The sales manager [name removed] is a dream come true and sold the place. Continual access to the director, the sales office, concierge service and all other staff is phenomenal. Transparency is amazing, cleaning service is trustworthy and high standard. The amenities and trips and events are often and meaningful. They have delivered in every promise. Food is like what you'd get on an Amtrak meal cart. I rate this place a 10:10 for price and everything you get. They treated their customer with the utmost respect at all times during the process and continue to do so. That was the selling point for me. Dignified experience for my dad

Very expensive, but you get what you are paying for. They are all friendly. Kind. And considerate and respectful. And always helpful. Apartment sizes in memory care were fine for my uncle [name removed]. He didn't need much room. The bath was very roomy and nice. The room he had would only take a single bed but he had a dresser 2 chairs and a recliner. And a dresser in bath.

Honestly..... 5 for all. What we like the most about Harmony at Enterprise is The location. Easy to get to/from. Not too congested. The view from mom's balcony. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

I think with any facility their will be good and bad but I have been very pleased overall. I believe you always want to stay involved and build that relationship with staff and administration. I have been most impressed with the activities coordinator...[name removed]. She makes sure to include him and with his dementia they tell him let's go to this activity and he is just as happy to go. I am grateful and he is happy there.

items 1,2,3,4,5 would be a 5. The other items would have to be answered by my client, but he didn't complain about them. The overall staff seemed fine! He had no problems that I was aware of! Yes, we would recommend this community to other families

The staff was responsive and supportive with helping me move my mother there. The location was a plus as it is only 8 minutes from my house. I was pleased with how friendly and helpful the marketing team and maintenance team were

CLEAN , WELL KEPT , OUTSIDE ,&, INSIDE , FOOD NOT 5 STAR BUT GOOD ...staff and guests, residents have all been very friendly and a seem very happy i have been very supplied at this placed . Positive outcome fore me .

Harmony at Reynolds Mountain is very friendly. You feel at home the minute you walk in. Everything looked clean and well-kept. It looked like they had plenty of activities. You find anything you would like to do. It is in a good safe location.

We love Harmony. My husband is doing better there than he has in a very long time The staff is extremely sensitive to my husband's needs. They are caring, compassionate and kind. This is the 4th Memory Care facility he's lived in and they are the 1st facility that truly employ Dementia Caregiver Specialists. The other facilities didn't come close. The facility itself is very clean and bright with a welcoming atmosphere to both residents and visitors.

I want people to know that, if they are looking for assisted living or memory care for their loved one, please check out Harmony at Martinsburg. Harmony is very well staffed and they communicate well with family, we can see our loved one receiving good care The location is ideal for us, halfway between my sister and myself, so we visited and toured the facility, it's a lovely rural setting. The resident care leadership and staff are excellent, they understand and know how to take care of residents with Alzheimer's.

The facility is really nice and the apartments are really nice which is expected for their price point, but the staff went above and beyond for my mom. They repaint and put new carpet in before every new tenant and the staff even helped us move our things and lent furniture and accessories for my mom for her short term stay. My Mom went in very skeptical and was really sad to leave because the staff took such great care of her. They are a larger corporate run facility so they don't have a lot of flexibility in pricing. We had only planned for respite and she stayed 6 months so we had to move her to another facility for longer term stay based on higher costs of level of care at Harmony.

I give each one a 5, as for value for the money, it definitely is not cheap but you have to do what you have to do. I needed 24/7 care for my husband because he cannot walk or transfer to other chairs. He is incontinent and they do it all. The level of care you need determines the price. I have been satisfied . Homecoming will always win out but they have a lot of choices. I have found that treat people the way you want to be treated and all goes well. I have seen people here complaining about the food, as if this was a 5 star restaurant. Employees could not be nicer ! There are constantly activities here.

What we like the most about the community is the friendliness and the cleanliness. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Very kind, supportive to the family, always asking if we have any questions, how can they help the family / loved one. I don't think they could be any kinder and helpful to my mom. They show genuine compassion and care .

I would rate all of them a 5. I am very impressed with Harmony. Harmony is great for many reasons. Location, the facility is modern and well cap in my mother felt like she sit in well with the others. Also, [name removed] was so great to work with. She went out of her way to give us time showing us around and answering any questions we had. We really enjoyed all of the facilities and the people there. Harmony just was a better fit for my mother.

We started off a little rocky at Harmony but they have more than lived up to my expectations. The friendly environment and staff makes Harmony the perfect place for my loved one. I am so glad our search ended with Harmony!!

Wonderful, caring, atmosphere and staff. Everyone is extremely helpful and patient oriented. They go out of their way to make sure your loved one is safe, engaged, and well cared for. After my mother's hop fracture, rehab said she may never go back to Harmony. I almost cried and worried myself sick about it. They were as upset as I was and together we worked to get mom back Home to Harmony.

The Maintenance technician helped put in Mom's TV. It took him 1 hour to mount a LG screen TV and clean up. He was wonderful. The staff is turning over and learning as they go. They are motivated and very caring. There may be some churn as they get their feet under them. I attended a Town Hall where everyone could ask questions. There was a lot of grousing about what they had done with meals. After being in a facility where the food was always cold and never of known quality, i understand that food is a big deal. I found the food items and selection much better than Mom's old place.

Love my apartment. Just moving in this week. It’s like walking into a hotel lobby. Hallway to my apartment like being in a hotel. My apartment is so spacious and my sun room is turning into a beautiful green room. So many things to do and my apartment is cleaned weekly. I couldn’t ask for a nicer place to live.
