I visited Harbor Chase and just wanted to say how very impressed I am by everything I saw. Not only was I impressed by the concept itself but also by the Director of Sales, Jenny Madden. She exudes everything that the company is striving for the tenant to feel. She told me that the company wants everyone to feel loved, safe, and secure when they walk through the doors and that's what she did and then some. My father has Parkinson's and I can only pray that I can place him in a home such as this.

Mom is doing as good as can be expected considering. She is currently at HarborChase and I know she's in good hands there. The staff have been outstanding and because of Mom's age (103) she doesn't participate in many activities but they have them there for the residents. I'd say its been a good experience so far.

There is absolutely nothing like it in Plano or in the Dallas Metro-plex. The services and amenities are what you would expect from a 5 star resort. It doesnt look or feel like an Assisted Living at all but there are nurses 24 x 7. The culture of Respect and Attentiveness is felt immediately. The executive director has been with the company for 7 years- you dont find that to be an industry standard. This company really knows what its doing and where its going

Although it has only been a week my experance has been very good. Every time someone visits my Mom she is engaged in an activity that keeps her happy and she is very content .She is well cared for and says that people are around her and care for her daily.Her biggest complaint is that we moved her from Pennsylvania to Florida and she can't find the window to look out where she can see the ocean.I hope that we can bring her to the ocean one day.Its just very difficult to transport her around since she is unable to walk .But I'm sure the staff at Harbor Chase will work with me to fufill my Moms dreams everyone has been very helpful and kind so far.I am very happy that we chose to make HarborChase her home .

I would rate them very highly overall. It's clean and the staff is friendly. There is plenty to do, and we don't really have any complaints at this time.

They have been extremely nice. I am really happy as my mom has been really well there. It has been a great experience and I would highly recommend HarborChase of Tamarac.

The place I have had my father previously did not work out to well, but HarborChase of Tamarac by contrast has been great! Any time there is any tiny thing they call to let me know. They do a really good job keeping me informed. My father had a lot of problems in the previous facility, and both the staff there and my father knew it was not a good situation to have him there. HarborChase evaluated dad and informed me that they were not feeding dad properly and was being given narcotics that he did not need. It is just a huge difference here in how they treat them, treating him like family instead of like family instead of like a problem. It's been a great experience.

Overall they've done a great job at HarborChase of Coral Springs. It's a nice looking, clean community, and the staff are all very friendly and professional! They're always very on top of things, and respond immediately to any requests or questions that we have had for them.

It's a wonderful place. She loved, them. I give them a five. There really isn't anything I think should be done differently or better. We were only there a short time, less than a month, but they did a good job while we were there.

The Hearth@ Gardenside is like a resort when you walk through the doors. It is bright, warm & and a welcoming environment. There are people around & activities going on all the time. Mom loves it here & she was hesitant at first. Once she got involved with different activities (w/in the 1st week) she is never in her apartment. And the nice thing is that there are no worries either as we know that she is well cared for. She has enjoyed bingo, wii bowling, the live entertainment & even the weekly happy hour for the residents. She came from a 55+ condo environment where she sat in her unit all day - now you need to make an appointment with her just to chat on the phone. We looked at other places in the area but none compared to this. Yes there were things that we liked - larger unit size maybe- but after being here for 2 months the 1 bedroom is perfect.

This place is amazing! It is a dedicated memory care community, and they do a great job with the care! The whole facility is locked down, but it is a large place with plenty of things to do so that the residents never feel trapped or get bored. This is located too far away for me to visit as often as I'd like, but the staff here are wonderful and I know they do a great job without me checking up on them.

I was very satisfied with HarborChase of Naperville. Like everyplace else, they could use more help, but they did wonderful things with the staff they had. The community is friendly, inclusive, and they did all they did could to get people involved in activities. They had many activities to choose from, so it was a good place.

He really likes his apartment, its really spacious and well laid out. He loves loves loves the meals and dining experience. He is very appreciative with the physical therapy he is getting and how it is targeting his specific needs and it has really helped him to become more mobile. He is British so he really enjoys his tea and there is a lounge room very close to his apartment where he can go and enjoy his tea. They do have movie nights, bingo and hopefully soon they will be taking different trips and outings that he hope soon to be a apart of. All in all he is very happy.

The community is very friendly and they go out of their way to help our family and answer any questions we have. They have learned a lot of patience with our loved one. Overall we have had a very good experience. The activities are also back to normal.

They were very good to us in the beginning, and they did a great job of making sure my loved one adjusted well. The people there were very nice. It just wasn’t the right fit. My loved one was the only guy, and I didn’t realize how important it would be to have a mix of residents, and not just one-sided. I felt like the staff just didn't’ “get” him. I think they weren’t used to having an active male and didn’t know how to care for or handle him. And I think they should have know better. It was a great facility, but I'm not sure if they were capable of handling someone with memory issues who was up all night. It was a nice place, they just didn't have a balanced gender ratio.

Harbor Chase is a very clean facility, the staff is good they are quite caring. It is a little more on the expensive side. They don't offer to many activities, but they try hard to keep everyone engaged. They do have bingo, tea time, get together to listen to music, as well as an ice cream social. They offer a variety of rooms, all are very adequate in size.

I would definitely recommend Harborchase this very nice Senior property. Since there’s new management in place it has really improved the quality of care, and activities have also improved.

We moved our 90 year old mom into HarborChase of Naperville in July. The transition from living in her own home to living in an assisted living facility was difficult for her at first but the people there were very patient with her. The care partners tried to include her in lots of activities without being too pushy with her. Her apartment is very nice and the caregivers seem to be very helpful and nice. The facility is relatively new with beautiful common areas and very nice surrounding grounds. The dining room is beautiful and the menu has a wide range of choices. The food is very good with large portions. Overall we are very pleased with our decision of HarborChase.

My dad is moving in on [date removed]. This place is outstanding. The staff is super nice. It feels like home With an inviting and warm environment.

I was so impressed with Harbor Chase. We visited a couple assisted care homes. My sister was very skeptical. However, [name removed] was so kind, caring great personality. She made my sister, [name removed], feel so comfortable, In fact it was because of [name removed] that she chose Harbor Chase. Even though it was more expensive and [name removed] was very money conscious. [Name removed] gave us her full attention and answered all our questions. She gave information I didn’t think of. The most thorough of any place. The whole staff is excellent. Friendly, knowing everyone’s name, helpful. Nurses and aids took such good care of my sister, even when she was very difficult. [Name removed] was reclused and paranoid for years. She was very happy and surprisingly talking and doing things with others. The only sad thing is she didn’t get to enjoy Harbor Chase very long. I could go on and on.......For so many reasons I have recommended Harbor Chase and looking forward to volunteering soon. Thank you, [name removed]
