This community is very clean and taken care of. Excellent staff who are very caring. They have great activities. The food is excellent and a great variety. I have recommended this community to other families for the great care and value.

I overall have no complaints about this community, the staff have all been so friendly and they have made sure that my mother is comfortable and feels safe in her new living environment. She also really seems to be enjoying the meals they serve as well as the variety of activities they offer throughout the day.

I took a tour of Brookdale Hendersonville and I liked it. The people are really nice and friendly and willing to help. The community was clean and tidy. They have a very knowledgeable people that work here. I wish that they had an area for memory care. That was the only reason why my friend is not here.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Although we didn't end up moving our loved one here, this would have been the place we chose! It's a nice looking community, and the staff all seem very friendly and caring. I also really liked how busy their activity schedule looked! I would recommend it, if you're looking into care options in the area!

I felt that that the community needed some updating done to it. The facility seemed older and could use a couple of things fixed. The guide was informative and i thought it was up-kept. I was able to see the rooms and the guide did tell me about the community being pet friendly. My overall view about it was that everyone was nice and friendly.

I'am pleased with my choice to move my mother to this community. It has worked out very well for her here. They have good staff, they are very helpful. They do a good job with the cleaning, the community is very well maintained. There are great activities available, she has tired some of them. She is pleased with the meals, the food is good. Out of all the places we saw this was the nicest. It is a little bit expensive, but you get what you pay. It is a great community, and I would recommend it.

This is a great community for great care. The staff is very patient and helpful. We find that the rooms are very clean and the community is well taken care of. The food is good and a variety is offered.He does participate in the activities that are offered. We recommend this community for other with great care.

This was a beautiful facility, but it is very expensive--the most expensive out of six places I've checked out. I wish my mom could afford it. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Everything is working out very well for my mother here at this community. They are taking good care of her and her needs. The community looks nice, they do a good job with the cleaning. The staff is kind and helpful. There are nice outgoing activities offered. She is pleased with the food. Overall everything is working out well.

My mom is enjoying the community so far. She is making connections with other seniors which is great because she was previously spending a lot of time completely alone. The food at the community has been mostly good, my mom gives it a 75%. Some items have been a little sketchy quality but overall she is fine with the selections, options and taste. If she is not having a good day, the staff is very accommodating and will bring food to her room. This is a nice option. The best thing about my mom being in this community is that she is safe and has who can help immediately when and if she needs it. This brings TREMENDOUS peace of mind to me. The staff is all very friendly, professional and attentive. Out of all the area senior living options, we found this community to be the most affordable option with quality care. I am glad that we chose Brookdale Walton’s Ferry!

This community was not a good fit for my sister in law. They staff were nice and helpful. They keep the community clean. The food was ok however they do not offer a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. They offered daily activities but she did not participate in them.

We toured 6 different senior care facilities, 4 in Ellicott City and 2 in Catonsville. We chose Lighthouse for many reasons: it is the closest to our home, it has only one level, the residents seem well cared for, caring & friendly staff and it has a memory care unit on site. The building is being remodeled and several new rooms are being added. My mother moved into one of the new studio apartments. It's a nice size, brand new unit. I also like the location of their building on a quiet street with light traffic. I think after the construction is finished Lighthouse will be very attractive.

My mother has made the transition to this community very well. The community is very well maintained, everything is nice and clean. My interaction with the staff has been very pleasant. There are activities for her to participate in when she is ready. The food is nice, she likes the meals. I know she is in good hands, and being cared for very well. I would recommend this community.

This facility is exactly what we had hoped for to meet the needs of our family member. The staff is very professional and caring. The facility is outstanding, clean, and we'll managed.

I toured here, and I liked it, they seemed extremely nice. My hesitation is that I have heard about their reputation from word of mouth, that they overload their workers with different tasks than what they were qualified for. I have heard that they seemed to care more about profit, than being adequately staffed. I would like to be able to talk to some of the staff, away from the prying ears of management, because others tell me what you hear will be completely different. It seemed so nice, I wish I knew.

Brookdale at Tuskawilla is a very nice place. It is clean and neat. The activities available for the residents are good and the outings are also good. The employees are always friendly and attentive. The area that could be improved on and cause me to give it 5 stars is the timing of the meals. They are an hour too early for my friend.

Recently I attended a Valentine's Dance at Brookdale Palmer Park where my mother is a resident. What a joy it was to see the residents, families, and all the staff participate in a very special event. The atmosphere was inviting with fun decorations, excellent live music, and delicious snacks. Watching the residents dance with their sweethearts or a staff person was a blessing indeed. The residents faces would light up, and smiling they would join right in the dancing. My mom has Alzheimer's disease and sometimes is difficult to communicate with. This was an activity that encouraged her to enjoy herself just the way she is, and brought lots of smiles and laughter to her day. Thank You!

I think it's good. One of the only problems is that there have been some charges that we weren't expecting. They have also been a little less understanding about certain dementia behaviors than I thought they would. The apartment is beautiful. The staff has been wonderful and have really communicated well with us. They were one of the most reasonably priced places.

Eventho my mother was only at Brookdale Eau Gallie for 6 days, she enjoyed her stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and caring. We found the facility clean and secure.
