Doctors told us that our mother couldn't live alone anymore. We had to move her from where she was getting physical therapy. I called Timberdale Trace memory care, and their staff went over to my mother for an evaluation that day. Said they thought she would fit right into their community. So we brought her there, over the months she got to know the staff and others there, now she really likes the staff. They have been doing lots of things with her during the days. Outings which she has been enjoying, she has been involved with the community and staff and enjoys being there now. I'm so thankful to everyone there for taking good care of my mother.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. They are very motivated to assist my loved one with adjusting and settling into the community. The food is pretty good. I just wish they would provide more sugar free items for my loved one. They seem to be short staffed on occasion due to staff call-ins.

We chose Maris Pointe because we liked that it was a smaller, safe environment and it is in the shape of a square with a center garden. They are also strictly memory care which is just what we were looking for. I feel like it was a warm and inviting environment, they have a good handle on my mother in law and her care. I would recommend to others looking.

We toured this community and the tour was good. The staff was friendly and they were very informative and answered all of our questions.

There are assisted living and independent living The community is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. The food is great and they have lots of activities avalible. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

I chose Robin Way because it is a smaller facility, not too many residents and it is a very homey atmosphere. The studio apartment is not very big but they do also have 1 bedrooms available. For the meals, we always have a choice of what we would like. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and I would recommend them.

The community took good care of my loved one. They wanted a 30 day notice prior to leaving and we had to leave quickly out of the community. The communication was pretty good with the staff. It was hard to get calls back after leaving voicemails.

We chose Highpoint at the time because they had a higher nursing certification at the time. The ownership has and they have dropped that since then. I do think that they are managing my aunt and uncle well, it is not an easy time of life and I think they are doing all that they can for my aunt and uncle at their current stages. Overall, I would recommend them to others looking.

The leadership had turned over 3 times in a year and a half, and the community is under new management. Make sure your family member is truly independent because they do not have assisted living options. the assistant director during our time here was amazing. I would recommend this community to others.

Robin Way is a non profit community, and it is a smaller place. Everyone there has there own apartment and it is just a lovely place. The food was better than average, and we would recommend this community to others.

We chose Vista Veranda because it seemed very homey and welcoming when you walk into the door, it did not seem institutional. The staff members here invited us to come to have lunch with them and I sat with a couple residents and my mom with other residents. We got the chance to talk with them and were able to get feedback from them about their experiences. The lunch was also delicious and sold him on moving in here. The facility is all on one floor, so you don't have to worry about stairs or elevators. They have handled the whole COVID virus very well with testing and visitation etc. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose Palmetto Landing because it is close to where my sister and I lived. The room sizes here were small but adequate for what she needed. The food here was ok. We had to bring in special care services to this facility, they offer some and some they don't. I would recommend this community.

They are very caring. They try to set up facetime and visits to help keep families involved. The room sizes are great. They also offer garages which are rare. I think it is the best one in the area. The residents are great and I think it is a wonderful place. The food is good, and they offer lots of choices. They have lovely gardens and paths

The staff cares. They are good at communicating with me about my mom's needs. They are in tune with the residents. The room sizes are pretty standard. The food is okay. They have a path around the building and limited outdoor space.

The food is good. There are not many residents there so the activities are very limited. I think it will get better when they have more residents but at this time they do not have the activities they told us they wood. They do have some outdoor space.

Very nice and small enough for my mother. The price was a little more affordable than the sister location of the Cascade, however price is a major consideration for my mother.

Very nice and a bit too big for my mother with 268 units and 300 tenants onsite. It would be a bit over whelming for my mother.

My mother is in the memory care unit of Vista Veranda. Just the right size area for her needs. They are always staffed with at least 2 aides with an extra one helping though. Dinner and bedtime. Very helpful. The administrative staff have always been so helpful, kind, and caring.

[Name removed] introduced us to [name removed]... one of the residents here who is also legally blind. The studio room is more spacious than [name removed] would most likely put to use and we would like to arrange for [name removed] to provide a bed/nightstand or maybe a small visitor sofa to minimize the amount if furniture we would need to move there (she has a recliner up north she likes - but not much more, other than a swiveling shower chair) We plan to take [name removed] here as soon as her husband is buried for an assessment and to get more detailed pricing information. Whenever that takes place, we will inquire about wait list and estimation of move-in availability date.
