It's been great. They've been very diligent about getting my loved one physical therapy and getting him to push his call button to ask for help with transfers. Everybody I've come into contact with has been very helpful. It's a bit pricey, but they do a great job.

Our experience here has been wonderful. We moved from another facility because my sister was board where she was. At Harborchase she has been having so much fun! The room size is perfect for what she needs. The staff are always so nice and willing to help. The food is delicious and there is always something for her to do. The facility is clean and well kept. I would recommend to anyone looking for a facility in the Sarasota area to go there.

As a widow living alone in a large split-level house for several years, my Mother became aware she could no longer maintain herself and we began the search for an adult living community. We chose the HarborChase for its proximity to all needed facilities, plus it was centrally located for her family to visit. We were amazed how well she has adjusted to her new life when she moved in. Even now, at 93, she has never been in better health or better spirits. She enjoys her daily activities and all the new friends she has made. Her great grand children thinks she lives in a palace and they are not far wrong. HarborChase is clean, accommodating and thoroughly dedicated to the welfare of their patrons. Best of all, we know Mom is still independent while under excellent care.

My dad moved to Harbor Chase from another local Assisted Living Facility almost 5 years ago. He liked the linen tablecloths and "real" napkins. They had just opened and the place was and remains absolutely beautiful. Dad wasn't really cut out for assisted living life when he moved in as he was quite independent, stubborn, and sometimes a bit grouchy. The staff would have none of it and worked on him tirelessly to get him more involved. In short order we witnessed quite a change as dad was no longer available because of the afternoon poker game, the field trips to all sorts of destinations, and other scheduled events. We were relived, happy, and even a bit surprised at the change they were able to make as he seemed to embrace the assisted living experience. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff! HarborChase opened my eyes to an entire new concept and I would without hesitation recommend HarborChase of Sarasota to anyone.

My mom moved into HarborChase of Sarasota's Assisted Living two years ago. We loved HarborChase since we first walked through the front door. We are always greeted with a smile. My mom loves her apartment. She always tells me she is heading home to her apartment. She loves having dinner in the dining room with her friends. Chef [name removed] always prepares such wonderful meals. We love joining mom for Sunday brunch and she loves hosting us. More importantly we never have to worry about mom being taken care of. We know she is always safe and happy at HarborChase.

HarborChase is the best thing that happened to our mom. She has lived here for 5 years. She started in Assisted Living and has recently moved to Memory Care. We couldn't be happier with the Memory Care Director [name removed] and the Activities Director [name removed]. Her stay in Memory Care has surpassed our expectations. She is thriving.

We are NEW residents and it couldn't feel more like a brand new home in a great new neighbourhood. Residents and staff alike have been greeting us with open arms. The diverse staff has taken the challenge, adapted, and is still working to improve our experience after our first few weeks. Couldn't be happier. They're attentive, and there are lots of staff members available. They have different sections of people doing different functions - for instance, medical people , caretakers, activities people. And they all do an excellent job. They call to give me updates. I've eaten there many times, and the food is really good. I think it's a little pricey but still a good value.

HarborChase of Tamarac is a safe and secured environment which is great since our loved one has dementia. The staff has excellentcommunication with the residents and their family members.

Our family had an in person tour and the experience was great. The director we met with [name removed] was awesome, she did a great job showing us the community and the nice amenities they had. The community is beautiful, but we knew in the long run it would be better if our loved one moved to NJ, instead of staying in FL, which is the reason we did not choose this community.

The director of memory care is outstanding and his nursing staff is very attentive to our loved ones needs and wants. He is always on top of her health issues and the medical staff is constantly evaluating our loved one and making adjustments. They have professionals in the medical area of Psychology and Psychiatry so our loved ones care is always their top priority. The medical staff makes any type of adjustments when it comes to our loved ones daily activities or medicine. So far our loved one has had no complaints regarding the food and from what we can see it looks very good. We would recommend this community to others.

They give great care here and they are very responsive. We have been very pleased with the facility, the staff members give a lot of personalized attention to their residents. As far as I understand the food is served very well and they have a lot of activities available for residents to participate it. I think it is a top notch place and I would recommend it as long as you are able to afford it.

Really like the facility in close proximity to our house. The people were really lovely especially the activities director who we think my dad would really enjoy spending time with. This facility is at The top of our list

The staff members are all very friendly, they are very personable and seem more like friends rather than employees. Our loved one absolutely raves about how great the food is there, it would get an A++, they also are still providing activities even though they are still somewhat limited. The staff really do bend over backwards for the residents, and we are having some trouble with the long term care insurance and The Hearth has been very cooperative, helpful, and accommodating with the process.

The nursing staff was very nice. I wish I would have been able to see my loved one in their room; however, due to the pandemic restrictions, I understand. The nurse was helpful in helping keep my loved one and I in contact via phone. The community had a designated area for activities for the residents.

This community is very nice. We toured and felt like there was a country club atmosphere. Unfortunately it just didn't fit our needs

It was a very friendly and engaging community. The rooms weren't exactly we were looking for. This was a second choice of ours.

I love Gardenside! I have the ability to be me and enjoy each day. I look forward to the activities to keep busy.
