The nursing staff was very nice. I wish I would have been able to see my loved one in their room; however, due to the pandemic restrictions, I understand. The nurse was helpful in helping keep my loved one and I in contact via phone. The community had a designated area for activities for the residents.

This community is very nice. We toured and felt like there was a country club atmosphere. Unfortunately it just didn't fit our needs

It was a very friendly and engaging community. The rooms weren't exactly we were looking for. This was a second choice of ours.

I love Gardenside! I have the ability to be me and enjoy each day. I look forward to the activities to keep busy.

Greenside is a delightful residence. I enjoy the delicious meals prepared or my by Chef [name removed]. New friendships have been established and old ones renewed.

I would say to check the community out. Everyone was very helpful during move-in. They even have a moving in coordinator. They made sure my loved one called me after getting settled. The staff is very good to work with over the phone. The staff is responsive to questions over my oved one

My dad moved to Harbor Chase from another local Assisted Living Facility about 5 years ago. He liked the Linen tablecloths and "real" napkins. They had just opened and the place was and remains absolutely beautiful. Dad wasn't really cut out for assisted living life when he moved in as he was quite independent, stubborn, and sometimes a bit grouchy. The staff would have none of it and worked on him tirelessly to get him more involved. In short order we witnessed quite a change as dad was no longer available because of the afternoon poker game, the field trips to all sorts of destinations, and other scheduled events. We were relived, happy, and even a bit surprised at the change they were able to make as he seemed to now embrace the assisted living experience. We were happy since his medications were monitored and dispensed and with the fantastic dining room he was eating more healthy than he had in years. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff, I just do not know where to start. From the people that maintain the facility, the medical staff, the dining staff, I could go on for way too long with compliments about all of them. My original thoughts of Assisted Living in general were of my grandmother basically locked in a nursing home for her last years. HarborChase opened my eyes to an entire new concept and I would without hesitation recommend HarborChase of Sarasota to anyone looking for assisted living for themselves or a relative.

It is a very nice community, but expensive. The food is fine. The staff are good to work with. There is woods around the community.

We chose HarborChase of Villages Crossing because it was within our budget and everything else also seemed good. She is in a 2 bedroom that was meant to be shared so good size for her. The second bedroom acts as a living room so it worked out nicely. Overall, the staff is very friendly and I know they do take good care of her.

At this community, my mom gets a lot of attention and they communicate well and email us weekly with updates. They have a hair salon and my mom loves it. I would recommend this community to others.

We had a great experience at Harbor Chase of Dr. Phillips. It was a beautiful facility, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was great. Everyone was very helpful, caring, and nice. I would absolutely recommend. It was as good of an experience for us as it was for him.

This community a very nice place, very clean, the staff is very friendly, their communications are great, and they are very supportive. After my loved one passed someone from the staff came to the funeral and sent flowers to offer their condolence. on mothers day they had a mothers day parade so we could safely see our loved one. I would highly recommend this community

The compassion and Care delivered by the staff is well above expectations. My mother has found a second family at Harbor Chase, who care for her and keep open communication with our family.

Staff is always friendly and very willing and giving of themselves. I want the staff to know that it doesn't go unnoticed!!! Thank you so!!!

Communication is great! I hear from the staff and leadership on a regular basis. We feel very fortunate to have found HarborChase Riverwalk.

The cleanliness of this community is absolutely excellent, the staff members all care and take a personal interest in our loved one. It is an expensive community, but they do their absolute best even during the time. They still go out of their way to bring in entertainment for the residents while still maintaining social distancing. The care services are extremely good however there have been a few occasions where small things need checking up on. They do offer good activities, our loved just doesn't always participate in them. They vary throughout the week. Harbor Chase would have special events for holidays where families could come in and have a great dining experience or festive parties, and now they are still figuring out ways like a drive through parade where they bring the residents out in the court yard to where they can see and wave to their families who are driving around.

Our family had done extensive research in the Charlotte,NC area for a high quality Assisted Living Facility to care for a relative with Alzheimer's. We chose Harbor Chase of Riverwalk. We couldn't have made a better choice;the level and quality of care has been superb.
