The staff is very welcoming and friendly. One of my top compliments is the level of communication! The staff is very approachable and quick to answer texts or emails. Also they are very willing to help. My dad likes this facility very much. Apartments are spacious! And bright. My dad has a one bedroom with a full kitchen, living room, balcony and big bathroom with a washer/dryer. There is ample storage and plenty of cabinet space. And he doesn't even have the largest apartment.

Everyone was great. Nursing was exceptional. All people working we're very nice. Staff kept us involved if any problems arose, and it was nice to have her close to home. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

The most patient, caring, loving community you'll find. Top tier, never worry about him there. Literally looked at 30 places in person, in VA and North Carolina.

The facility is beautiful and clean, however the staff, ie housekeeping and Aids can do a lot better at spot cleaning in my resident apartment, especially the aids. I understand housekeeping is only once a week. Everyone is nice, especially the young lady that works the front desk ([name removed]). She is absolutely amazing. Not just to my resident but everyone that I've seen her interact with she's so helpful. She is definitely an asset to your organization! Quality of care needs some improvement especially on assisted living. I believe the aids can be more active in the total care of the residents. Not just a quick visit but checking out things like refrigerator (old food/ ,dirty towels and making sure my resident put dirty clothes in hamper and in the hall. My resident has memory issues. I understand the residents can say no but some time using their Dementia/ Alzheimer's training will help, I'm sure. The food needs a lot of improvement, often times food is cold, residents are waiting long times for their meals, not enough waiters serving. I've heard some of the assistance living residents complain because they aren't getting the same since of urgency service like independent residents. I understand there is a difference in care but the price that the assistance living pay they should do better at providing them with the best upscale dining experience daily. Before my resident moved in to Harmony, there were a few bad reviews about the chef, and how the food would be cold, the wait was long and concerns with overall food. I asked [name removed]about in during my walk through. She confirmed there was an issue but they resolved it with new chef and meal times. There hasn't been much change, from point of view. Great activities director and assistant. There is something always going on. My resident loves getting out so that helps a lot. She was active when she was home and before so retired. If they would fix the few discrepancies, I mentioned that would definitely be so much better. However, Overall Harmony Waldorf is a beautiful facility and my resident enjoys being there with her new family.

I find that the med techs are diligent at watching out for and taking care of the residents and all staff are willing to help. Location for us and pricing, stuck out over other things.

We have found Harmony of Hershey very nice! Staff is very accommodating & friendly!

Everyone was very nice an returned our calls very timely, and they put all new appliances carpet painted before we moved in.

I love the feel, it's like a lodge. The dining room is very very pleasant and the residents order of the menu as if it's a restaurant. All of the professionals are wonderful and especially the therapists! They are amazing!! There is nothing not to like. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my father and making him happy. I would love to be an advocate for your facility. In fact my husband and I are looking towards living there when we need more assistance

All would be a 5. My father and I have been please with all aspects of the facility. I've eaten with my father and also stayed overnight as he was transitioning there. I would highly recommend this location. The value is in comparison to others in the region, only a few hundred more.

Harmony Collection facility was clean and cheerful. Staff attentive and caring. Fortunately my mom is back home and living independently for the time being but would consider Harmony Collection again if she needs it.

It's great for independent. It's just been remodeled. Looks nice. I'm not sure about the assisted side or memory care. My mom loves all the activities. Food is really good !

The facility is very well run, clean and they go out of their way to make sure the tenants feel welcome. My mom really likes the activities; choir, art studio, and religious functions are her favorites. She really likes the staff. We are happy she chose Harmony of Chantilly!

The staff and facilities are wonderful. My mom was there just over a year and her stay was great. Everyone there was so nice and easy to work with. We had to move mom into full assisted living and they made the transition so easy for all of us. I would highly recommend Harmony to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.

Overall, we had a good stay. Mom seemed very satisfied. She was trying new activities trying to meet people and fit in to the culture. We were nervous and concerned about mom’s adjustment to living alone since she never had before. In addition, we had concerns about her mobility issues. As it turned out she feel, which led to her death with no cause of the facility which made her stay so short.

My parents are residents in Assisted Living. There have been changes in staff but they are always helpful and friendly. Dining has improved significantly, meals are well planned and the new al a carte menu gives many more options. Overall, I would recommend the facility.

Excellent experience from staff and therapists.. Friendly staff. Clean room. Good laundry service. Food left a lot to be improved upon and insufficient staff. Reasonable activities. I thought it was really nice, but my dad went downhill VERY fast. I didn't have a great chance to evaluate. BUT! Harmony is a super nice facility. It feels upbeat and not like a traditional assisted living. There was a mix of happy independent living people that kept the place feeling alert and alive.

We really don't have any complaints. - We've been amazed at the across-the-board quality of care, by CNA's and nurses. - We so appreciate the monthly meetings with admin staff, which gives space for receiving updates, and expressing appreciations & concerns. - The food is remarkably good (compared to other facility experiences.). - We're thankful for the steady variety of activities to keep our mother, and the various residents involved & active. - In general, the facility seems very well maintained. - And, it's evident that the staff members truly love the residents! The less-than-perfect ratings are probably with the thought that there's room for improvement. (Would probably have given a 9/10, had it been an option.) The only admin improvement has probably already been solved. Our experience had to do with a few very delayed email responses, but we believe they fell in the gap of a staffing switch. But, all other interactions & questions seem to be getting handled with better promptness. Either way ... they have always been cordial & kind! We don't hesitate to recommend Harmony to our friends.

My husband is very happy there and I feel that he is getting the care he needs. The number of interesting activities has been very beneficial for my husband physically and mentally. He feels like he is back in the world. Also, staff is lovely and he likes the food. His apartment is spacious and very bright with natural light. Please share these comments with Harmony.
