The facility was great, moms condition finally exceeded RCs comfort level. We understood that. The staff was kind, courteous and great to work with. The meals were amazing. The facility was clean and well kept for it's age. I would recommend to others.

We are happy with our choice, but we made our decision based in part on the fact that the facility was family owned. Shortly after we moved in, they were sold to a corporation. It has made some changes in both the cost and care protocols. I would encourage people to ask about staff/patient ratios, how often and the range of average cost increases and after hour contact procedures. I would also suggest getting a list of contacts and truly understanding how their family member will be (or not) included in activities especially in memory care. I would also encourage anyone looking for care to join a support group especially if one is offered at their intended location.

There are virtually no coordinated activities for the residents, however some of the individualized care was good. Without family members and outside care organizations (hospice, RMSC, etc), I believe that residents are largely on their own.

Caregivers are amazing and very patient. Administrative functions need improvement. Sales lead made promises that are now hard to deliver upon. Right hand not talking to Left hand. Needs a more formalized "welcome" and orientation when a new resident moves in.

I'm still adjusting myself. But very happy I have her there. Feel she gets great care. They're a very caring staff and facility. Staff are very attentive. From what they eat to activities. Very inclusive.

Very helpful and responsive to need for quick admission. Staff very busy and difficult to reach post-admission. Night shift nursing staff inconsistent availability and meds do not seem to be administered consistently. My mother complained of not receiving pain meds as needed and was writhing in pain when I visited. My mother complained some of the staff were not very nice. The Director and leadership seem good and caring, but they seem maybe understaffed.

I am going to say 4 across the board. They try hard to be a 5. Staffing is tough in these times. As good as we could have asked for. Very friendly and take the initiative to involve the residents in activities and yes I would recommend the community to other families.

Very Friendly and caring staff. A place for mom was a great help. Saved us a lot of time so we could look at the best places to start rather than going through all of them. I have and will continue to recommend them to others.

The working staff is great. The facility manager and my loved one had a run in. I thought she was quite inappropriate. They definitely need to improve on the food for the residents.

We chose Lighthouse Senior Living at Rose Manor for our loved ones because when we went to first visit, the residents looked happy and well cared for. There were lots of activities to choose from for the residents as well.

I like that Vista Veranda is small and they seem to take good care of the residents overall but there are very few activities on the weekends and I wish they would take them on more outings during the week.

My LO adjusted well in two weeks. He came from a larger facility and I think the set up of this location is good. He has smaller room, no shower. This means he has to use the main one, where he gets assistance. He watches TV in the living room, grabs a soda from the kitchen if he is thirsty. Everyone seems happy. Employees are caring and attentive. I am waiting for the summer time so he can see the beautiful outdoors there.

Redstone has a few independent rooms they call Select which don't require an equity buy-in. [name removed] was able to get one of those. It's much cheaper. They don't get to participate in as many activities and don't eat in the main dining room. They have their own dining room and get 3 meals a day where most independent gets 1-2 meals a day. We're thankful they have this program. You might want to make sure others know about it. She seems happy most days.

Location, room design, spaciousness, cleanliness. At the current time I would not recommend it. A primary reason I have my parents there is to make sure they are well fed but in the last few months the food and dining room services have changed for the worse. If it does not soon improve I will consider moving my parents somewhere else.

The friendliness and care they show toward the residents are exceptional. The facility itself is also decorated for seasonal holidays and is very cheery. There are various room sizes to accommodate different needs. My Mother-in-Law, for instance has two main areas: one for sleeping and another sitting room spot. She also has a kitchenette and private bath. There are other rooms that are somewhat smaller and combine everything into a single efficiency apartment type of concept. Most basic amenities are covered in the price, which is nice. If someone wanted a landline, premium cable channels, extra wifi capacity, or something along g that line, it would be extra.

The Rivers is a very nice facility, whose price(while likely not the cheapest) is competitive. Our family is happy with mom's care. Our mom has hearing issues, and they provide a cleaning every three to four months, which is a very nice service.

They have kept an excellent eye on my parents, health wise. Staff is lacking sometimes, just like everywhere. Our parents have had lots of health issues. It hasn't been easy but the facility has helped tremendously.

When it comes to the value for cost gets a 3, but that's because fortunately my father isn't in need of as much care as others. They could improve on the food. The food service not very good

High employee turnover & laundry/clothing is a problem. It doesn't seem like they do much for activities. Cost seems to be high, but yes I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

The staff, at Redstone Village, needs to be more empathetic with family at the skilled nursing level.
