People are top-notch. The facility is clean and upbeat. Caregivers are caring and giving. Caregivers give each resident the respect they deserve. I could not be more pleased with this facility.

They have been wonderful. They have been keeping us update on the COVID issues. It is like a cruise ship on land. They have pretty much anything you can think of. They have games to food and anything in between. The room is appropriate and has meet our loved ones needs.

It is pretty expensive but nicer then the other communities we looked at. They have had multiple residents test positive with COVID, but they have done a great job with minimizing the spread and keeping us updated on when a resident has tested positive. They sanitized the place 100 times a day, they have really stayed on top of it. The people who are in charge at this community are really good, very experienced. Other staff members aren't as consciousness. Care services are well above average. Prior to COVID they activities were great, since the lock down they try there best, but the residents aren't really able to participate in activities. My mother liked the food, we were impressed with what they served. The residents get to make their own ice cream in the afternoon. Activities director would even offer a cappuccino or a glass of wine before bed. The staff has really taken the time to get to know each individual residents, they treat them with kindness. They have great communication with the families of the residents there. This facility is beautiful, you would think you were stepping into a resort. This community allows the residents more freedom and flexibility then other facilities we looked at. It has a very upbeat positive vibe to it.

Great community. Love the restaurant choices. They even have a bar with liquor! They offer much more than the rest. They even have a place to walk dogs.

I work in home health and Harborchase is my favorite assisted living and memory care. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel special. They have the best hospitality.

Beautiful community! I was impressed with the fact that the salesperson knew all the staff and residents as we went through the community. They all taked to me about my granddad and asked questions. I left feeling really cared for. Can't wait to bring back my granddad.

After a difficult incident with my Mom, I began a search for a memory care facility. My son interviewed nine different facility directors. We boiled our choices down to two places and ended up selecting Facility A. Then we discovered that Facility A was not the least bit interested in helping us with moving my mother from her independent living to their facility. It was “my job” to take care of that. We were making major decisions over a three - day period with almost no knowledge of the Dallas area. The last thing on our mind was finding movers and we ASSUMED that Facility A would help us. When we found out that we had to fend for ourselves, I called our contact, [name removed] at HarborChase, our 2nd choice. Within 15 minutes they saved our bacon. They helped us plan the move, found the movers for us, and made my Mom feel welcomed even after they were told we had selected Facility A and had contacted them after hours. The folks at HarborChase were simply fantastic. They helped navigate the whole process and patiently covered the the details of contract with us. I believe that it was a “God wink” that led us to choose HarborChase. [name removed] and my mother’s memory care director, [name removed], have answered questions anytime I have called and talked to us honestly and openly about my Mother’s condition and prognosis. The movers who helped situate my Mother Into HarborChase also provided me assistance with cleaning and clearing up my Mom’s apartment. My overall experience was Five Star all the way.

My Dad lives at HarborChase and I am happy to feel a sense of relief knowing that he is safe there in case anything happens to him again. He loves the care partners and looks forward to the help they provide. They have a wonderful program called Neighbors and i hear from one of the directors weekly on how he is doing and the Executive Director also contacts me monthly to check on everything. They are also doing a great job with everything they have going on. The one thing i know about this community is that they are family now and we will walk through this chapter of his life together. No one is perfect but they are all willing to address anything that comes up!

It is a newer community that is very bright and open. The staff here does a great job with taking care of the property. From our initial meeting onward, everything has gone very well and anytime there have been issues, the staff has moved quickly to resolve it. The staff is very accessible and they do a great job communicating with us about our loved one's care. Overall, the staff have done a very good job and have met or exceeded my expectations. You do get a lot for the high price at Harbor Chase Of Mandarin.
