It is a newer community that is very bright and open. The staff here does a great job with taking care of the property. From our initial meeting onward, everything has gone very well and anytime there have been issues, the staff has moved quickly to resolve it. The staff is very accessible and they do a great job communicating with us about our loved one's care. Overall, the staff have done a very good job and have met or exceeded my expectations. You do get a lot for the high price at Harbor Chase Of Mandarin.

Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, they were cleaning the community multiple times a day. There are no stains or anything anywhere in the community and it never smells bad. The senior staff are very experienced and friendly, the care giving staff changes a lot just because of the way their shifts are structured and some are more conscientious than other. If my mother gets any small injuries, they do have to bring in outside nursing staff to treat it, which has lead to a few instances of care that we weren't totally happy with. We do like the community a lot better than a nursing home because they have good amenities and activities available for all the residents. My mother has actually become more social during her stay here, participating in happy hours, special dining events, and other socially engaging activities. The grounds are also wonderful and the residents will often be brought outside when the weather is nice. My mother also has a private room, which is very spacious including the bathroom. Her room looks over the garden, there's plenty of lighting, we can decorate it to her own liking, and they provide her with cable TV. It doesn't feel institutional at all; it is very pleasant and comfortable.

Best Hospitality! I feel so safe with my mom living here, they go over and above to make sure she feels loved and has purpose each day. Each care partner makes her feel special and keeps us involved in her care.

My parents have been in three other AL facilities in the area (McKinney, Allen, Frisco) and this is far away and the best and much more than we could have hoped for after medicare to really horrible experiences with the the previous facilities while it is generally more expensive than others there's a reason for that. In every way, HC excels. They have numerous staff and they are specialized and they genuinely care. The food is amazing (their chef is fantastic). I am impressed that every time I've stepped through the front doors, there residents are out and about. Whether they're in the gym or relaxing at the bistro or enjoying a good meal in the beautiful dining room. The management and staff have all been very helpful and have in some ways gone out of their way to make my Dad's transition to the community as smooth and event-free as possible. Kuddos to them all.

We moved my mother-in-law into Harbor Chase about a month ago. She was very apprehensive but adjusted very quickly. The staff is so thoughtful and caring toward [name removed]. They make sure she is aware of the activities going on each day and check on her regularly. The best part was that they keep me informed of her progress. The Care staff is amazing and so on top of it, from nurses to caregivers. The Activities Director goes out of her way to get the residents engaged. The Executive Director is so busy but takes time to get to know all about their residents. She even helped [name removed] with setting up her tv. The Marketing team embraces you when they greet you for the first time and continues to do so every time they see you. They even set up gatherings of old friends so she doesn't feel like she misses them so much. Marie loves it there and feels so safe. I would recommend Harbor Chase to anyone. Thank you for allowing me the chance to be daughter-in-law instead of caregiver. Now I am learning to enjoy time with her again, rather than always taking charge.

Very inviting place and the staff seems very engaged. The rooms were nice and a good size. My mom liked it.

[Name removed] was wonderful and was thorough in her explanation. I found the place to be clean and welcoming. The room I felt while it had a nice layout was a bit dark. Additionally, it was pretty pricey with lots of a la carte. Given I need to leave on the weekend, it sound like a possible place for the future, but a bit further away from some central things - i.e. the mall, restaurants, etc.

The Staff at Harbor Chase could not more helpful and attentive to my 92 year young mother. I live 400 miles away and have the peace of mind that mom is in their care. The Harbor Chase has been a blessing as mom has traditioned from living on her own to her new assisted living home !

Great experience in the memory department. Staff/management was very accommodating and helpful. This one is at the top of my list for my mother.

I visited Harbor Chase with with best friend to visit her mother. This place is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and always has a smile on their face. My friend was telling me that there was recently a change in management. She stated that it was needed change because things were not getting done. I asked her mother what she liked that best about her home, she stated activities. She told that the ED climbed on the roof to fix the AC unit on one Sunday. I was impressed to hear how wonderful this is. I will be sure to tell my friends about Harborchase of Southlake.

The staff has been excellent in helping my husband adjust to new surroundings The lobby is beautiful and relaxing. Meals are great. I am feeling we made the right choice for his care

Harbor Chase is a wonderful place to live ! They have compassionate , trained employees that work diligently to make sure every need is meet ! Their managers are eager to assist you , and are ready to answer any questions you have! I visit the location near Preston Rd, frequently and I’m always greeted and welcomed with a friendly smile! Love just stopping by and checking in and visiting!

I have been in the Senior Living Industry for over 11 years. When it comes to caring for our seniors, I know what is good and not so good! I visit Harbor Chase Coral Springs several times a month and can tell you from the moment you walk in, you are greeted professionally and kindly. As you walk thru, you see how well they care for their residents. There is a lot of TLC going on and many activities that keep the residents engaged. If you want a family feel, a cozy, extremely clean environment, choose this community...I would honestly place my parents here. Take it from me, I've seen them all and NONE can top Harbor Chase Coral Springs!

We booked an anniversary dinner party in the private dining room. We could not have been more pleased with the meal, the service, the beautiful room, the hospitality or the price. It was beyond expectations. It rated 6 stars out of the 5.

We toured this facility. Its new and bright. The memory care unit and staff are very helpful and seem to care about their program. My husband has been there 2 weeks and so far very positive. The food is very good they even had an outdoor picnic. I would recommend

This facility is stunningly beautiful. The buildings are located conveniently close to all things Orlando. I happened to be touring during a presentation by the resident sous chef in his glamorous presentation kitchen. The facility would seem to be well suited to someone wanting the ability to transfer from active living to assisted living to full time care without having to move to other parts of the city.

Mom is doing well and is happy and safe there. She has dementia, so she’s in the memory care unit and the staff there is helpful and so friendly. I’m so glad we chose HarborChase
