The food was good. The activities were not engaging. It was not a good experience. They need more staffing, and better trained staff. There were language barriers between the staff, and residents. They lost a lot of staff members during the time, that my loved one was there.

I would recommend you look closely at the residents and the engagement they are getting from the staff. It would be nice to see more engagement from the staff to the residents with socialization. The activities have been lacking when I have visited my loved one. The socialization I have seen between the residents has been sat in a circle in a community room with a tv. The communication about the care plan for our loved one with the family could be better as it takes several attempts to receive any type of answers back from the staff.

I would not have gone here if I knew then what I know now. Unless your loved one has a lot of independence, I would not recommend the facility. Assisted living has it more together than the memory care which seems backwards. The staff turnover rate was very high. I communicated with head of nursing and she left and then the director left and then the regional director left - this was all within a few months. The communication is not good, they do have a new head of nursing and she is trying her best, but because the program overall is lacking, I think it will take more than just her. I am very disappointed in the whole experience and have already started looking at other facilities.

I toured this community and was not impressed. They said they would be remodeling in the near future, but I didn't like it from the time I walked in. The facility and the room they showed me did not smell pleasant.

My loved has had a great experince so far. The food is subpar, and there is a possibility that, there has been changes with the food. Personally, I did not have a good experince , and was misinformed. The expenses for the level of care, increased without notification or proper explanation of additional charges. Overall, my loved one seems to be well taken care of.

Harmony seems to do a great job with marketing-- they are persistent and really build up the service and experience they offer. Once my mom became a resident, however, I have had minimal communication from the staff. Every time I have tried to bring up my concerns, I have been told that they are understaffed. It also seems like they are ill-equipped to handle someone with my mom's particular needs. She is very physically functional, but has early to moderate stage dementia. Since she is able to bathe, feed, dress and toilet herself, she is apparently very low on the priority scale. I expected much more guidance and support for her while getting acclimated to the community, helping her to get to meals and scheduled activities, and a general positive environment. I don't feel like there is any of that. All I can say is that she is safe, fed and medicated, but she is not thriving. Which is far less than I would expect, especially for the high monthly costs.

There was another community that had my attention more than this community. They were able to answer all of my questions and any concerns that I had about this community.

Basically they are not capable of handling patients who turn violent. It seems that other patients were allowed to go into each others' rooms without being watched. And recently they kicked my loved one out, just like that.

I would not go. I would not recommend it. They don't have a doctor on staff. They didn't have hot water in my loved ones room and her pull cord didn't work. My loved one suffered a major stroke there and no one notified me. They didn't call the paramedics and my loved one had been sitting there for couple hours after her stroke. I found my loved one like this in her wheelchair when I came in for a visit. No one is reviewing the residents health status and communicating their needs properly. I was very disappointed and expected better. The staff didn't know my loved one was mostly blind. We had to have a visit with the regional director and facility director to address these issues. They only had 5 residents there including my loved one. Everything looks nice from the surface. The CNA's do the best they can.

I would not recommend this community for your loved one. The aids and daily workers at this community are great but the staff are not. The best advice would be to not take all that the marketing team tells you because once your loved one i in this community it will be completely different from what was promised. Complaints are not dealt with either and we have had to escalate things.

This is a brand new beautiful facility, but they do not have it together. During our loved ones stay, they were never checked out, we aren't sure if they were ever bathed. They had no hot water and when we asked how they warm up the bath they said by heating the water up in the microwave. The emergency pull cord our loved one got never worked, and there was a serious disconnect and lag between the nurses, and CNA's. They assured us they would be able to handle our loved ones care after the first meeting, but that was not the case. It took almost a week for the doctor at the community just to meet our loved one. They were not attentive to our loved ones care whatsoever and when we pulled our loved one out to be taken to the hospital we lost all confidence in this community. We would never put a loved one here, completely disappointed.

The facility is beautiful and the rooms are a nice size, but it just felt too cold and sterile for me. I was looking for something much more homey.

I am moving my mom out, it has been a horrible experience. They are not doing activities with residents, they are all just sitting there. My mom is higher functioning and is bored out of her mind with the lack of stimulation. They are extremely short staffed. We were very disappointed.

I would tell other families to run. My loved one was there less than a week, and it was not a good experience for us. Somehow she contracted pneumonia there and had a week-long stay in the hospital. From there she went on to a rehab facility. I felt like The Harmony Collection was a lot of show and no go. We spent many thousands of dollars to get set up with them and only got back about a third of it.

We liked them a great deal at first. We thought their facility was very nice. The help our loved one received was great in assisted living. But then she moved to the memory care unit. And things started to go downhill from there. She was having some adjustment problems and was confused about being there. But we think the medication was excessive. We asked several times to make appointments to have a conversation about that, but they weren't very communicative. If you asked us in the beginning, we would have said it was a great place. But now, after experiencing memory care, we rate it much lower.

The community needs improvements. Options are limited due to the low number of residents. There are two meals offered with lack of options for the residents to choose from. The assisted living isn't currently open.

Our tour at Harmony was awful and completely unorganized. I wouldn’t put anyone there.

In the care of this community our loved one had fallen four separate times, three times resulting in having to go to the emergency room. Certain aspects of this community were excellent, however if your loved one is at fall risk do not put them at Harmony memory care. They just did not have enough staff and did not make enough changes.

My parents were in assisted living. We had issues with missed medications and there were missed showers for my mom and those were our two biggest hangups and why we ended up moving them both out. Their billing was very difficult to understand, when we called to get clarification no one would ever respond so communication was an issue. Based on our experience, I would not recommend at this time.

The concierge staff seemed disorganized and not very welcoming. The work staff coming into work seemed unhappy and disgruntled. The property didn't feel like home. It felt closed in and confined. Some rooms had an sewage smell to it. We smelled it even with our face masks on.
