly what a community should be and I am glad to have located such a nice gem. I was in the preplanning stages due to a change in my health and feel its time to make a change from home..... This community offered meals, transportation, entertainment for and had a nice pond outside with lovely flowers surrounding it..... I couldn't have asked for a better place and thanks for what you're doing.....

Stonebrook Lodge was fabulous!! THe visit there with [name removed] was great. He showed me a studio down stairs great. I was unsure of the smoking location, out on porch or does he have to go to a designated area? Oh, amenities were great! All the tv, internet, laundry service and community care is great. It might be a bit more fancy for [name removed].

My new home and thankful for everyone that helped me feel so very special. .... I realized from the time if which I arrived that every resident matters and is cared for with such love and compassion. The food was so good and I eaten there too times prior before making a decision. This is truly a wonderful place that many like myself can call home. Its difficult leaving your home after so many years but this was a little bit easier knowing that I'm going into.a community that feels so much like home.......

We really liked the size of this and the intimate cozy feeling. It didn’t feel over the top at all, but the right size for mom. We are a little concerned there isn’t an option for more care as she needs it, except for outside help. Would have liked the check in button that was available at [removed].

I was able to tour this community over the weekend after being referred over by A Place For Mom. I was really impressed with everything and the food was so delicious. We were instantly greeted by the Wonderful staff and pleased overall with our experience. Thank you to everyone as this decision and transition was difficult for my mom but your staff made it so much easier. I'm very lucky to have found this community. Thank you again very much.

This community well exceeded our expectations and was impressed with the entire place. We looked at several local communities...... but the Woods at Holly Tree really stood out the most primarily because of the kind people, welcoming staff, great food, seceseak activties for everyone and the cleanliness of the community was truly top notch. I wish their were 10 stars so I could rate this community higher.... so very impressed....

My mom had been looking at communities for a while and we really were just impressed overall by the caring staff, food, quality atmosphere, cleaness, hospitality, happy residents of The Woods at Holly Tree. This community is definitely full of love and support based off what we have seen thus far. It ended up being the best decision we have made. The support you get at The Woods at Holly Tree is truly top notch and I find peace knowing that my mom is surrounded by wonderful people in such a beautiful community. Thank you to the staff for all the help along the way......

This is by far the best community I have ever toured. The people and staff were so kind and it truly looked like they enjoyed being there. There was an abundance of activities that truly intrigued my interest. I would rate the community a 10 out of 10. I would also highly recommend to a loved one as well as I'm so impressed. I learned so much and very appreciative of the time and support given to me. Thank you to the Woods at Holly Tree for showing such care and compassion as I'm so impressed and will refer my friends to you as well. You have both showed my family and I so much hope and compassion.

I have so much to say about The Woods at Holly Tree. I am so appreciative to all the staff. They were compassionate and sincere helping me find my mother a loving and caring community. We have toured many other communities but nothing compares to The Woods at Holly Tree. Their activities range from cards, bingo, exercise, games, singing, music therapy and more. Before making a decision you must visit this wonderful place to live. Really is a blessing and I don't know what we would have done if we didn't find this place. Thank you

My mom was really having a hard time in her home and was depressed. I live nearby but she refused to live with me because she didn't want to be a burden on my family. We are so happy with Maple Ridge. She has made so many friends there and is even singing again - she has not sung at all since my father died 4 years ago. I was amazed! I can't say enough good things. Thank you Maple Ridge for bringing some joy into my mom's life.

Meadow has been a joy to me. The facility is spacious, light and clean. The staff is kind, helpful, and so caring. We have daily activities, a Sunday religious service, a nurse, and a bus for appointments and weekly outings. The best asset for my is my fellow friends who live here!

I have been a very happy resident at Meadowlark Estates for 7 years. Most of the managers and asst managers have been very helpful and seem to care about us. Our wonderful activity coordinator always has many activities to participate in - if you wish.
