They have addressed every issue we have brought up to them, they have it addressed quickly, wonderfully, they have been accomodating. We are very impressed with the place, we really are. My reservations are just that the guy who normally does the activities has been there because he does something else but I would like for them to be a little more engaging. It's a really big place, it's clean, the people are all so very nice. I would recommend it highly to anybody in the same situation. I wish the price was less, but we've been really happy with them, they even contacted me to let me know they were worried about my mom who isn't even a resident there but visits 3 to 4 times a week. They answer my emails right away, the only thing is that it's so large and the two wings look exactly the same so my dad has a hard time finding his door. My sister and I were laughing saying we should put a bow on it so he can find it or they should paint one of the wings so they look different. But it's a very nice place, they have msuic and my dad gets up and dances and the foods good.

So far we have been pleased with my uncle's stay. Only thing I don't like about it, is they charge [removed]dollars a meal to be delivered to the room. They did explain it to me once I asked about it. He is not having to pay that now because he is considered sick and can't make it to the cafeteria. They charge that rate to encourage people to get out of their room. I understand that, but I really don't like it. Like I said we are pleased with Harbor Chase.

The people there are very kind. I like the staff. There must have been a reorganization though, and they don't have their act together. It took me a month to get some documentation that I needed There seems to be very little in the way of activities but they just got a new activities director, so maybe that will improve. I think the food is just ok. My mother is not complaining, but she doesn't care as much as I would. Dinner is at 4:30 - too early! Cleanliness is good, the space is well kept and attractive. Room size is adequate.

Overall, our experience with HarborChase has been very good. There has been significant staff turnover recently, which has been noticeable, but overall we have been happy with the facility and the care provided to [name removed] in the memory care portion. [name removed] room is newer, spacious, and much larger than the rooms I saw at the other six memory care facilities I visited. The memory care area at HarborChase was one of the most attractive and desirable options I found. I also really like the gated outdoor area, which provides a nice and safe space for residents to sit outside. The food has been good when I have joined [name removed] for dinner, and there are usually a couple of options to choose from. I have not seen as many activities recently as I would like. They offer things such as movies and yoga, but I have not seen those activities happening in quite some time. That said, [name removed] does not typically want to participate in activities, so I cannot fairly judge how much she would benefit from them. Overall, I have a high opinion of HarborChase. In fact, I recently recommended the facility to a friend whose mother needed care, and they decided to move her there. That recommendation reflects how positive my overall experience has been.

The staff is great , I guess the food is good. Rooms are a nice size

I love the facility, but we’re gonna be putting her closer to home at Palm Coast is just too far with all her doctors here and her volunteer job and so forth

The tour was interesting, offering plenty of activities to keep you engaged and involved. I think it’s definitely a place worth considering.

Overall, Harbor Chase has been great. They take care of him and make sure he eats three meals a day while giving him the independence to go where he wants and meet new people within the Harbor Chase community.

Shout out to [name removed] in maintenance for her kind help with my mom when her tv wasn't working. She spent time checking all cables and reset router then returned to make sure everything was OK. I really appreciate her care with my mom and how she calmed her down and sat with her. Thanks again [name removed]!

Overall I would give the place a 4. The activities and the facility are excellent. The food is mostly average. The staff is very friendly but service can be slow at times likely due to understaffing.

Very nice facility. Overall public areas were beautifully decorated. The individual apartment were spacious, and inviting. Food was very good.

The facilities are impeccably maintained and welcoming. The staff treats both mom and me with care and respect and that means the world.

My father has only been at HarborChase for a few months but so far it has been a 4. I believe he is getting good medical care and most staff are wonderful. I do like that they have step up care at a cost as he needs it.

I would recommend to others. My mom is in memory care & I appreciate all the activities, mental stimulation, and socialization throughout the day to keep her mind active. They also do regular field trips to get out of the building, get fresh air, etc.

nice facility but too expensive. Seems staff knows what they are doing. Overall facility looked new, luxurious, and the marketing lady was very accommodating.

They were able to make the move in happen quickly for us. We have had to find out a lot of information on our own.

Most of the staff are very nice and helpful. They usual respond quickly to a need or a request. The kitchen staff seems to be a little understaffed and the service is a little slow but the food is pretty good and if you don't like either special that day there are menu selections There are many activities throughout the day and that gives the place a sense of community My husband like having a barber

Activities are plentiful. Front desk staff pleasant. Entertainment is great. Staff checks on my mom every hour or two. They all know who she is. Nurse staff calls back when family leaves a message.

Mom is generally well cared for and the facility is clean. They could definitely use more care staff though. She often has trouble getting the things and help she needs without my intervention, seems to be a staffing issue.
