I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community. The staff were very friendly and made sure to provide lots of great information to my loved one and I.They had a nice floor plan with wide hallways as well as spacious common areas. It was just not the right location in the end decision.

I loved this Brookdale when I toured. The lady that took me around was excellent. She was helpful and informative. The facility was very clean, and it was a good experience, but it was not the best fit for my mother.

We are comfortable with my mother in laws move to this community. She is doing well, and so far everything is working out well. They have a really good staff at this facility. They are very helpful, and always willing too help. They do a good job with the cleanliness. Her room, and the community are clean when we visit. This is a community I would recommend, it is nice place.

I had helpful and friendly people giving me a tour and giving me useful resources. I felt they were fantastic people to work with. They were willing and always offering to help me find a good fit for my parents. It did not feel like a sales experience. In the end they did not have an availability for us.

When I toured the Brookdale, it was shaped like an octagon, I knew that it would be very difficult to for my father to walk around. Just when I was on the tour, I was having a hard time getting out of the way and walking around the place, it would not be a good fit.

I had spoken to this staff about future planning for a place for my mother to go live when home health care would not work for us anymore. The staff where very knowledgeable about there facility and gave me great information about all the packages they offer to there residents. I will defiantly keep this place in my mind when the time comes to move my mom into a assisted living.

Dad likes living in the independent part of this community. They include two meals a day and the food is wonderful. The staff are helpful and accommodating. They answered a lot of my questions up front. They offer daily activities and transportation to stores, restaurants and other places in the area. He is able to get assistance for a small charge if he needs it. I would recommend doing your homework to see if this community would work for your loved one.

This community was really nice and clean inside and out. We thought that the person that gave us the tour was very helpful. The only thing that held us up with them was that they did not offer a memory care area and that is what my grandmother needed.

I like the care from the staff her for my mom. The community. is clean and we are happy with variety of meals, and she is enjoying a few of the small activties. She is just settling in. We would recommend this community to other families, but a few small changes could be made as far as assistance in med assistance for those needing additional help.

The staff has been doing a great job with my wife. They are attentive and they really care about the residents. I like that the community is clean and they make sure my wife's room is clean. I also like that they have a very nice outdoors area that we can walk around.

My father was treated great. Nurse [Removed] is a gold. She is better than a good back adjustment. The food and facility are above average!

My mother is still adjusting to this community, but so far everything is working out pretty well. My mother is in good hands, and I know she is safe. This community has been very helpful with all the help they have provided us with. They have followed through with everything they have promised us. This is a nice community.

Things are going well for my father at the Brookdale Brandon so far. The place is clean and maintained well. The meals are very good, I have tried it myself. He is joining activities and continuing to adjust to the community.

I like living in this nice community. They provide meals each day or I can cook for myself. The staff is nice and caring and attentive. They offer a lot of activities for the residents who want to participate with the other residents. I recommend others to see this community for a place to call home.

The staff really is doing a good job. Dad loves his apartment and all the freedom he still gets. The community is a little older and they can update the Atrium, but they always do keep it clean. The people are really friendly and that was one of the biggest reason we came here.

My mom is doing very good in her community. I picked them because on the tour I had a good conversation with 2 of the staff and I asked them specifically if they like what they do in the community. They told me they like working with the dementia patients and working in the memory care. The have caring hearts and provide one on one. They have assisted living in another unit. The memory care is secure and they are free to roam as they please.

My mom said that she is not real happy with the food. There is no flavor, no variety and sometimes it is served cold. The community is clean and so is mom's room. We are happy with the way everything is going so far.

I thought that the marketing director was excellent to work with and gave my mother and I a great tour of her community. They had a great assisted living program with great activities and meal plans that where provided to all of the residents. Overall I had a great experience during my visit the location was just not idea for my family and I.

My tour of this community was a pretty good one. Everyone was very kind to my family and I. The staff was friendly and nice. The community looked good. From what I saw the community appeared to be well maintained. It was a good experience. It is a nice community, but we found a community that fit the budget better.
